All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a ballot generating device includes a control unit 2, a box 1, and a palm print recognition unit 3, a face recognition unit 4, a signature unit 5, a scanning unit 6 and a printing unit 7 which are installed in the box 1 and electrically connected to the control unit 2;
a palm print identifying unit 3 for identifying and recording the palm print of the human palm;
a face recognition unit 4 for recognizing and recording the features of the human face;
the signature unit 5 is used for electronic signature confirmation and font identification;
a scanning unit 6 that can scan a file or document into the control unit;
and the printing unit 7 is used for generating a vote, and relevant information in the control unit 2 can be printed into the vote.
Specifically, in order to more accurately identify and confirm the identity information of the voter, the human facial features of the voter, the palm texture, the character habit and other features, the authenticity of the identity of the voter holding the vote can be increased. In the embodiment of the invention, each unit mechanism for identifying identity information is arranged inside the box body 1, so that the number of parts can be relatively reduced from the outside, the movement and the transfer of the vote generating device are convenient, and the vote generating device can be directly started for use when needing to be used, so that the method is more convenient.
Further, the box body 1 comprises an upper box body 11 and a lower box body 12, one end of the upper box body 11 is hinged to one end of the lower box body 12, after the upper box body 11 and the lower box body 12 are covered, the inner components of the box body 1 can be protected after the upper box body 11 and the lower box body 12 are covered, a cavity is formed inside the box body 1, and the control unit 2, the palm print recognition unit 3, the face recognition unit 4, the signature unit 5, the scanning unit 6 and the printing unit 7 are installed in the cavity.
Further, the face recognition unit 4 comprises a camera 40 and a first rod 41, one end of the first rod 41 is rotatably connected with the camera 40, and the other end of the first rod 41 is hinged with the inside of the box body 1; the scanning unit 6 includes a scanner 60 and a second lever 61, and one end of the second lever 61 is hinged to the scanner 60 and the other end is hinged to the inside of the cabinet 1. The face recognition unit 4 can be folded into a groove arranged inside the box body 1, the scanning unit 6 can also be folded into the groove in the box body 1 and respectively completed by folding the first rod 41 and the second rod 61 and the scanner 60, so that the control unit 2, the palm print recognition unit 3, the face recognition unit 4, the signature unit 5, the scanning unit 6, the printing unit 7 and other mechanisms can be borne inside the box body 1, and convenience of the box body 1 is guaranteed.
Further, the difficulty in accurately identifying women and dark races is even greater for existing face recognition systems, which can lead to catastrophic false positives. In the embodiment of the present invention, the face recognition unit 4 can emit light beams with different colors, and after the light beams are irradiated to the face, the reflected light beams of the face are compared to recognize the faces with different colors.
Further, the ballot generating device further includes an NFC identification unit, and the ballot printed by the printing unit 7 includes an NFC chip. The ballot generated by the ballot generating device can be matched with a ballot box with an NFC (near field communication) identification technology for use, so that the ballot put into the ballot box can be quickly identified and confirmed, and the time for counting the ballot manually is reduced.
