Abstract
The invention relates to a bidding system and a method thereof, and provides a remaining time bidding system and a method thereof, wherein the remaining time bidding system comprises a user end device and a bidding server; the using end device receives the bidding information and generates bidding information corresponding to the bidding information; the bidding server comprises a bidding module and a live broadcasting module; the bidding module establishes a live bidding case, generates bidding information corresponding to the live bidding case, receives the bidding information and generates bidding results according to the bidding information meeting the bidding conditions; the live broadcast module establishes bidirectional live broadcast communication between the live broadcast end device and the user end device.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a bidding system and method thereof, and more particularly, to a remaining time bidding system and method thereof.
Background
Generally, artists performing or expert lecture sharing in various industries is often performed in a one-to-many manner, such as a concert or a special lecture.
However, the content provided by the above method cannot meet the requirements of everyone at the site, and the feeling or the comprehension obtained by everyone will be different; if the user wants to listen to a certain singer singing a certain song, the user does not necessarily hear the singing, or the user wants to know the practical experience of a certain block and does not necessarily hear the special lecture, even if the user hears the singing, the user cannot immediately answer questions, or the content of the singing is more whitish for all people on the spot.
On the other hand, experts in both artists' performances and various industries cannot use the traditional method in a trivial time except for a given journey, so that the value of the experts is exerted, and the experience of the experts is wasted.
In summary, the prior art has the technical problems that it is difficult for users to obtain contents close to their needs, and live broadcasters can use the contents for a long time to exert the value of trivial time.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a remaining time bidding system, which solves the problems encountered in the prior art.
Based on the above object, the present invention provides a remaining time bidding system, which comprises a plurality of user devices and a bidding server; the plurality of user end devices are provided with a remaining time bidding application program, each user end device executes the remaining time bidding application program and receives bidding information, and generates bidding information corresponding to the bidding information; the bidding server is connected with each user end device and comprises a bidding module and a live broadcast module; the bidding module establishes a live bidding case, generates bidding information corresponding to the live bidding case, receives a plurality of bidding information and generates bidding results according to the bidding information meeting the bidding conditions; the live broadcast module receives the bidding result and establishes bidirectional live broadcast communication between the live broadcast end device corresponding to the live broadcast bidding case and the user end device corresponding to the bidding result.
Preferably, a live broadcast module records live broadcast audio-visual content in the two-way live broadcast communication, a live broadcast database of the bidding competition server is connected with the live broadcast module and stores the live broadcast audio-visual content, when the live broadcast audio-visual content obtains corresponding live broadcast end and a user end for authorization, the user end device pays by the live broadcast database to download the authorized live broadcast audio-visual content, and the live broadcast end and the user end corresponding to the authorized live broadcast audio-visual content obtain a right amount.

Based on the above object, the present invention further provides a remaining time bidding method, which is suitable for a remaining time bidding system including a plurality of user devices, a bidding server and a live broadcast device, and the remaining time bidding method includes the following steps: establishing a live bidding case through a bidding module of a bidding server, and generating bidding information corresponding to the live bidding case; receiving bidding information through a plurality of user terminal devices, and generating bidding information corresponding to the bidding information; receiving a plurality of bidding information through the bidding module, and generating bidding results according to the bidding information meeting the bidding conditions; and receiving the bidding result through a live broadcasting module of the bidding server, and establishing bidirectional live broadcasting communication between a live broadcasting end device corresponding to the live broadcasting bidding case and a using end device corresponding to the bidding result.
Preferably, the remaining time bidding method further comprises the following steps: recording live broadcast audio and video contents in bidirectional live broadcast communication through a live broadcast module; storing live broadcast audio and video contents through a live broadcast database of the bidding server; obtaining the authorization of a live broadcast end and a user end corresponding to the live broadcast audio-video content for the payment downloading of other user end devices; downloading authorized live video and audio contents by using the end device through paying by a live database; paying the right money to the live broadcast end and the use end corresponding to the authorized live broadcast video and audio content.
Preferably, the remaining time bidding method further comprises the following steps: receiving login information of each user terminal device through a member module of the bidding server; the login information is checked through the membership module to obtain membership information; and transmitting bidding information to the corresponding user terminal device through the bidding module corresponding to the member information.
Preferably, the bidding server includes an account module having member accounts corresponding to the respective user devices, and the remaining time bidding method further includes the steps of: the points are stored, redeemed, purchased, gifted, or a combination thereof with the member account through each of the user-side devices.
Preferably, the remaining time bidding method further comprises the following steps: transmitting the friend joining information of one user device to another user device through a community module of the bidding server, and storing friend lists of the user devices; and transmitting the text information of one user end device to the other user end device.
In summary, the remaining time bidding system and method thereof of the present invention can provide the required user end with the opportunity to communicate with the live broadcast end by bidding in the remaining specific time period of the live broadcast end; on the other hand, the live broadcast end can also effectively use trivial remaining time and can also share talents, skills or experiences to other use ends so as to achieve the purpose of carrying the information.

For the purpose of facilitating an understanding of the nature, content, and advantages of the present invention, as well as the advantages achieved thereby, reference should now be made in detail to the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein the same are intended to be illustrative and not limiting of the scope of the invention, as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
The advantages, features and technical solutions of the present invention will be more readily understood by describing in greater detail exemplary embodiments and the accompanying drawings, and the invention may be embodied in different forms, and therefore should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather provided as an example to fully and completely convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art, and the invention is defined only by the appended claims.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a first block diagram of the remaining time bidding system of the present invention. As shown, the remaining time bidding system 100 of the present invention includes a plurality of client devices 110 and a bidding server 120. The user device 110 mainly includes a processing module and a transmission module, and mobile devices, tablet computers, and desktop computers in the market are all of these types, but not limited thereto.
Further, the plurality of client devices 110 are installed with the remaining time bidding application, and each client device 110 executes the remaining time bidding application and receives the bidding information, and generates the bidding information corresponding to the bidding information. The bidding information includes the amount of bid and the privacy settings (if the bidding is achieved, the bidding is carried out independently or the bidding is carried out with the live broadcast end in two-way).
The bidding server 120 is connected to each client device 110, and the bidding server 120 includes a bidding module 121 and a live broadcast module 122.
The bidding module 121 establishes a live bidding case, generates bidding information corresponding to the live bidding case, receives a plurality of bidding information, and generates bidding results according to the bidding information meeting the bidding conditions. Wherein, the bidding information includes the living broadcast industry, the living broadcast theme, the bidding base bid, etc.; when the bidding module 121 re-establishes the direct broadcast bidding case, it can further set the industry bid amount, the money amount per bid amount, the live broadcast time period, and the related privacy setting.
The live broadcast module 122 receives the bidding result, and establishes a bidirectional live broadcast communication between the live broadcast end device 130 corresponding to the live broadcast bidding case and the user end device 110 corresponding to the bidding result.
It should be noted that the live broadcast module 122 can record (e.g., record) live broadcast video and audio contents in the bidirectional live broadcast communication, the live broadcast database 123 of the bidding server 120 is connected to the live broadcast module 122 and stores the live broadcast video and audio contents, and when the live broadcast video and audio contents obtain corresponding live broadcast end and user end authorization (e.g., authorization for payment and downloading), the other user end devices 110 can pay to download the authorized live broadcast video and audio contents from the live broadcast database 123; the live broadcast end and the user end corresponding to the authorized live broadcast video and audio content can obtain a certain proportion of royalties from the download cost.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a second block diagram of the remaining time bidding system of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the bidding server 120 includes a member module 124, the member module 124 is connected to the bidding module 121 and receives the login information of each user device 110, the member module 124 checks the login information to obtain the member information, and the bidding module 121 transmits the bidding information to the corresponding user device 110 corresponding to the member information. That is, after the user device 110 executes the remaining bidding application, the bidding information of the live bidding case is only seen after the user device successfully logs in, so that the user device can participate in bidding.
The bidding server 120 further includes an account module 125, wherein the account module 125 has a member account corresponding to each user device 110, and each user device 110 uses the member account to store points, redeem points, purchase gifts, give away gifts, or a combination thereof. Wherein, the user end can send points or gifts to the live broadcast end.
In addition, the bidding server 120 further includes a community module 126, wherein the community module 126 is configured to transmit the friend-joining information of one of the user devices 110 to the other user device 110, which is an embodiment of the friend-joining function, and further the community module 126 can store the friend list of each user device 110 and transmit the text information of one of the user devices 110 to the other user device 110, so as to achieve the purpose of text communication between the two user devices 110.
Although the concept of the remaining time bidding method of the present invention has been described in the foregoing description of the remaining time bidding system of the present invention, for clarity, a detailed description of the flowchart is shown below.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating a remaining time bidding method according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the remaining time bidding method of the present invention is suitable for the remaining time bidding system 100 including a plurality of user devices 110, a bidding server 120 and a live broadcast device 130, and includes the following steps:
in step S31: the bidding module 121 of the bidding server 120 establishes a live bidding scheme, and generates bidding information corresponding to the live bidding scheme.
In step S32: the bidding information is received by a plurality of client devices 110, and the bidding information is generated corresponding to the bidding information.
In step S33: the bidding module 121 receives a plurality of bidding information, and generates bidding results according to the bidding information meeting the bidding conditions.
In step S34: the bidding result is received by the live broadcast module 122 of the bidding server 120, and a bidirectional live broadcast communication between the live broadcast end device 130 corresponding to the live bidding scheme and the user end device 110 corresponding to the bidding result is established.
It should be noted that, corresponding to the application of the live broadcast content, the remaining time bidding method of the present invention further includes the following steps:
recording live video and audio content in the bidirectional live communication through the live module 122;
storing live video and audio content via a live database of the bidding server 120;
obtaining the authorization of the live broadcast end and the user end corresponding to the live broadcast audio-video content for the other user end devices 110 to pay for downloading;
the authorized live video and audio contents are downloaded by paying the fee from the live database 123 through the user terminal device 110;
paying the right money to the live broadcast end and the use end corresponding to the authorized live broadcast video and audio content.
Further, corresponding to the member management section, the remaining time bidding method of the present invention further comprises the steps of:
receiving login information of each user device 110 through the member module 124 of the bidding server 120;
the login information is checked by the member module 124 to obtain member information;
the bidding information is transmitted to the corresponding client device 110 through the bidding module 121 corresponding to the member information.
In addition, the bidding server 120 is provided with an account module 125 corresponding to the part of the point and gift management, and the account module 125 has member accounts corresponding to the user devices 110, so the remaining time bidding method of the present invention further includes the following steps:
the points are stored, redeemed, purchased, gifted, or a combination thereof with the member account via each consumer device 110.
In addition, corresponding to the interaction part between the users, the remaining time bidding method of the invention also comprises the following steps:
transmitting the friend-joining information of one user device 110 to another user device 110 through the community module 126 of the bidding server 120 and storing a friend list of each user device 110;
the text message of one of the client devices 110 is transmitted to the other client device 110.
The detailed description and the implementation of the remaining time bidding method of the present invention have been described above in the remaining time bidding system of the present invention, and are not repeated herein for brevity.
In summary, the remaining time bidding system and method thereof of the present invention can provide the required user end with the opportunity to communicate with the live broadcast end by bidding in the remaining specific time period of the live broadcast end; on the other hand, the live broadcast end can also effectively use trivial remaining time and can also share talents, skills or experiences to other use ends so as to achieve the purpose of carrying the information.

Claims (10)
1. A remaining time bidding system, comprising:
the system comprises a plurality of user end devices, a plurality of server end devices and a plurality of server end devices, wherein the user end devices are provided with remaining time bidding application programs, execute the remaining time bidding application programs, receive bidding information and generate bidding information corresponding to the bidding information;
a bidding server connected to each of the client devices, the bidding server comprising:
the bidding module is used for establishing a live bidding case, generating bidding information corresponding to the live bidding case, receiving the bidding information and generating bidding results according to the bidding information meeting the bidding conditions; and
and the live broadcast module is used for receiving the bidding result and establishing bidirectional live broadcast communication between the live broadcast end device corresponding to the live broadcast bidding case and the using end device corresponding to the bidding result.
2. The remaining-time bidding system of claim 1, wherein the live broadcast module records live broadcast video content in the two-way live broadcast communication, the live broadcast database of the bidding server is connected to the live broadcast module and stores the live broadcast video content, and when the live broadcast video content is authorized by the corresponding live broadcast terminal and the corresponding user terminal, the user terminal device pays a fee from the live broadcast database to download the authorized live broadcast video content, and the authorized live broadcast terminal and the authorized user terminal corresponding to the live broadcast video content obtain a right amount.
3. The remaining-time bidding system according to claim 1, wherein the bidding server comprises a member module, the member module is connected to the bidding module and receives login information of each user device, the member module checks the login information to obtain member information, and the bidding module transmits the bidding information to the corresponding user device corresponding to the member information.

The system for remaining time bidding according to claim 3, wherein the bidding server comprises an account module having a member account corresponding to each of the consumer devices, each of the consumer devices performing point storage value, point redemption, gift purchase, gift presentation, or a combination thereof using the member account.

The system of claim 1, wherein the bidding server comprises a community module that transmits friend-joining information of one of the user devices to another of the user devices and stores a friend list of each of the user devices, and transmits text information of one of the user devices to another of the user devices.
6. A remaining time bidding method is characterized by being suitable for a remaining time bidding system comprising a plurality of user end devices, a bidding server and a live end device, and comprising the following steps:
establishing a live bidding case through a bidding module of the bidding server, and generating bidding information corresponding to the live bidding case;
receiving the bidding information through the plurality of user-side devices, and generating bidding information corresponding to the bidding information;
receiving the plurality of bidding information through the bidding module, and generating bidding results according to the bidding information meeting the bidding conditions; and
and receiving the bidding result through a live broadcast module of the bidding server, and establishing bidirectional live broadcast communication between a live broadcast end device corresponding to the live broadcast bidding case and the user end device corresponding to the bidding result.
7. The remaining time bidding method according to claim 6, further comprising the steps of:
recording live video and audio contents in the bidirectional live communication through the live broadcast module;
storing the live video and audio contents through a live broadcast database of the bidding server;
obtaining the live broadcast end and the user end corresponding to the live broadcast audio-video content to authorize the live broadcast end and the user end to be paid and downloaded by other user end devices;
paying a fee to download the authorized live video and audio content in the live database through the user terminal device; and
paying the right money to the live broadcast end and the use end corresponding to the authorized live broadcast video and audio content.
8. The method for bidding remaining time according to claim 6, further comprising the steps of:
receiving login information of each user terminal device through a member module of the bidding server;
the login information is checked through the member module to obtain member information; and
and transmitting the bidding information to the corresponding user terminal device through the bidding module corresponding to the member information.
9. The method for remaining time bidding according to claim 8, wherein the bidding server includes an account module having a member account corresponding to each of the client devices, the method for remaining time bidding further comprising the steps of:
using the member account to store points, redeem points, purchase gifts, give gifts, or a combination thereof, by each of the user-side devices.
10. The remaining time bidding method according to claim 6, further comprising the steps of:
transmitting friend joining information of one user device to another user device through a community module of the bidding server, and storing a friend list of each user device; and
and transmitting the text information of one of the user end devices to the other user end device.
