the cloud platform is connected with the data terminal and the request terminal and used for acquiring first attribute information of the data terminal when the data terminal is initially accessed into the cloud platform and setting a first identity inquiry strategy according to the first attribute information, the cloud platform carries out first identity inquiry operation on the data terminal based on the first identity inquiry strategy by taking a preset time period as a cycle, the cloud platform updates the first identity inquiry strategy after the data terminal passes the first identity inquiry operation, and the first identity inquiry strategy adopted by the first identity inquiry operation is different every time;
the verification module is arranged at the request end and used for performing third identity query operation on the data end according to pre-stored related information of the data end when the request end sends a data request instruction to the data end, outputting preliminary passing information after the data end passes the third identity query operation, and sending a verification instruction to the cloud platform;
the cloud platform is further used for carrying out the first identity query operation on the data terminal based on the first identity query strategy after receiving the verification instruction, and sending final passing information to the request terminal after the data terminal passes the first identity query operation.

The transaction data validity determination system according to claim 1, wherein the cloud platform is further configured to obtain second attribute information of the request end when the request end is initially connected to the cloud platform, and set a second identity query policy according to the second attribute information.
