Description

People-oriented community development level evaluation index system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of urban management and management, in particular to a people-oriented community development level evaluation index system.
Background
Socialists believe that a community should include a certain number of people, a range of territories, a scale of facilities, a certain characteristic culture, a certain type of organization, and based on certain interactive relationships and common cultural relationships, a community of people and their areas of activity that are related to each other within a certain area. The community is a complex system, although sparrows are small and have complete five internal organs, the community has the characteristics of multiple main bodies, multiple functions and multiple service dimensions, and the development and evaluation of the community needs to comprehensively consider and establish an index system.
Different organizations at home and abroad put forward thinking about community evaluation indexes from different dimensions. In the book of death and birth of the great cities in the United states, Yarespectively Buss, made in the United states, it is proposed that communities (streets) should pay attention to public spaces, building density, street suitability, functional mixture degree, community diversity and the like, and the book is an early thought for community construction. In the sustainable urban and community development target of 2030 sustainable development agenda released by the united nations, the problems of safety of special groups of communities, housing guarantee, public transportation, public spaces, natural environment, disasters and the like are concerned. The academia has proposed various concepts for evaluating communities. For example, "livable community", "civilized community", "secure community", "sustainable development community", "healthy community", "harmonious community", etc., the community development targets are proposed from different dimensions, and the community evaluation criteria are established. Although the evaluation angles are different, there is a common principle that "people-oriented", the community development shall be based on whether people's needs are met, and the community evaluation shall pay attention to the real needs, real feelings and real acquirement of residents in the community.
The existing community development level evaluation index system is limited by data or required by related planning business, evaluation dimension is usually focused on one or two specific aspects, and the overall development level of a community is difficult to measure comprehensively. Big data and artificial intelligence technology create better conditions for community evaluation, and more dimensionality and more accurate quantitative evaluation can be realized. Considering the demand of future community development, the community development situation is comprehensively mastered, and the identification of the defects of community development is particularly important, so that a people-oriented community development level evaluation index system is needed to be invented, and more scientific and comprehensive community development evaluation is provided.
