Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solutions claimed in the claims of the present application can be implemented without these technical details and with various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
A first embodiment of the invention relates to a method of detecting a shuffle share. The specific flow is shown in figure 1. The method comprises the following steps:
101: acquiring a video frame image frame to be detected;
102: determining a shared bicycle area and the placing state of a shared bicycle in the area according to the video frame image frame;
103: and if the placing state of the shared bicycle is a chaotic state, sending alarm prompt information.
Based on the above embodiment, the detector of the video frame image frame to be detected is designed to adopt a centret structure network model, and the identification model of the shared bicycle category attribute adopts a PVANet structure network model; the identification model of the category attribute of the shared bicycle adopts a PVANet network structure, and the resolution of an input image of the identification model is 96 × 96; as shown in fig. 2, another method for detecting a misplacement of a shared bicycle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
201: acquiring a video frame image to be detected in real time; in particular, a monitoring video is obtained from a road camera.
202: acquiring detector input image parameters of a video frame image frame to be detected, wherein the detector input image parameters comprise: the detector inputs the size of the image and the position of the intercepted image; the detector input image parameters are obtained by presetting. The size of an input image and the position of an intercepted image of the detector can be set through calibration of a system platform, and the transverse size of the shared bicycle is below 150 pixels; the method specifically comprises the following steps: and intercepting the image with the corresponding size from the corresponding position in the image frame of the video frame to be detected according to the size and the intercepted image position of the image input by the detector, scaling the image to a proper size, and sending the image to the detector.
It should be noted that the process is divided into two parts: 1. the detector is not full-image detection, so that the detection is carried out from the full-image cutout part of the video frame image, namely the detection is carried out from the full-image cutout part of the video frame image according to the input image parameters of the detector; 2. the detector is under 150 aiming at the pixel range of the shared bicycle, if the resolution of the shared bicycle in the cutout part of the video image is more than 150, a reduction step is carried out, and the reduction step also has the effect of reducing the operation amount; if the resolution of the shared bicycle in the cutout part of the video image is less than 150, the shared bicycle needs to be enlarged.
203: processing the image to be detected according to the scaling size of the input image of the detector;
204: determining a shared bicycle area and the placement state of a shared bicycle in the area by the processed video frame image frame to be detected; determining the area of the shared bicycle in the image, namely determining an outer frame of the area of the shared bicycle, namely determining the relative position coordinates of the area of the shared bicycle in the image; the arrangement state of the shared single vehicles is that the shared single vehicles are in single, multiple disordered arrangement, multiple orderly arrangement categories and the like. According to the shared bicycle area, further classifying the shared bicycles, such as: the bicycle brand.
Based on the steps, the method can further create an object for the external frame of the shared bicycle, and extract the image of the area of the shared bicycle from the external frame outside the area of the shared bicycle, so as to further identify the attribute of the category of the bicycle, such as the brand of the bicycle. 206: adjusting the image resolution of the outside frame of the shared bicycle area in the image according to the input image resolution;
207: carrying out brand identification on the shared bicycle area in the image after the image resolution is adjusted;
208: and if the image sharing bicycle is in a disordered state, the brand information is sent out together through the alarm prompt information.
It should be noted that when the shared bicycle is identified as being placed in a disorderly manner, the system captures the current video frame image and marks the object, and gives an alarm by adding information such as location, time, brand and the like.
