Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
It is to be noted that technical terms or scientific terms used in the embodiments of the present invention should have the ordinary meanings as understood by those having ordinary skill in the art to which the present disclosure belongs, unless otherwise defined. The use of "first," "second," and similar terms in this disclosure is not intended to indicate any order, quantity, or importance, but rather is used to distinguish one element from another. The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that the element or item listed before the word covers the element or item listed after the word and its equivalents, but does not exclude other elements or items.
As described in the background art, based on the face recognition technology, the login by face login at the time of software login is one of the most common scenes in daily life of people. When logging in through the face login mode, the system can automatically open the camera of the login equipment, the user only needs to set the login equipment in front of the face, the system can further automatically collect facial images, and the facial images are compared through subsequent images to identify and verify, so that the login is completed. Therefore, compared with other login modes, such as an account password, a short message verification code, gesture drawing and the like, the face login method has obvious advantages in face login speed and operation convenience.
Obviously, the face login method also has some problems and disadvantages. For example, when a user is in a moving state such as walking, riding, driving, etc., if the user takes out the login device to perform face login, the attention of the user may be distracted, and a great potential safety hazard exists. For another example, when the ambient light is weak, the definition of the collected facial image of the user is low, which may cause failure of image comparison and seriously affect the login success rate. For another example, when the user holds the login device in a lying or prone position, the image acquired by the login device may be distorted, which may also result in a failure in image comparison, resulting in a decrease in login success rate. For another example, at rest time such as night, when the user performs face login, the screen of the login device may be lit to complete image acquisition, and at this time, other people around may be affected. For another example, when a user is in a public place, privacy of the user or others may be leaked when the user logs in through a face. Therefore, in some application scenarios, software login is not suitable for being performed in a face login manner.
At present, some prior arts recommend a login method for a user, aiming at the problems and disadvantages of a face login method. However, the conventional recommendation of the login method generally considers the account type of the user, the usage behavior habit of the user, and the like. However, the above-mentioned consideration factors cannot actually reflect the application scenario of the user when performing face login, that is, the conventional login method recommendation technology cannot effectively improve the problem that the login success rate of the face login method is not high in an inapplicable application scenario.
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a pushing scheme of a login mode, which is used for constructing and training a holding state recognition model on the basis of the motion data of login equipment. When the device is used, the holding state is determined by using the holding state recognition model through real-time motion data of the login device. In addition, the environment data of the login device and the current time data can be obtained, and the environment state and the time state are correspondingly determined respectively. Furthermore, different application scenes are corresponding to the holding state or the combination of the holding state, the environment state and the time state, so that the face login applicability is determined, and finally the pushing of the login mode is realized, so that the technical effect of improving the login success rate is realized.
The following further elaborates the technical solution of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a login method pushing method, including the following steps:
step 101, obtaining motion data of the login equipment.
In this step, the user performs a login process of the software or system installed on the terminal device with data processing and displaying functions, and the terminal device is referred to as a login device in this embodiment. The login device can be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer, or a fixed terminal, such as a desktop computer and an intelligent television, or an intelligent wearable device, such as an intelligent watch and an intelligent bracelet.
In this step, the motion data is from a sensor provided in the login device and used for recording the motion state of the user. The sensor for recording the motion state of the user comprises one or two of a gravity acceleration sensor and a gyroscope sensor; the motion data detected by the gravity acceleration sensor comprises gravity acceleration caused by gravity acting on the login device; the motion data detectable by the gyro sensor includes the angular velocity of the movement of the logging device along one axis or several axes. In operation, the sensor can continuously detect and generate the obtained motion data.
Step 102, inputting the motion data into a holding state identification model to obtain a holding state; the holding state recognition model is obtained based on motion data training of different devices.
Through the motion data of the login device, the holding state of the user on the login device can be reflected. It should be noted that the holding state is not only various states formed by the user holding the login device, such as vertical holding (corresponding to vertical screen use), horizontal holding (corresponding to horizontal screen use); the holding state also includes various states formed by the fact that the login device is used as a personal object and moves along with the user, for example, when the user walks, rides or drives with a mobile phone, the holding state of the login device can be in motion.
In this embodiment, the holding state recognition model is obtained by training a machine learning model based on motion data of different login devices in a certain past time period. It will be appreciated that the machine learning model may predict unknown data based on known data. Thus, the determination of the holding state may be achieved by training a machine learning model.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the grip state recognition model may be constructed and trained by the following method:
step 201, obtaining motion data of different devices to form sample data;
step 202, extracting sample characteristics of the sample data;
and 203, constructing and training the holding state recognition model through a preset machine learning algorithm based on the sample characteristics of the sample data.
Wherein the movement data of different logging devices over a certain period of time in the past is collected. Based on the collected data, a machine learning model is trained. The sample data has a corresponding sample tag, which may refer to a holding state of the login device. The specific content of the sample tag corresponding to the sample data, i.e. what holding state the sample tag corresponds to, needs to be set according to specific implementation requirements. And for the sample data, further extracting sample characteristics of the sample data through wavelet transformation, matrix decomposition and other modes, and finally constructing and training a holding state identification model through a preset machine learning algorithm based on the sample characteristics of the sample data. The predetermined machine learning algorithm may be selected from one or more of a naive bayes algorithm, a decision tree algorithm, a support vector machine algorithm, a kNN algorithm, a neural network algorithm, a deep learning algorithm, and a logistic regression algorithm.
After obtaining the holding state identification model, when a user initiates login through a login device or at a predetermined time point, the obtained motion data may be input into the holding state identification model, that is, the holding state output by the holding state identification model may be obtained.
And 103, determining the face login applicability through the holding state.
In this step, based on the obtained holding state, the holding state is corresponding to an application scene according to the holding characteristics of the user for the login device in different application scenes in actual use, and then based on the correspondence between the holding state and the application scene, an intuitive and simple data form, that is, the face login applicability is used to express whether the current user is suitable for face login. Specifically, the face login applicability can be expressed in a specific degree manner, such as applicable, inapplicable, high, medium, low, and the like; alternatively, the corresponding calculation may be a quantitative expression, such as a score, a probability, etc., through a predetermined calculation formula.
For example, if the obtained holding state is in motion, it may be considered that the user is in a motion state with the login device, such as walking, riding, driving, and the like, and at this time, if the user logs in through the face of the user, the attention of the user may be distracted, and there is a potential safety hazard. Accordingly, the face registration suitability may be determined to be inapplicable.
For example, the login device is a mobile phone, and the obtained holding state is horizontal holding; when a user holds the screen horizontally, that is, uses the screen horizontally, the corresponding application scene is generally a watching screen (watching a drama and watching a movie) or a game, and the user is often in an indoor environment or a quiet and non-complicated environment in the application scene, and the state is leisure, and the user is more suitable for logging in through a face at the moment. Accordingly, the face registration suitability can be determined to be suitable.
And step 104, pushing a login mode according to the face login applicability.
In this step, the corresponding push login mode is used according to the determined face login applicability. Specifically, when the face login suitability degree corresponds to face login suitability of a user of the current login device, the face login mode is pushed to the login device. When the face login suitability degree corresponds to that the user of the current login equipment is not suitable for face login, pushing a non-face login mode to the login equipment; the non-face login mode may be: account password login, mobile phone short message authentication code login, gesture drawing login, voiceprint recognition login, fingerprint recognition login and the like.
In this step, taking the push face login as an example, the push login manner may be: the method has the advantages that the service use permission of face login is directly pushed and configured for the login equipment, so that when a user starts corresponding software through the login equipment to enter a login interface and selects login, the user directly enters an acquired face image interface of the face login, and a subsequent login process is executed according to prompts.
The push login mode may be: and pushing a prompt message to the login device, wherein the prompt message can be in a text form, an animation video form, a voice form or a combination of one or more of the forms. The prompt information is used for prompting the user, so that the user can set the login mode of the corresponding software to be face login by himself under the prompt. For example, the prompt information is in a text form, and the implementation process may be that when the user starts corresponding software to enter the login interface, a text prompt box pops up, and the content displayed in the text prompt box is "recommend you to login using a human face according to your current application environment"; correspondingly, a navigation button of a navigation direction login mode setting interface can be set on the login interface, so that the user can conveniently and quickly jump to the login mode setting interface to modify the login mode to log in for the face.
Obviously, the above-mentioned alternatives of push login methods can also be applied to other types of login devices besides mobile phones.
According to the embodiment, the login mode pushing method determines the holding state of the login equipment based on the motion data of the login equipment, further determines the applicability of a user to the face login mode, realizes pushing the face login mode or the non-face login mode aiming at an application scene, and effectively improves the login success rate.
Obviously, the login manner pushing method of the embodiment may not only be executed immediately in response to the user initiating the login operation through the login device. Or the background of the login device may be silent, that is, the motion data in a certain preset time period before the current time is acquired, so that the login mode is pushed by the method of the embodiment based on the motion data; because the holding state of the user to the login equipment generally has certain continuity, the background silent execution mode can be used for pushing an applicable login mode in advance before the user logs in, the login success rate can be ensured, and the login speed is further improved.
It should be noted that the login pushing method of the present embodiment may be executed by a single device, such as a computer or a server. The login mode pushing method of the embodiment can also be applied to a distributed scene and completed by the mutual cooperation of a plurality of devices. In this distributed scenario, one of the multiple devices may only perform one or more steps of the login method pushing method of the embodiment, and the multiple devices interact with each other to complete the login method pushing method.
As a more specific embodiment, the login method pushing method, based on the steps described in the foregoing embodiment, with reference to fig. 3, may further include the following steps:
step 301, obtaining environment data of the login device.
In this step, the environmental data, that is, the data capable of reflecting the current natural environment of the user and the login device, may be environmental light intensity data, geographical position data, weather data, and the like. The natural environment where the user and the login equipment are currently located can also correspond to a certain application scene correspondingly, so that the face login applicability is judged.
In this embodiment, the environment data includes the environment light intensity data and the geographical position data. Accordingly, obtaining the context data of the login device may comprise at least one of the following steps: acquiring environmental light intensity data of login equipment; geographic location data of the logging device is obtained.
Wherein for the step of obtaining ambient light intensity data, the ambient light intensity data may be obtained from a light sensor provided by the logging device. For the step of obtaining the geographical location data, the geographical location data may be obtained from a positioning component set by the login device; the positioning technology specifically adopted by the positioning assembly can be selected from GPS positioning, Beidou positioning, Galileo positioning, Glonass positioning and the like.
Step 302, determining an environment state according to the environment data.
In this step, the environmental state is determined according to the acquired environmental data. The combination of the environment state and the holding state can correspond to different application scenes. For the environmental light intensity data acquired in the previous step, the environmental light intensity state can be correspondingly determined; and for the geographic position data acquired in the previous steps, the geographic position state can be correspondingly determined.
For the ambient light intensity data, different ambient light intensity states can be determined by comparing the ambient light intensity data with a preset ambient light intensity threshold. Specifically, the ambient light intensity threshold may be set according to the light intensity of the user image that is subjected to face login and has sufficient sharpness. Then, comparing the obtained ambient light intensity data with an ambient light intensity threshold; when the ambient light intensity data is greater than or equal to the ambient light intensity threshold, the illumination intensity in the environment where the current login equipment is located is considered to be sufficient, images with high definition can be collected, the images are suitable for collecting the images to perform face recognition, and accordingly, the ambient light intensity state is determined to be sufficient; when the ambient light intensity data is smaller than the ambient light intensity threshold value, the illumination intensity in the environment where the current login equipment is located is considered to be insufficient, the definition of the collected image is low, the image is not suitable for face recognition, and accordingly, the ambient light intensity state is determined to be insufficient.
For the geographical location data, different geographical location states can be determined by judging whether the geographical location data is within a preset location range. In particular, the geographic location may be divided into a public location and a private location. And correspondingly presetting a first position range corresponding to the public place and a second position range corresponding to the private place according to the existing geographic position data of the public place and the private place. Then, judging whether the obtained geographic position data is in a first position range or a second position range; when the geographic position data is in the first position range, determining that the geographic position state is a public place, and considering the influence on other people, personal information safety and other factors, the user tends to be not suitable for using the face to log in when the user is in the public place; when the geographic position data is within the second position range, the geographic position state is determined to be a private place, and the user is within the private place, and the user tends to be considered to be suitable for login using a human face in consideration of less influence on other people or the environment within the private place.
In addition, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the following steps may be further included:
step 401, obtaining current time data.
In this step, the inter-data can reflect the current time. The current time can also correspond to a certain application scene correspondingly, so that the face login applicability can be judged.
When the time data is acquired, the time data can be directly acquired from the current login equipment, or acquired by accessing a server with a time service function in the cloud through the internet, or acquired from other terminal equipment by accessing other terminal equipment through data communication.
And step 402, determining a time state according to the time data.
In this step, the time state is determined according to the acquired time data. Specifically, the different time states may be determined by determining whether the time data is within a preset time period. For example, a time period range is set to 22 to 8 points, within which a rest period is considered, and outside which a non-rest period is considered. Then, judging whether the time data is in the time period range or not; when the time data is in the time period range, the time state is determined to be rest time, and at the moment, the light emission of the screen when the face is used for logging in possibly influences the rest of other people and tends to be considered to be unsuitable for logging in by using the face; when the time data is not in the time period range, the time state is determined to be non-rest time, and the possibility of influencing other people when the face is used for login is small, and the face is considered to be suitable for login.
In addition, in this embodiment, taking the login device as a mobile phone as an example, the obtained holding state may include: in motion, longitudinal static holding, transverse static lying holding or transverse static holding. And if the holding state is in motion, the login equipment is indicated to be in the motion state of walking, running, riding, driving and the like along with or held by the user. The holding state is vertical static holding, the surface login equipment does not move along with the user, the screen of the login equipment is in a vertical screen state, and the user is in a normal use state at the moment. The holding state is horizontal static lying holding, the surface login equipment does not move along with the user, the screen of the login equipment is in a horizontal screen state, and the user holds the login equipment in a lying posture. The holding state is a lateral standing state, which indicates that the user does not directly hold the login device, but places the login device at a certain position.
The face registration suitability is determined based on each of the grip state, the environment state, and the time state determined as described above. In this embodiment, the face registration suitability is divided into high, medium, and low.
Specifically, the step of determining the face registration suitability may include at least one of the following conditions:
when the holding state is in motion, the user is judged to be in walking, running, riding, driving or similar application scenes, and at the moment, potential safety hazards are brought by using face login, namely the face login is not applicable, and the face login applicability is correspondingly determined to be low.
When the holding state is vertical static holding and the time state is rest time, the user is judged to be in an application scene that the user uses the login equipment in the rest time period, at the moment, the user uses the face to login, the light emitted by the login equipment can influence the rest of other people, namely the face is not applicable to login, and accordingly the face login applicability is determined to be low.
When the holding state is the horizontal standing state, the user is judged to be in an application scene such as a screen without using a login device or paying attention to the login device, and the like, at the moment, the face login is used, the influence on other people and the environment is basically avoided, namely the face login is applicable, and accordingly the face login applicability is determined to be high.
When the holding state is vertical static holding, the time state is non-rest time, the environment light intensity state is sufficient light, and the geographic position state is a private place, the user is judged to be in an application scene that the login equipment is used in the private place with sufficient environment light in the non-rest time, at the moment, the face login is used, the influence on other people and the environment is basically avoided, namely, the face login is applicable, and accordingly the face login applicability is high.
When the holding state is longitudinal static holding, the time state is non-rest time, and the ambient light intensity state is insufficient, judging that the user is in an application scene in which the ambient light is insufficient in the non-rest time, the success rate of face login is possibly influenced if the user is suitable for the face login in time but the ambient light is insufficient, and correspondingly determining that the face login applicability is middle if the user is suitable for the face login at the moment;
when the holding state is longitudinal static holding, the time state is non-rest time, the environment light intensity state is sufficient light, and the geographical position state is a public place, judging that a user is in an application scene in the public place with sufficient environment light in the non-rest time, although the time and the environment light are proper, the public place possibly has personal information safety problem, at the moment, whether the face login is applicable or not needs to be further judged, and correspondingly determining that the face login applicability is middle;
when the holding state is horizontal static lying holding, the user is judged to be in an application scene of using the login equipment in a lying posture and a horizontal screen, at the moment, the problem of disturbing the user or image acquisition distortion caused by the lying posture exists in face login, whether the face login is suitable or not needs to be further judged, and the face login applicability is determined to be middle.
It can be seen that, in the process of determining the face registration suitability, the obtained holding state, environment state and time state are not necessarily used at the same time, in some cases, the face registration suitability may be determined by using only the holding state, and in other cases, the face registration suitability may be determined by combining at least one of the environment state and the time state with the holding state.
Further, in this embodiment, the step of pushing the login manner according to the determined face login applicability includes: when the face login suitability is high, pushing a face login mode; and when the face login suitability is low, pushing a non-face login mode. And when the face login applicability is high, indicating that the application environment where the user and the login equipment are currently located is suitable for login through the face, and correspondingly pushing a face login mode. And when the face login applicability is low, the application environment where the user and the login equipment are currently located is not suitable for login through the face, and a corresponding non-face login pushing mode is adopted. The specific push mode and the specific login mode that can be selected by the non-face login mode may be as described with reference to the foregoing embodiments.
In this embodiment, when the face login applicability is medium, what login manner is to be pushed may be further determined by combining the login manner used in the history login of the login device, with reference to fig. 5, including the following steps:
step 501, obtaining historical login data of the login device.
In this step, the historical login data is record data generated when the current login device logs in the corresponding software within a certain preset time, and may include: login mode, login time, login duration and the like. The historical login data is generated and stored when the login device logs in, can be stored in the local login device, and can also be uploaded to a server of corresponding software stored in the cloud. In this step, according to the specific situation, the corresponding storage location is accessed to obtain the historical login data.
Step 502, judging whether the historical login data comprises historical face login data; if yes, pushing a face login mode; otherwise, pushing a non-face login mode.
In this step, the historical face login data, which is a data part of the login manner included in the historical login data, is used to determine whether to push the face login manner by judging whether the historical face login data includes the historical face login data. When the historical login data comprises historical face login data, the surface user uses a face login mode to login corresponding software through the login equipment, at the moment, the user is judged to be adapted or accustomed to using the face login mode, and the face login mode is correspondingly pushed. When the historical login data does not include the historical face login data, the surface user does not login the corresponding software by using the face login mode, at the moment, the user is judged to tend not to use the face login mode, and the face login mode is correspondingly pushed.
In addition, when the determined face registration suitability is medium, whether or not to push the face registration method may be further determined by another method. And determining the pushed login mode by analyzing the user behavior data of the login equipment, such as through a user behavior analysis model.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a login manner pushing apparatus, which refers to fig. 6, where the login manner pushing apparatus includes:
an obtaining module 601 configured to obtain motion data of a login device;
the recognition module 602 is configured to input the motion data into a holding state recognition model to obtain a holding state; the holding state recognition model is obtained based on motion data training of different devices;
a determining module 603 configured to determine face login applicability according to the holding state;
and the pushing module 604 is configured to push the login mode according to the face login applicability.
