Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The method, the device and the electronic equipment for identifying the account type according to the embodiment of the application are described below with reference to the drawings.
Specifically, in the prior art, a user has multiple accounts and cannot correctly identify the account type, so that the user is not sufficiently understood, and the provided service does not meet the technical problem of user requirements. In order to solve the problems, the application provides a method for identifying account types, which includes the steps of obtaining a plurality of user equipment identification information when a user uses a plurality of devices, device information to which the user equipment identification information belongs, and account information corresponding to the user equipment identification information; forming a plurality of user equipment identification information pairs according to the plurality of user equipment identification information; aggregating a plurality of user equipment identification information to corresponding equipment according to the plurality of user equipment identification information pairs and equipment information pairs to which the user equipment identification information belongs, wherein the equipment comprises a plurality of user equipment identification information; acquiring a plurality of accounts corresponding to the equipment according to account information corresponding to a plurality of user equipment identification information included in the equipment; and the primary account is selected from a plurality of accounts corresponding to the equipment, so that the user can understand based on deeper behaviors, and the personalized service quality is improved.
Specifically, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for identifying an account type according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101, acquiring a plurality of user equipment identification information, equipment information to which the user equipment identification information belongs, and account information corresponding to the user equipment identification information when a user uses a plurality of equipment.
In practical application, a user may use multiple devices to log in one or more accounts to perform operations such as communication and information browsing, and it can be understood that the user may generate multiple pieces of user device identification information when using the devices, where the multiple pieces of user device identification information may be user device identification information generated by a service provider on the devices, or acquired hardware identification as user device identification information.
Specifically, when a service provider collects data, a collector is usually integrated in an APP or a browser of a service provider, so as to collect device information of a user, for example, an APP end can usually obtain user device identification information such as a CUID, a MAC, an IMEI, and the like, and a browser end can collect user device identification information such as a CUID and the like.
It can also be understood that the logged USERID can be collected while the user account logs in, and the information of the user's equipment brand, equipment model, active time, system and version, searched search terms, IP address, geographical location, etc. can be collected while the user's equipment identification information is collected.
Therefore, the device information to which the user equipment identification information belongs, such as the device brand, the device model, and the like, can be acquired, and the account information corresponding to the user equipment identification information, such as the USERID and the like of account login, can also be acquired.
For example, the device is a mobile phone a, and on a browser of the mobile phone a, the user logs in the hundred degree account userid1 and has searched key words, such as searching for a star, searching for a weather forecast, and the like; on the mobile phone A, a user installs a microblog app, such as a microblog account called userid2, and pays attention to some users on a microblog, wherein the users have search terms and click records; for example, a user carries a mobile phone A to pass through an electronic security inspection door, the security inspection door acquires imei and time and place of the mobile phone A, and swipes an identity card to pass through the security inspection door, records the identity card number of the user, the data of a browser, app and equipment, and can acquire account information and user behavior data corresponding to user equipment identification information, wherein the account information corresponding to the user equipment identification information comprises a hundred-degree account, a microblog account and the identity card number; user behavior, including date and time, location, behavior content, and the like.
Therefore, the gender, the place of daily living, the behavior estimation, the behavior habit and the like of a natural person can be judged through the user behavior, whether the previous multiple accounts are the same person or not and the browser behavior, for example, the equipment behavior possibly recorded by the Cookieid, possibly recorded by the imei and the idfa, and the equipment behavior recorded by the imei are judged, and the user equipment identification information on the equipment is aggregated to the mobile phone A, so that all data of the mobile phone A is associated with the user behavior to judge whether the hundredth account, the microblog account and the identity card number belong to the same natural person or not.
Step 102, forming a plurality of user equipment identification information pairs according to the plurality of user equipment identification information.
Specifically, the ue identification information CUID is actively generated by the collector, and since a plurality of ue identification information are collected in each log of the user at the same time, a plurality of pairs of ue identification information can be formed according to the plurality of ue identification information.
As a possible implementation manner, whether the plurality of pieces of user equipment identification information conform to a preset identification generation rule is detected, the user equipment identification information corresponding to the user equipment identification information which does not conform to the preset identification generation rule is deleted from the plurality of pieces of user equipment identification information to generate a plurality of pieces of user equipment identification information to be processed, and a plurality of user equipment identification information pairs are generated after normalization processing is performed on attribute information of each piece of user equipment identification information in the plurality of pieces of user equipment identification information to be processed.
It should be noted that a large number of rich multiple user equipment identification information pairs can be directly collected by the IDPAIR collector for multiple sources, and the multiple user equipment identification information pairs mainly include a browser end, an APP end and cross-end data, where the cross-end data refers to data from the browser end to the APP end on the device, and cross-end communication can be achieved by a certain technical means, so as to obtain the data, as shown in fig. 2.
Step 103, aggregating the multiple user equipment identification information to corresponding equipment according to the multiple user equipment identification information pairs and the equipment information pair to which the user equipment identification information belongs, wherein the equipment comprises the multiple user equipment identification information.
Specifically, after forming the plurality of pairs of ue identification information, the plurality of pairs of ue identification information may be aggregated to the corresponding device according to the plurality of pairs of ue identification information and the device information pair to which the ue identification information belongs.
As a possible implementation manner, a target connectivity graph is obtained by calculating a plurality of user equipment identification information pairs through a connectivity graph algorithm, a target device is determined according to device information to which the user equipment identification information belongs, and all user equipment identification information in the target connectivity graph is aggregated to the target device.
It should be noted that after aggregating multiple pieces of user equipment identification information to corresponding devices, a device may include multiple pieces of user equipment identification information.
And step 104, acquiring a plurality of accounts corresponding to the device according to account information corresponding to a plurality of user equipment identification information included in the device.
Step 105, selecting a primary account number from a plurality of account numbers corresponding to the device.
Specifically, after a plurality of pieces of user equipment identification information are aggregated to corresponding equipment, the equipment can be determined to be the equipment of the user, then, a multi-account relation logged in on the equipment is calculated, a primary account is identified, and finally, correspondence from a natural person to an account is achieved.
That is to say, a plurality of accounts corresponding to the device may be acquired according to account information corresponding to the user device identification information included in the device, and a primary account may be selected from among the plurality of accounts corresponding to the device.
The method includes the steps that a master account is selected from a plurality of accounts corresponding to the slave device, as a possible implementation mode, login days and login time ranges of the accounts are obtained, the accounts are ranked according to the login days, and the master account is selected from the accounts according to ranking results and the login time ranges.
In summary, in the method for identifying the account type according to the embodiment of the present application, a plurality of pieces of user equipment identification information, pieces of equipment information to which the user equipment identification information belongs, and account information corresponding to the user equipment identification information when a user uses a plurality of pieces of equipment are obtained; forming a plurality of user equipment identification information pairs according to the plurality of user equipment identification information; aggregating a plurality of user equipment identification information to corresponding equipment according to the plurality of user equipment identification information pairs and equipment information pairs to which the user equipment identification information belongs, wherein the equipment comprises a plurality of user equipment identification information; acquiring a plurality of accounts corresponding to the equipment according to account information corresponding to a plurality of user equipment identification information included in the equipment; the method and the device for providing the service solve the technical problems that in the prior art, a user cannot correctly identify the account type due to the fact that a plurality of accounts exist in the user, the user understanding is not sufficient, and the provided service does not meet the user requirements, can understand the user based on deeper behaviors, and improve the personalized service quality.
Based on the above embodiments, it can be understood that there are various ways of forming a plurality of pairs of ue identification information according to a plurality of pairs of ue identification information, and the following result is described in detail with reference to fig. 3, and how to pre-process a plurality of pairs of ue identification information to form a plurality of pairs of ue identification information.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an account type identification method according to another embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 201, detecting whether the multiple pieces of user equipment identification information conform to a preset identification generation rule.
Step 202, deleting the user equipment identification information corresponding to the user equipment identification information which does not conform to the preset identification generation rule from the plurality of user equipment identification information to generate a plurality of pieces of to-be-processed user equipment identification information.
Step 203, normalizing the attribute information of each piece of user equipment identification information in the plurality of pieces of equipment identification information to be processed to generate a plurality of user equipment identification information pairs.
Specifically, the method mainly comprises the steps of carrying out data cleaning, attribute normalization processing and data anti-cheating on the collected identification information of the plurality of user equipment.
It can be understood that each kind of ue identification information has a certain generation rule, and if the collected ue identification information does not conform to the corresponding generation rule, the ue identification information is highly likely to be illegal data, and for the ue identification information of hardware, a unified rule is usually used, and the actively generated XID, YID, etc. are freely specified by the service provider on the basis of the rule, for example: the MAC address is usually expressed as 12 16-ary numbers, each 2 16-ary numbers are separated by colons, for example, 08:00:20:0A:8C:6D is a MAC address, wherein the first 6-bit 16-ary number 08:00:20 represents the number of a network hardware manufacturer, which is assigned by IEEE, and the last 3-bit 16-ary number 0A:8C:6D represents a certain network product manufactured by the manufacturer.
It can be understood that, since the collected attribute information of each piece of user equipment identification information is more, and each attribute value is not uniform, which is not beneficial to the calculation of the user equipment identification information, and the normalization to a number can also reduce the storage, values of various kinds of attribute information (os, os _ version, vendor, model, browser, etc.) are respectively normalized, for example: in the system dimension, 0 is adopted to indicate that no system information is acquired, 1 is ANDROID, 2 is IOS, and 3 is WINDOWS.
It should be noted that, if the user equipment identification information pair is directly collected, in the process of accumulating the user equipment identification information pair, the wrong user equipment identification information association may occur, so that the user equipment identification information pair can be subjected to anti-cheating in the level, the cheating data is removed, and finally, a cleaner anti-cheated user equipment identification information pair is obtained, as shown in fig. 4.
Therefore, the accuracy of aggregating a plurality of user equipment identification information to form the equipment of the user is further improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an account type identification method according to another embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
step 301, acquiring multiple pieces of user equipment identification information, equipment information to which the user equipment identification information belongs, and account information corresponding to the user equipment identification information when a user uses multiple pieces of equipment.
Step 302, forming a plurality of user equipment identification information pairs according to the plurality of user equipment identification information.
It should be noted that steps 301 to 302 are the same as steps 101 to 102, and the detailed description is given in steps 101 to 102, which is not described in detail here.
Step 303, calculating a plurality of user equipment identification information pairs through a connected graph algorithm to obtain a target connected graph, determining target equipment according to equipment information to which the user equipment identification information belongs, and aggregating all user equipment identification information in the target connected graph to the target equipment.
Specifically, after obtaining a plurality of pairs of user equipment identification information, then calculating the plurality of pairs of user equipment identification information by adopting a connected graph algorithm, wherein the plurality of pairs of user equipment identification information are equivalent to edges, and the user equipment identification information is equivalent to points.
It should be noted that, when aggregating multiple pieces of user equipment identification information to corresponding devices, an edge with userid may be removed first, mainly because userid is an account number of a user, many devices without the userid exist during login, and therefore the taken edge may be strongly associated, and when calculating a connectivity graph, the strong association of the edge is ensured first, and other XIDs are different on different devices, but the userid and the userid under the same account are the same, and therefore, when performing device identification, the userid cannot be brought into simultaneous calculation.
And step 304, acquiring a plurality of accounts corresponding to the device according to account information corresponding to the user equipment identification information included in the device.
And 305, acquiring login days and login time ranges of the multiple accounts, sequencing the multiple accounts according to the login days, and selecting a primary account from the multiple accounts according to the sequencing result and the login time range.
Specifically, a plurality of accounts corresponding to the device may be obtained according to account information corresponding to user equipment identification information included in the device, and a primary account may be selected from the plurality of accounts corresponding to the device, and more specifically, login days and login time ranges of the plurality of accounts are obtained, the plurality of accounts are sorted according to the login days, and the primary account is selected from the plurality of accounts according to the sorting result and the login time range.
Specifically, there are many scenarios from common devices to natural persons (for example, X and Y are different natural persons respectively), which are illustrated as follows:
for example, the device of X is only used by X, never logs in/logs in occasionally/uses USERID1 and USERID2 in sequence/uses USERID1 and USERID2 at the same time; for example, the device of X is used for logging in Y occasionally (Y logging in/Y not logging in); also for example, the device of X gives Y (Y logged in/Y not logged in) after a period of use; because the product lines such as the network disk, the library, the hundred family number and the like generally have the condition that one account is used by a plurality of natural people, the account information corresponding to the user equipment identification information needs to be cleaned firstly based on the number, the positioning and the like of equipment, and the fact that one account represents one natural person is ensured.
It can also be understood that the account number logged in on the device may be the account number of the device itself or the account number of another person, but one account number logs in on the device with the highest frequency, and basically, the account number and the device both belong to the same natural person.
Common account-to-natural person scenarios are as follows, X uses USERID1 on one or more devices; use USERID1, USERID2 simultaneously on one or more handsets; x uses USERID1 and USERID2 on a plurality of mobile phones respectively; x uses USERID1, Y occasionally uses USERID 1; x, Y use USERID1 together; the method includes the steps that a primary account and a small account are distinguished from accounts logged in the equipment, the primary account is used for representing a natural person, and the small account belongs to the primary account.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of primary accounts from a plurality of accounts according to a sorting result and a login time range, wherein the primary accounts are selected from the accounts, N is a positive integer, the accounts are N, and a first account to an Nth account which are sorted according to login days of the N accounts are obtained, wherein the login days of the first account to the Nth account are reduced one by one, the first account is used as a primary account to be selected, whether the login time range of the first account covers other accounts is judged, if the login time range of the first account covers the second account to the Nth account, the first account is used as the primary account, if the login time range of the first account does not cover the second account to the Nth account, an ith account which is positioned behind the first account in the login day sorting is selected as the primary account to be selected in turn, and whether the login time range of the ith account covers other accounts is judged, and if the login time range of the ith account number covers other account numbers, taking the ith account number as a primary account number.
It should be noted that, in order to further improve the accuracy, in the data acquisition process, due to the universality of the login account, there is a high possibility that some abnormal relationship data will be mixed into the device login relationship, before the primary account is identified, the abnormal data needs to be cleaned first, and the data cleaning mainly includes the following contents: eliminating data of more than N USERIDs corresponding to 1 device; eliminating data of more than N devices corresponding to 1 piece of user equipment identification information; removing data which only appears 1 time in 1 day; each device retains the USERID of topN; and accumulating data logged in by different natural persons and the account, and disconnecting the equipment USERID of the conflict part based on the data, wherein the accumulation is used for preventing the data from being changed violently in a short time.
Specifically, 1, for a device, firstly, the login days are counted according to an account number (USERID), the login days are sorted from large to small according to the login days, each USERID has the earliest login time and the latest login time, 2, the USERID with the largest login days is determined as the primary account number of the device in the window of the earliest and latest login time, the rest of the USERIDs are traversed, the time is not covered by the USERID login time in the step 2, the USERID with the largest login days is continuously selected as the primary account number of the device in the USERID login window, and the termination condition of traversal is that the login times of all the USERIDs are covered by the primary account numbers.
Specifically, traversing all login accounts covered by the primary account in a login time window, and judging whether the account appears in the primary account, wherein if the account appears, the account is not a small number; if the account number does not appear and the proportion of the login time window of the account number in the primary account number login window is larger than a certain threshold, the account number is considered to be the small number of the traversed primary account number, in short, the small number does not appear in the primary account number and is covered by the unique primary account number, and the calculation process of the small number shows that a plurality of small numbers may exist under one primary account number and the small numbers follow the large numbers.
It should be noted that, through the above calculation, it can be known that the primary account number of each device at different time stages and the corresponding small-size information under the primary account number in the time period exist, because there are time periods and device factors, the relationship between the primary account number and the small size is local, but in a natural human level, there may be the following two conflict situations: the USERID1 is the USERID2 small number & USERID2 is the USERID3 small number, and at this time, the USERID2 is both the primary account number and the small number, and the USERID1 is the USERID2 small number & USERID2 is the USERID1 small number, which may occur in different device time periods.
Thus, the above conflict mainly exists at the level of a natural person who has removed the device, and when the natural person is concerned, the primary account number is for the current time, because the primary account number and the small size of the natural person may be interchanged at different time periods, for example: in a certain time period, the primary account number is USERID1, the small number is USERID2, but in another time period, the primary account number may be USERID2, and the small number is USERID1, when the time periods are the same, the above conflict situation may also occur, the conflict correction mainly removes the association relationship between one of the primary account numbers and the small number, and removes the relationship strength according to whether the relationship between the two sides is strong or weak, for example, the relationship mainly according to the USERID2 as the primary account number is strong or the relationship as the small number is strong. The strength of the relationship is judged according to the size of the registration coincidence days of another account, and the larger the registration coincidence days are, the stronger the relationship is, so that the accuracy of user identification is further improved.
Therefore, after the identification information of the user equipment is collected, the identification information of the user equipment is aggregated to form the equipment of the user, the multi-account relation logged in the equipment is calculated, the primary account is identified, the correspondence from natural people to the account is finally realized, the user understanding can be carried out based on deeper behaviors, and the personalized service quality is improved.
