The front cover 1 is provided with a pressing portion 10, and the pressing portion 10 can trigger the horizontal switch 5 to open and close after being pressed, and further trigger the PCB assembly to open and close.
The front cover 1 may be formed by processing a tough thermoplastic resin (hereinafter referred to as PC) material, preferably by one-shot injection molding, and has a characteristic of good resilience without being crushed by pressing because the PC material has high strength and toughness. Preferably, the front cover 1 and the rear cover 4 are both disc-shaped, so that injection molding and processing are convenient, and the water sensor can be square, diamond and other shapes, so that the water sensor can be conveniently installed together with other equipment, and more decorative effects can be achieved. The present embodiment is described by taking a disc shape as an example, but is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the front cover 1 includes a pressing portion 10 and a connecting portion 11 which are integrally formed, and the connecting portion 11 is used for being hermetically connected with the rear cover 4. In the front cover 1 in this embodiment, the pressing portion 10 in the middle is used as a center of a circle and extends toward the surrounding connecting portion 11, and in the process of extending toward the connecting portion 11, the thickness of the front cover 1 gradually increases, that is, the pressing portion 10 in the middle is thinnest, the connecting portion 11 is thickest, and the middle changes from thin to thick.
Key 13 for abutting against the horizontal switch 5 is arranged towards the inside of the cavity 12 at the middle position of the pressing part 10, the key 13 can be contacted with the horizontal switch 5 in the process of pressing the pressing part 10 on the outer surface of the front cover 1, and the key 13 can rebound along with the pressing part 10 and is separated from the horizontal switch 5 in the process of not pressing or giving up pressing. Preferably, the key 13 may be a cylinder integrally formed with the pressing portion 10, a cross-shaped cylinder as shown in fig. 1, or a triangular cylinder, as long as it can be pressed and contacted with the horizontal switch 5, and is convenient to process.
The connecting part 11 of the front cover 1 comprises an inner ring connecting part 14 and an outer ring connecting part 15 which are respectively connected with the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface of the buckling part 16 of the rear cover 4 in a sealing way, and a clamping groove 9 for clamping and buckling the buckling part 16 of the rear cover 4 is formed between the inner ring connecting part 14 and the outer ring connecting part 15. After the front cover 1 and the rear cover 4 are clamped and connected, waterproof glue is coated at the joint, namely the inner wall surfaces of the inner ring connecting part 14 and the buckling part 16 and the outer wall surfaces of the outer ring connecting part 15 and the buckling part 16, so that double sealing is formed between the rear cover 4 and the front cover 1, and water cannot enter the water sensor from the joint of the rear cover 4 and the front cover 1. Preferably, the connection between the connecting portion 11 and the buckling portion 16 is a direct-insertion interference fit connection, but may also be a sealing connection of threads or the like, which will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, preferably, the rear cover 4 is also formed by one-time injection molding, and includes an engaging portion 16 and a mounting portion 17, the engaging portion 16 is hermetically connected to the front cover 1, and the mounting portion 17 is located in the middle of the engaging portion 16 and integrally connected to the engaging portion 16. Specifically, when the engaging portion 16 is inserted into the engaging groove 9 of the front cover 1, the inner and outer wall surfaces thereof abut against the inner ring connecting portion 14 and the outer ring connecting portion 15, respectively. The mounting portion 17 is integrally formed with a fixing portion 18 facing the inside of the cavity 12, the fixing portion 18 has a circular longitudinal section, and an accommodating space 20 for accommodating the battery 7 is formed in the middle of the fixing portion 18, so that the battery 7 can be conveniently fixed and mounted. The end of the fixing portion 18 is used for fixedly mounting the PCB 2 and the cathode elastic sheet 6 and the anode elastic sheet 3, and for the fixed mounting and the specific structure of the fixing portion 18 and the PCB 2, the cathode elastic sheet 6 and the anode elastic sheet 3, it is easy for those skilled in the art to implement, and therefore, the detailed description is not repeated. The horizontal switches 5 corresponding to the key positions 13 are fixedly arranged in the PCB 2.
Two through holes 19 are formed in the mounting portion 17 of the rear cover 4 and the region outside the corresponding region of the fixing portion 18 and the accommodating space 20, as shown in fig. 1, so that the water immersion probe 8 can be conveniently inserted and fixed. After the two water immersion probes 8 respectively penetrate through the two through holes 19, one end of each water immersion probe is exposed outside the rear cover 4, and the other end of each water immersion probe extends into the rear cover 4 and is connected with a circuit in the PCB 2. The water immersion probe 8 and the through hole 19 are sealed by waterproof glue, so that water can be effectively prevented from entering the water immersion sensor from a gap between the water immersion probe 8 and the through hole 19. The number of the through holes 19 is determined according to the number of the water immersion probes 8 related to the circuit in the PCB 2, and is not limited to two in the present invention.
When the condition that no person is in the house, the water sensor can be started in advance, so that the water sensor is arranged in a distribution network and is in signal connection with a mobile phone, and the condition in the house is safely monitored and controlled. When the water sensor is required to be arranged in a distribution network, the middle position of the front cover 1, namely the pressing part 10 of the front cover 1, can be directly pressed, so that the key positions 13 in the front cover 1 are abutted against the horizontal switch 5, and the functions of the distribution network and the arrangement are achieved. When the water sensor is in an enabled state, if water leakage occurs in a pipeline or water leakage of water using equipment such as a water tap and the like, the water sensor can transmit information to a mobile phone, and even can directly close a water way main gate, so that the risk of flooding at home is avoided. For how the water sensor transmits the water leakage information to the mobile phone and how to close the water path main gate, the water leakage information is realized by a circuit in the PCB 2 and the Internet and all intelligent devices in a home, for the PCB 2, a commercially available PCB can be adopted, and for the connection of the circuit in the PCB 2, the Internet and all intelligent devices in the home according to the intelligent home setting, the connection is easy to realize for technicians in the field, belongs to the prior art, and is not described in detail herein.
In summary, according to the water sensor disclosed by the invention, through the reasonable design of the front cover and the rear cover, the outer surface of the water sensor is not provided with an independent key any more, so that the structure of a product can be simplified, the processing difficulty is reduced, the cost is reduced while the safety monitoring and control can be carried out on a user, and the water sensor has a good waterproof function.
