Description

Method and system for detecting valve body dismantling
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of valve detection, in particular to a method and a system for detecting valve body disassembly.
Background
The statements in this section merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
Under normal conditions, a home-entry valve is arranged on an outdoor heating home-entry pipeline, and for a heating user meeting the requirement, a special person opens a switch of the home-entry valve, so that the user can normally heat; however, the inventors have found that, in order to prevent heat theft, some residents illegally remove the valve body of the valve and then manually open the valve head by using a tool such as pliers, thereby achieving illegal heating.
In order to avoid this, it is important to effectively detect whether the valve body is illegally removed from the valve head. However, since the valve head is subjected to waterproof treatment, the valve head is in a completely closed state, and a common contact detection circuit cannot touch the valve body, the illegal removal detection of the valve head and the valve body is not easy to realize.
The existing detection method is to use inductance type detection, an inductance detection circuit is added in a valve head, and when an iron core of a valve body extends into the inductance detection circuit, the inductance value is changed, so that whether the valve body is illegally dismounted is detected. However, this method requires an additional inductance detection circuit, which makes the internal structure of the valve complicated, the cost is high, and the failure rate is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method and a system for detecting the removal of a valve body, which utilize the time of a valve head for executing the action of opening and closing the valve to accurately judge whether the valve body is removed illegally, have simple and easy judgment mode, do not need to add an additional detection circuit, and have high detection accuracy.
In some embodiments, the following technical scheme is adopted:
a method of detecting valve body removal, comprising:
setting a threshold value of the action completion time of the switch valve; and detecting the finishing time of the valve head to perform the action of opening and closing the valve at regular time, and if the time is less than a set threshold value, judging that the valve body is disassembled.
Further, the valve head performs the action of the switch valve and is driven by a motor, and the action time of the switch valve is determined according to the action time of the motor.
Further, the time of the motor action is determined by the timing of the controller.
Further, the completion time of the valve head performing the opening and closing valve action refers to the time taken from the valve fully closed state to the valve fully opened state, or the time taken from the valve fully opened state to the valve fully closed state.
In other embodiments, the following technical solutions are adopted:
a system for detecting valve body removal, comprising:
means for setting a threshold value of the time for completing the opening and closing of the valve;
the device is used for detecting the completion time of the valve head to perform the action of opening and closing the valve at fixed time;
and the device is used for judging whether the valve body is detached or not according to the finishing time of the action of the switch valve.
In other embodiments, the following technical solutions are adopted:
a terminal device comprising a processor and a computer-readable storage medium, the processor being configured to implement instructions; the computer readable storage medium is used for storing a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor and to perform the method for detecting valve body disassembly described above.
In other embodiments, the following technical solutions are adopted:
a computer readable storage medium having stored therein a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor of a terminal device and to perform the above-described method of detecting valve body removal.
In other embodiments, the following technical solutions are adopted:
a valve comprising the system for detecting valve body removal as described above.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
after the valve body is removed, the valve head can also execute valve opening and closing actions, and because the valve body is not arranged, the load is reduced, so that the action time is obviously shorter than the time of the valve body, and whether the valve body is removed or not is determined by detecting the time of the valve opening and closing actions. The method has the advantages of novel thought, simple judgment process and low cost, does not need to additionally add a detection circuit, and can be applied to most valves.
Detailed Description
It should be noted that the following detailed description is exemplary and is intended to provide further explanation of the disclosure. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
It is noted that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of example embodiments according to the present application. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, and it should be understood that when the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" are used in this specification, they specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, devices, components, and/or combinations thereof, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Example one
After the valve body is disassembled, the valve head can also perform valve opening and closing actions; at this time, since the valve body is not provided, the load is reduced, and therefore, the valve opening and closing operation time is shorter than the time taken for the valve body to open and close.
Based on this, in one or more embodiments, a method for detecting valve body removal is disclosed, and the specific process comprises the following steps:
setting a threshold value of the action completion time of the switch valve;
and detecting the finishing time of the valve head to perform the action of opening and closing the valve at regular time, and if the finishing time is less than a set threshold value, judging that the valve body is disassembled.
The valve head executes the action of the switch valve and is driven by the motor, and the action time of the switch valve is determined according to the action time of the motor.
The completion time of the valve head performing the opening and closing valve action refers to the time taken from the valve fully closed state to the valve fully opened state, or the time taken from the valve fully opened state to the valve fully closed state.
The time of the motor action can be determined by the timing of the single chip microcomputer.
It should be noted that the single chip microcomputer is present in the valve structure itself, and a program for controlling the valve action is operated on the single chip microcomputer; such as: control valve switch, control valve and other equipment's communication, control valve's pilot lamp state etc.. The method for detecting the disassembly of the valve body can also be realized by the single chip microcomputer.
Of course, in order to ensure that the valve itself is changed as little as possible, a person skilled in the art may also choose to add a new controller to time the operation of the switching valve and perform the method of detecting the removal of the valve body.
Example two
In one or more embodiments, a system for detecting removal of a valve body is disclosed, comprising:
means for setting a threshold value of the time for completing the opening and closing of the valve;
the device is used for detecting the completion time of the valve head to perform the action of opening and closing the valve at fixed time;
and the device is used for judging whether the valve body is detached or not according to the finishing time of the action of the switch valve.
In other embodiments, a valve is disclosed that includes the above-described system for detecting removal of a valve body to enable detection of whether the valve body has been improperly removed.
EXAMPLE III
In one or more embodiments, a terminal device is disclosed that includes a processor and a computer-readable storage medium, the processor to implement instructions; the computer readable storage medium is used for storing a plurality of instructions, and the instructions are suitable for being loaded by a processor and executing the method for detecting the valve body removal in the first embodiment.
In still other embodiments, a computer-readable storage medium having a plurality of instructions stored therein is disclosed, wherein the instructions are adapted to be loaded by a processor of a terminal device and to perform the method for detecting valve body removal as described in example one.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the specific embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
