本发明属于空调机组技术领域,具体的说是一种平台机组,该机组包括支架、蒸发器、冷凝器、压缩机、隔热层、温控器、储液器、气液分离器、膨胀阀和电磁阀;压缩机位于支架的下方;冷凝器位于支架的下方,冷凝器位于压缩机的后方;支架在冷凝器的位置向下凹陷;蒸发器安装在支架上,蒸发器位于冷凝器的上方。本发明可以缩小整体尺寸,节省安装空间。

技术领域
本发明属于空调机组技术领域,具体的说是一种平台机组。
背景技术
冷冻调温除湿空调机组是利用其蒸发器对空气进行降温除湿,并通过回收机组部分冷凝热对冷冻除湿后的空气进行加热的空气处理设备,是一种高效、节能的除湿方式,目前已广泛应用于地下工程的除湿与温度控制及粮食、木材与食品等的除湿干燥。但现有的机组存在体积过大、占用空间严重,安装场所受限的问题。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提出的一种平台机组,本发明通过设置凹式结构的支架来适应压缩机和冷凝器的尺寸差,从而缩小整体尺寸,节省安装空间。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明所述的一种平台机组,该机组包括支架、蒸发器、冷凝器、压缩机、隔热层、温控器、储液器、气液分离器、膨胀阀和电磁阀;所述压缩机位于支架的下方;所述冷凝器位于支架的下方,冷凝器位于压缩机的后方;所述支架在冷凝器的位置向下凹陷;所述蒸发器安装在支架上,蒸发器位于冷凝器的上方。
所述支架上表面设置有隔热层。
所述温控器位于支架的下方,温控器安装在压缩机的前方。
所述支架通过立柱和底板实现支撑。
所述底板上设置有螺栓孔,底板通过地脚螺栓实现安装定位。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明所述的一种平台机组,本发明通过设置凹式结构的支架来适应压缩机和冷凝器的尺寸差,从而缩小整体尺寸,节省安装空间。
2.本发明所述的一种平台机组,本发明温控器设置在支架下方,便于人员操作,使用方便。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明所述的一种平台机组,该机组包括支架1、蒸发器2、冷凝器3、压缩机4、隔热层5、温控器6、储液器、气液分离器、膨胀阀和电磁阀;所述压缩机4位于支架1的下方;所述冷凝器3位于支架1的下方,冷凝器3位于压缩机4的后方;所述支架1在冷凝器3的位置向下凹陷;所述蒸发器2安装在支架1上,蒸发器2位于冷凝器3的上方。
所述支架1上表面设置有隔热层5。
所述温控器6位于支架1的下方,温控器6安装在压缩机4的前方。
所述支架1通过立柱和底板实现支撑。
所述底板上设置有螺栓孔,底板通过地脚螺栓实现安装定位。

1.一种平台机组,其特征在于:该机组包括支架(1)、蒸发器(2)、冷凝器(3)、压缩机(4)、隔热层(5)、温控器(6)、储液器、气液分离器、膨胀阀和电磁阀;所述压缩机(4)位于支架(1)的下方;所述冷凝器(3)位于支架(1)的下方,冷凝器(3)位于压缩机(4)的后方;所述支架(1)在冷凝器(3)的位置向下凹陷;所述蒸发器(2)安装在支架(1)上,蒸发器(2)位于冷凝器(3)的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种平台机组,其特征在于:所述支架(1)上表面设置有隔热层(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种平台机组,其特征在于:所述温控器(6)位于支架(1)的下方,温控器(6)安装在压缩机(4)的前方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种平台机组,其特征在于:所述支架(1)通过立柱和底板实现支撑。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种平台机组,其特征在于:所述底板上设置有螺栓孔,底板通过地脚螺栓实现安装定位。
