The bearing 6 extends into the sliding groove 321, and the axis of the bearing 6 is horizontally arranged, so that the bearing 6 rolls relative to the sliding groove 321 in the sliding process of the sliding door 2 relative to the machine body 1. The contact of the bearing 6 with the upper groove wall 3213 in the sliding groove 321 can provide a vertical supporting force for the sliding groove 321.
According to the air conditioner, the driving device 31 is connected to the machine body 1, the rack 32 is arranged on the sliding door 2, the sliding of the sliding door 2 relative to the machine body 1 is realized through the matching of the driving device 31 and the rack 32, the sliding of the sliding door 2 relative to the machine body 1 is realized through the arrangement of the sliding groove 321 on the rack 32, the rolling body is arranged on the driving device 31, and the rolling body rolls relative to the sliding groove 321 in the sliding process of the sliding door 2 relative to the machine body 1; on the other hand, the rolling body is in rolling connection with the sliding groove 321, so that the sliding door 2 slides more smoothly and stably, the friction between the rolling body and the sliding groove 321 can be reduced, the service life is prolonged, the noise in the sliding process of the sliding door 2 can be reduced due to the rolling connection, and the use experience of a user is improved; on the other hand, the rolling bodies cooperate with the sliding grooves 321 to provide vertical supporting force for the sliding door 2 in a simple and compact structure.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, two moving mechanisms 3 are provided and spaced at the upper and lower positions of the air conditioner, so as to ensure that the sliding door 2 is uniformly stressed. The machine body 1 is provided with a groove 12, the driving device 31 is connected in the groove 12, and the driving device 31 is tightly connected with the machine body 1 through screws.
Specifically, a bearing portion 310 extends transversely on the box body 7 of the driving device 31, the bearing 6 is connected to the bearing portion 310, and the bearing portion 310 supports the bearing 6 to provide vertical supporting force for the sliding door 2.
Since the bearing 6 has a bearing function on the sliding door 2, in order to ensure the load-bearing force balance, referring to fig. 8, two bearing parts 310 and two bearings 6 are correspondingly arranged on the driving device 31, and the two bearing parts 310 are connected to the driving device 31 at intervals. It is understood that the load-bearing part 310 and the bearing 6 may be provided in plurality accordingly, and the present invention is not limited to the number thereof.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9-12, the bearing part 310 and the box body 7 are integrally formed, so that the production process is simple and the cost is low. Further, in order to improve the strength of the bearing part 310 and avoid fracture of the bearing part in a long-term use process, the air conditioner is provided with the reinforcing ribs 3101 at the root part of the connection part 310 and the box body 7, so that the strength of the bearing part 310 can be improved, meanwhile, the bearing capacity of the bearing part 310 can be further improved, and the air conditioner has the advantages of long service life and high reliability.
In the sliding process of the sliding door 2, the bearing 6 may contact with the end of the sliding groove 321, that is, the bearing 6 may contact with the first side wall 3211 and the second side wall 3212, in some embodiments, the sliding groove 321 is disposed in the middle of the rack 32, so as to ensure that when the bearing 6 contacts with the end of the sliding groove 321, the rack 32 may not deflect when bearing resistance of the bearing 6 is borne, if the sliding groove 321 is disposed at the upper end or the lower end of the rack 32, when the sliding groove 321 contacts with the bearing 6 and is stressed, because the resistance acts on the end of the rack 32, the sliding door 2 may deflect vertically. Of course, the position of the sliding groove 321 disposed in the middle of the rack 32 is only a preferred embodiment, and the present invention still protects the structure in which the sliding groove 321 is disposed at the end of the rack 32.
In some embodiments, the gear teeth 322 of the rack 32 are disposed above the sliding groove 321, so that the upper side of the rack 32 having the gear teeth 322 is stronger than the lower side thereof with the sliding groove 321 as a boundary, and the bearing 6 can act on the stronger upper side when supporting the rack 32, thereby further improving the reliability of the product.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9 to 12, the driving device 31 includes a driving mechanism and a box body 7, the driving mechanism is installed in the box body 7, a through receiving groove 71 is formed in the box body 7, and the rack 32 is inserted into the receiving groove 71, so as to ensure that the rack 32 is not separated from the driving device 31, compared to a manner in which the driving device 31 is connected with the rack 32 in a clamping manner by providing a clamping groove on the rack 32 in the prior art, the structure for inserting the rack 32 into the driving device 31 in the air conditioner is more reliable because: the form of draw-in groove among the prior art has weakened the intensity of rack on the one hand, and the form of on the other hand draw-in groove joint belongs to partial joint, and this air conditioner structure is for wrapping up the formula grafting entirely, and stability and reliability are higher.
In some embodiments, the box 7 is further provided with a slot 72, and a part of the teeth of the gear 314 can be exposed from the slot 72 to engage with the rack 32.
Specifically, the driving mechanism comprises a motor 313 and a gear 314, an output shaft of the motor 313 is connected with the gear 314, and the box body comprises a motor seat 311 and a supporting seat 312; the motor 313 and the gear 314 are installed in the motor base 311, the motor base 311 is fixedly connected with the machine body 1, the slot 72 is formed in the motor base 311, the gear teeth of the gear 314 can be exposed out of the slot 72, and the gear 314 is meshed with the rack 32, so that the rack 32 is driven to move.
As for the connection structure of the support base 312 and the motor base 311, referring to fig. 8, a first mounting hole 3113 is provided on the motor base 311, a second mounting hole 3121 is provided on the support base 312, and a screw is inserted through the first mounting hole 3113 and the second mounting hole 3121 to fasten and connect the motor base 311 and the support base 312. Specifically, the number of the first mounting holes 3113 and the number of the second mounting holes 3121 are three, and the connection is more stable and firm.
To facilitate the assembly of motor 313 and gear 314 into motor housing 311, motor housing 311 includes an upper housing 3111 and a lower housing 3112, with upper housing 3111 and lower housing 3112 enclosing a cavity in which motor 313 and gear 314 are mounted. The upper seat 3111 and the lower seat 3112 can be connected by screws, and as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the upper seat 3111 is provided with a third mounting hole 4, the lower seat 3112 is provided with a pillar 5, a free end of the pillar 5 is provided with a fourth mounting hole 51, and the screws penetrate through the third mounting hole 4 and the fourth mounting hole 51 to connect the upper seat 3111 and the lower seat 3112 in a fastening manner.
