Abstract
The invention discloses a tripod type high-temperature gate valve, which comprises a valve body, an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, an ear plate, a support frame, a top plate, an inserting plate, a sealing packing box, a valve rod and a hand wheel, wherein the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate are fixed on two sides of the valve body and are used for connecting external pipelines; wherein, the outer side of the valve body is provided with a cooling water ring, the cooling water ring is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, a cooling channel is arranged in the inserting plate, and the cooling water ring is communicated with the cooling channel through a hose line; and a sealing packing is filled in the sealing packing box. According to the invention, through the arranged cooling water ring and the cooling channel, the gate valve can be cooled through circulating cooling water, so that the gate valve is prevented from being in a high-temperature working environment for a long time, and the service life of the gate valve is prolonged.

(3) According to the adjusting ring piece and the adjusting bolt arranged on the sealing packing, in the actual use process, the adjusting bolt extrudes the adjusting ring piece, so that the size of the gap of the adjusting ring piece is changed, the extrusion degree between the sealing packing and the gate valve is adjusted, the sealing performance of the gate plate is adjusted, and the practicability of the gate valve is improved.

(5) The round-head bolt provided by the invention can realize the stressed support of the inserting plate, and simultaneously, the friction force of the inserting plate entering and exiting the valve body is converted into point friction through surface friction, so that the friction force of the inserting plate entering and exiting the valve body is greatly reduced, and the sealing property of the gate valve is further improved.
