Abstract
The invention relates to a power take-off driving device which mainly comprises a duplex input gear assembly, an output gear assembly, a wet-type multi-plate clutch, a shell and an output shaft assembly, wherein the duplex input gear assembly is arranged on the shell; the duplex input gear assembly and the output gear assembly are arranged in the shell side by side, and the wet-type multi-disc clutch and the output gear assembly are coaxially arranged in the shell; the central shaft of the output gear assembly is fixedly connected with the outer hub of the wet-type multi-plate clutch, and the output shaft of the wet-type multi-plate clutch is fixedly connected with the output shaft assembly. The power take-off driving device is matched with the power take-off driving requirement of the high-power AT gearbox and works in cooperation with the AT gearbox, so that a part of engine power is taken out to be used for driving a driving device of other auxiliary equipment of a vehicle, the AT gearbox is enabled to obtain the function of taking off power to drive a vehicle auxiliary system, the on-off of control oil can be provided through the AT gearbox, the power combination and the release of the power take-off driving are realized, and the start-stop control function of the power take-off driving is realized.

Background
In an automatic transmission system of a wheeled vehicle, a high-power AT gearbox is a core component of the system and is a key execution component for automatically converting and transmitting engine torque and rotating speed to a subsequent transmission device. In most cases, the power of the engine needs to be provided with a dedicated power take-off outlet in the transmission system in addition to driving the vehicle to run, and a part of the power is output from the power take-off outlet to drive specific devices in the vehicle, such as an oil pump, an air pump, a generator and other auxiliary equipment on the vehicle. The existing power take-off device cannot meet the requirement of controllable power take-off of a high-power AT gearbox.

The invention provides a power take-off driving device, which aims to solve the technical problems that: under the condition that a vehicle transmission system is matched with a high-power AT gearbox, the functions of shunting the power of an engine and driving other auxiliary devices are realized, the using requirements of the vehicle are met, meanwhile, the on-off control can be performed on the power according to the driving requirements, and the purpose of controllable and stable driving of the auxiliary power system in the wheel type vehicle is realized.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a power take-off driving device, which is characterized in that: the clutch mainly comprises a duplex input gear assembly 1, an output gear assembly 2, a wet-type multi-plate clutch 3, a shell 4 and an output shaft assembly 5; the duplex input gear assembly 1 and the output gear assembly 2 are arranged in the shell 4 side by side, and the pinion of the duplex input gear assembly 1 is meshed with the gear of the output gear assembly 2; the wet-type multi-plate clutch 3 and the output gear assembly 2 are coaxially arranged in the shell; the central shaft of the output gear assembly 2 is fixedly connected with the outer hub of the wet-type multi-plate clutch 3, and the output shaft of the wet-type multi-plate clutch 3 is rotatably connected with the housing through a bearing and is fixedly connected with the output shaft assembly 5.
Has the advantages that: the power take-off driving device is matched with the power take-off driving requirement of the high-power AT gearbox and works in cooperation with the AT gearbox, so that a part of engine power is taken out to be used for driving a driving device of other auxiliary equipment of a vehicle, the AT gearbox is enabled to obtain the function of taking off power to drive a vehicle auxiliary system, the on-off of control oil can be provided through the AT gearbox, the power combination and the release of the power take-off driving are realized, and the start-stop control function of the power take-off driving is realized. The mechanism and the AT speed changing system have high integration level, convenient installation and reliable work, and can be used as an important additional device for realizing the function expansion of the high-power AT gearbox of the wheeled vehicle.

The invention provides a power take-off driving device which mainly comprises a duplex input gear assembly 1, an output gear assembly 2, a wet-type multi-plate clutch 3, a shell 4 and an output shaft assembly 5; the duplex input gear assembly 1 and the output gear assembly 2 are arranged in the shell 4 in parallel, and the pinion of the duplex input gear assembly 1 is meshed with the gear of the output gear assembly 2; the wet-type multi-plate clutch 3 and the output gear assembly 2 are coaxially arranged in the shell; the central shaft of the output gear assembly 2 is fixedly connected with the outer hub of the wet-type multi-plate clutch 3, the output shaft of the wet-type multi-plate clutch 3 is rotatably connected with the shell through a bearing and is fixedly connected with an output shaft assembly 5, and an output flange is arranged on the output shaft assembly 5; a control oil inlet 6 and a lubricating oil inlet 7 are arranged on the shell, and the control oil inlet 6 is communicated with an oil cavity of the wet-type multi-plate clutch 3; the lubricant inlet 7 feeds lubricant to various locations.
The invention utilizes the existing power take-off mounting port of the original high-power AT gearbox to mount the power take-off device AT the power take-off mounting port, so that a main gear of a duplex input gear assembly is meshed with a power take-off driving gear 8 of the AT gearbox, a control oil output port of the high-power AT gearbox is connected with a control oil input port 6 of the power take-off device, a lubricating oil output port of the AT gearbox is connected with a lubricating oil input port 7 of the power take-off device, and the power take-off device is mounted on the AT gearbox.
After the engine is started, the input gear 8 of the AT gearbox drives the duplex input gear 1 to drive the output gear 2, when control oil pressure is input AT the control oil input port, the wet-type multi-plate clutch is combined, and the rotating speed and the torque of the output gear 2 are specially transmitted to the output shaft 5 through the wet-type multi-plate clutch 3, so that the power take-off driving function is realized.
When the control oil pressure is input into the control oil input port 6, the wet clutch 3 is combined, and the power takeoff works; the lubricating oil inlet 7 is used for obtaining lubricating oil, and lubricating and radiating internal parts.
The working principle is as follows: after the power take-off driving device is installed, the power take-off driving device can work together with the AT gearbox. After the vehicle engine starts, the AT gearbox starts to provide lubricating oil for the power take-off driving device to use, and the power take-off driving device is prevented from being damaged. An AT gearbox power take-off driving gear 8 connected with an engine drives a duplex input gear 1 to drive an output gear 2 to start running. When a driver operates and turns on the power take-off control switch, the AT gearbox starts to provide control oil for the power take-off driving mechanism, the control oil input port 6 has control oil pressure input, the wet multi-plate clutch 3 is pushed to be combined, the rotating speed and torque of the output gear 2 are transmitted to the output shaft 5 through the wet multi-plate clutch 3, and the power take-off driving mechanism starts to output power. When the driver operates the power take-off control switch to be turned off, the AT gearbox stops supplying the control oil to the control oil inlet 6 of the power take-off driving mechanism, the wet multi-plate clutch 3 is separated, and the power take-off driving mechanism stops outputting power.

A power take-off drive as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the control oil inlet and the lubricating oil inlet are arranged on the shell, and the control oil inlet is communicated with an oil cavity of the wet-type multi-plate clutch; the lubricating oil inlet port delivers lubricating oil to various places.
4. A power take-off drive as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the main gear of the duplex input gear assembly is meshed with the power take-off driving gear of the AT gearbox.

A power take-off drive as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the control oil output port of the high-power AT gearbox is connected with the control oil input port of the power take-off driving device, and the lubricating oil output port of the AT gearbox is connected with the lubricating oil input port 7 of the power take-off driving device.
