The invention utilizes the existing power take-off mounting port of the original high-power AT gearbox to mount the power take-off device AT the power take-off mounting port, so that a main gear of a duplex input gear assembly is meshed with a power take-off driving gear 8 of the AT gearbox, a control oil output port of the high-power AT gearbox is connected with a control oil input port 6 of the power take-off device, a lubricating oil output port of the AT gearbox is connected with a lubricating oil input port 7 of the power take-off device, and the power take-off device is mounted on the AT gearbox.
After the engine is started, the input gear 8 of the AT gearbox drives the duplex input gear 1 to drive the output gear 2, when control oil pressure is input AT the control oil input port, the wet-type multi-plate clutch is combined, and the rotating speed and the torque of the output gear 2 are specially transmitted to the output shaft 5 through the wet-type multi-plate clutch 3, so that the power take-off driving function is realized.
When the control oil pressure is input into the control oil input port 6, the wet clutch 3 is combined, and the power takeoff works; the lubricating oil inlet 7 is used for obtaining lubricating oil, and lubricating and radiating internal parts.
The working principle is as follows: after the power take-off driving device is installed, the power take-off driving device can work together with the AT gearbox. After the vehicle engine starts, the AT gearbox starts to provide lubricating oil for the power take-off driving device to use, and the power take-off driving device is prevented from being damaged. An AT gearbox power take-off driving gear 8 connected with an engine drives a duplex input gear 1 to drive an output gear 2 to start running. When a driver operates and turns on the power take-off control switch, the AT gearbox starts to provide control oil for the power take-off driving mechanism, the control oil input port 6 has control oil pressure input, the wet multi-plate clutch 3 is pushed to be combined, the rotating speed and torque of the output gear 2 are transmitted to the output shaft 5 through the wet multi-plate clutch 3, and the power take-off driving mechanism starts to output power. When the driver operates the power take-off control switch to be turned off, the AT gearbox stops supplying the control oil to the control oil inlet 6 of the power take-off driving mechanism, the wet multi-plate clutch 3 is separated, and the power take-off driving mechanism stops outputting power.
