The two clamping arms 2 are symmetrically arranged about a vertical central line of the base 3, a circular ring structure is encircled between the clamping arms 2, a pressing plate 6 is arranged on the surface of the clamping arms 2, rotating bolts 7 penetrate through the edge of the pressing plate 6 and the edge of the clamping arms 2, pressing teeth 8 are uniformly distributed on the inner side surface of the pressing plate 6 in a crossed mode, the pressing teeth 8 are in contact with the outer ring of a brake chuck 9, the clamping arms 2 and the base 3 form a rotatable structure under the action of a rotating shaft 4, the clamping arms 2 can be encircled into the circular ring structure by the aid of the rotatable structure, the brake chuck 9 is wrapped, the two clamping arms 2 can be tightened by the aid of telescopic control of a double-head cylinder 37 on a pneumatic rod 38, the pressing plate 6 can rotate on the clamping arms 2 by the aid of the rotating bolts 7, and the pressing teeth 8 on the inner wall of the pressing plate 6 can be in direct contact with the brake chuck 9, thereby, the brake chuck 9 is tightly propped from two sides, so that the brake chuck 9 is evenly fixed in the clamping body 1 and is stressed stably.
