Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门,其包括独立式墙体、设置在墙体一侧并沿墙体滑动的自动平移门以及铰接在墙体相对设有自动平移门一侧的常开的防火门,所述防火门通过弹性铰链铰接在独立式墙体上;所述独立式墙体设置为透明的防火玻璃,所述独立式墙体上设有电磁锁,所述电磁锁吸附所述防火门而使防火门处于常开状态,所述自动平移门和所述电磁锁均电连接于一外设的消防电源。本发明具有能够延缓火灾蔓延的效果。

Description

一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门
技术领域
本发明涉及自动平移门的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门。
背景技术
目前自动平移门是自动门的概念的延伸,是门的功能根据人的需要所进行的发展和完善。例如:各种用可识别控制的自动专用门,如:自动平移门、感应自动门(红外感应,微波感应,触摸感应,脚踏感应)、刷卡自动门等。
现有的自动平移门包括全玻璃平移门、有框平移门、重叠平移门以及工厂平移门等类型,并由主控制器、感应探测器、动力马达、门扇行进轨道、门扇吊具走轮系统、同步皮带(有的厂家使用三角皮带)、下部导向系统:是门扇下部的导向与定位装置组件组成。
上述中的现有技术方案存在以下缺陷:由于自动平移门各部件的的材料为玻璃或铝合金,发生火灾时,玻璃和铝合金制的部件容易融化倒塌,不具有防火功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够延缓火灾蔓延的一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门。
本发明的上述发明目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门,包括独立式墙体、设置在墙体一侧并沿墙体滑动的自动平移门以及铰接在墙体相对设有自动平移门一侧的常开的防火门,所述防火门通过弹性铰链铰接在独立式墙体上;所述独立式墙体设置为透明的防火玻璃,所述独立式墙体上设有电磁锁,所述电磁锁吸附所述防火门而使防火门处于常开状态,所述自动平移门和所述电磁锁均电连接于一外设的消防电源。
通过采用上述技术方案,正常情况下,防火门常开,通过自动平移门实现人员进出房间,而墙体设置为透明的防火玻璃能够提供较好的采光;当发生火灾时,消防电源驱动自动防火门常开,方便工作人员逃离,随后使电磁锁断电,弹性铰链带动常开的防火门闭合,通过防火门将火灾阻隔,避免火灾蔓延。
本发明进一步设置为:所述消防电源连接于一消防控制系统,所述消防控制系统包括:
感应模块,用于感应室内火灾发生情况;当检测到火灾发生时,输出感应信号。
控制模块,连接于感应模块,用于接收感应信号;当接收到感应信号时,向消防电源输出动作信号。
通过采用上述技术方案,当感应模块感应到发生火灾时,感应模块输出感应信号;当控制模块接收到感应信号时,向消防电源输出动作信号,随后消防电源依次驱动自动平移门和电磁锁动作,实现对自动平移门和防火门的控制。
本发明进一步设置为:所述消防控制系统还包括报警模块,所述报警模块连接于控制模块,用于接收动作信号;当接收到动作信号时,输出报警信号。
通过采用上述技术方案,报警模块能够及时对火灾情况进行报警,从而使工作人员能够及时疏散撤离,减少损失。
本发明进一步设置为:所述防火门设置有两扇,并相对设置在独立式墙体的出口处两侧;所述防火门的相对一侧均设有卡接边,所述防火门闭合后卡接边相互咬合。
通过采用上述技术方案,卡接边咬合后能够延长空气进入的路径,从而延缓火灾蔓延速度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述卡接边上沿卡接边的长度方向固设有防火条。
通过采用上述技术方案,火条能够减少卡接边之间的缝隙,从而避免空气从卡接边的缝隙进入内,延缓火灾的蔓延。
本发明进一步设置为:所述防火门上开设有观察窗,所述观察窗内固设有透明的防火玻璃。
通过采用上述技术方案,观察窗方便外的人员观察内的火灾情况,方便部署消防救援方案。
综上所述,本发明的有益技术效果为:
1.通过设置独立式墙体和防火门,能够提高防火效果,延缓火灾的蔓延;
2.通过设置消防控制系统,能够实现对防火门和自动平移门的控制;
3.通过设置卡接边和防火条,能够延缓火灾的蔓延。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图1及图2,为本发明公开的一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门,包括独立式墙体1、设置在独立式墙体1一侧的自动平移门2、以及设置在独立式墙体1相对设有自动平移门2一侧的防火门3,独立式墙体1包括若干固定在外部空间的安装柱14以及固定在安装柱14之间的玻璃板墙13,玻璃板墙13设置为透明的防火玻璃;独立式墙体1上开设有方便进出的开口,防火门3设有两扇,并分别设置在开口的相对两侧;安装柱14的远离玻璃板墙13的一侧均设有弹性铰链12,防火门3通过弹性铰链12铰接在安装柱14上;安装柱14和防火门3上均设有电磁锁11,电磁锁11对防火门3进行吸附,从而使防火门3处于常闭状态;电磁锁11和自动平移门2均电连接于一外设的消防电源5(参照图4),其中,防火门3设置为钢制防火门。
正常情况下,防火门3常开,通过自动平移门1实现人员进出房间,而独立式墙体1设置为透明的防火玻璃能够提供较好的采光,同时方便进行拆装,节约施工工期;当发生火灾时,消防电源5驱动自动防火门2常开,方便工作人员逃离,随后使电磁锁11断电,弹性铰链12带动常开的防火门2闭合,通过防火门2将火灾阻隔,避免火灾蔓延。
进一步的,参照图2及图3,防火门3上开设有方便观察火灾情况的观察窗31,观察窗31内固设有透明的防火玻璃;防火门3相对的一侧均设有卡接边32,卡接边32上沿卡接边32的长度的方向固设有防火条321;发生火灾时,防火门3绕弹性铰链12转动,随后卡接边32相互咬合,从而延长空气进入手术室的路径,而防火条321能够减少卡接边32之间的缝隙,从而避免空气从卡接边32的缝隙进入手术室内,延缓火灾的蔓延。
为实现对电磁锁11和自动平移门2的控制,参照图4,外设的消防电源5与一消防控制系统4电连接,消防控制系统4包括:
感应模块41,设置在手术室内,用于检测手术室内的火灾情况;当检测到手术室内发生火灾时,感应模块41输出感应信号;
控制模块42,连接于感应模块41和消防电源5,用于接收感应信号;当接收到感应信号时,输出动作信号。
当感应模块41感应到手术室内发生火灾时,感应模块41输出感应信号;当控制模块42接收到感应信号时,向消防电源5输出动作信号,随后消防电源5依次驱动自动平移门2和电磁锁11动作,实现对自动平移门2和防火门11的控制;其中,感应模块41包括型号为MQ-2的烟雾传感器和型号为端面式系列的温感传感器PT100,控制模块42设置为型号为AT89C51的单片机。
参照图3,消防控制系统4还包括与控制模块42相连接的报警模块43,当报警模块43接收到动作信号时,报警模块43进行报警,从而使工作人员能够及时撤离,减少损失;其中,报警模块43设置为YS-01的工业一体化声光报警器。
本发明通过设置独立式墙体1和防火门3,能够提高防火效果,延缓火灾的蔓延;通过设置消防控制系统4,能够实现对防火门3和自动平移门2的控制;通过设置卡接边32和防火条321,能够延缓火灾的蔓延。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门,其特征在于:包括独立式墙体(1)、设置在墙体一侧并沿墙体滑动的自动平移门(2)以及铰接在墙体相对设有自动平移门(2)一侧的常开的防火门(3),所述独立式墙体(1)包括玻璃板墙(13)以及用于固定玻璃板墙(13)的安装柱(14),所述安装柱(14)固定在外部墙体上,所述玻璃板墙(13)设置为透明的防火玻璃;所述防火门(3)通过弹性铰链(12)铰接在独立式墙体(1)上;所述独立式墙体(1)上设有电磁锁(11),所述电磁锁(11)吸附所述防火门(3)而使防火门(3)处于常开状态,所述自动平移门(2)和所述电磁锁(11)均电连接于一外设的消防电源(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门,其特征在于:所述消防电源(5)连接于一消防控制系统(4),所述消防控制系统(4)包括:
感应模块(41),用于感应室内火灾发生情况;当检测到火灾发生时,输出感应信号;
控制模块(42),连接于感应模块(41),用于接收感应信号;当接收到感应信号时,向消防电源(5)输出动作信号。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门,其特征在于:所述消防控制系统(4)还包括报警模块(43),所述报警模块(43)连接于控制模块(42),用于接收动作信号;当接收到动作信号时,输出报警信号。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门,其特征在于:所述防火门(3)设置有两扇,并相对设置在独立式墙体(1)的出口处两侧;所述防火门(3)的相对一侧均设有卡接边(32),所述防火门(3)闭合后卡接边(32)相互咬合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门,其特征在于:所述卡接边(32)上沿卡接边(32)的长度方向固设有防火条。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火功能的独立式双层平移门,其特征在于:所述防火门(3)上开设有观察窗(31),所述观察窗(31)内固设有透明的防火玻璃。
