Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tissue production and processing, in particular to a manufacturing method of a soft tissue.
Background
The drawing type tissue is an essential article which is frequently required to be used in daily life, and the drawing type soft tissue and the drawing type wet tissue are further improved, so that the drawing type tissue has a better using effect.
In the soft tissue paper on the market, a layer of paper softening agent is sprayed on the surface of the tissue paper (secondary processing), and the tissue paper is dried or directly dried by a dryer, so that the tissue paper becomes soft. However, in this way (secondary processing), the finished tissue needs to be unreeled, soaked and rolled for packaging, and bacteria in the air are inevitably added into the finished tissue during the unreeling, soaking and rolling for packaging, so that the produced soft tissue is not sanitary enough. At present, no method for directly preparing the paper towel manufacturing raw materials into the soft paper towel is available in the market, and the soft paper towel is more practical than the paper towel, so the paper towel manufacturing method in the prior art needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention

A manufacturing method of a soft tissue comprises the following manufacturing steps:
step 1: putting the waste paper into a hydraulic pulper for crushing and deinking treatment, and adding an odor purifying agent into the hydraulic pulper, wherein the odor purifying agent is formed by diluting 10-25% of aromatic agent mixed water;
step 2: extracting the slurry treated in the step 1 into a high-frequency vibrating screen for impurity separation and filtration;
and step 3: the pulp treated in the step 2 is put into a paper pulp rinsing machine for bleaching treatment, and a bleaching bactericide is added into the paper pulp rinsing machine, wherein the bleaching bactericide is formed by diluting 25-40% of bleaching agent and 2-5% of bactericide mixed water;
and 4, step 4: extracting the slurry treated in the step 3 into a pulping machine for grinding treatment, and extracting into a sand setting table for impurity separation treatment;
and 5: and (4) lifting the pulp treated in the step (4) into a pulp stabilizing machine for anti-settling treatment, adding a paper softening agent and a paper anti-sticking agent into the pulp stabilizing machine, wherein the component ratio of the paper softening agent to the paper anti-sticking agent is 1: 1, and then lifting the pulp into a dryer for drying and forming treatment to prepare the pure pulp soft tissue.
As a further scheme of the invention: the aromatic agent in the step 1 adoptsNatural plant perfumeA fragrance preserving agent.
As a further scheme of the invention: the high-frequency vibrating screen in the step 2 comprises an inclined screen plate and a waste slurry tank arranged below the side edge of the inclined screen plate, and slurry in the waste slurry tank is lifted into the hydraulic pulper again to be smashed.
As a further scheme of the invention: the bleaching agent in the step 3 adopts liquefied chlorine dioxide.
As a further scheme of the invention: the bactericide in the step 3 is any one of substituted benzene bactericide, azole bactericide and antibiotic bactericide.
As a further scheme of the invention: the paper anti-sticking agent in the step 5 comprises 20% -30% of wax oil diluted by water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the soft tissue can be directly obtained after the tissue primary pulp production step, secondary processing is avoided, the produced soft tissue has better quality, and the cost required by the secondary processing is saved.
Additional aspects and advantages of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows and, in part, will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.
