Description

Red fluorescent dispersing color paste and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of color paste, and particularly relates to red fluorescent dispersing color paste and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, fluorescent dyes have been widely used in various fields such as industry and civilian use, and fluorescent dyes for plastics and artificial fibers, fluorescent whitening agents, organic fluorescent sources in chemical and electrochemical luminophores, fluorescent chemical analysis, and fluorescent tracing for biology and medicine. The fluorescent disperse dye can be used for dyeing synthetic fibers such as terylene, chinlon, acrylic fiber and the like, so that the color light of the fabric is brighter and more brilliant, and the striking and deep impression is given to people. When some textiles require an attractive color, special dyeing effects can be obtained by dyeing or printing with fluorescent dyes. If the fluorescent disperse dye is printed on professional garments of sanitation workers and traffic polices, the appearance is attractive, and the safety factor can be increased. In addition, the application of the product in sports goods and advertisements can also improve the aesthetic value of the product.
Compared with non-fluorescent disperse dyes, the fluorescent disperse dyes can absorb a certain shorter wavelength and reflect another longer wavelength under a UV light source, so that human eyes are stimulated to generate a fluorescent effect, and when irradiation is stopped, fluorescence disappears immediately. And the non-disperse dye can not absorb short wave and reflect long wave, so that the fluorescent effect can not be generated. Therefore, the fabric dyed with the fluorescent disperse dye can absorb ultraviolet light with a short wavelength and reflect visible light with a long wavelength to form a fluorescent color that we see. However, fabrics dyed with non-disperse dyes do not absorb ultraviolet light nor reflect visible light, so the fabric appears black under a UV light source.
However, the fluorescent dyes are few in variety and single in color, the obtained fluorescent color spectrum after dyeing the fabric is limited, and in order to meet higher dyeing requirements, a small amount of non-fluorescent disperse dyes and fluorescent disperse dyes are mixed and matched for color matching. When the fluorescent dye and the non-fluorescent dye are blended, the fluorescence reflectivity is reduced; the proportion of non-fluorescent dye increases and the fluorescence reflectance decreases rapidly. Therefore, the complex color mixing technology of fluorescent dye and non-fluorescent dye needs to be further developed.
