Background
The viscose fiber has both physical and chemical structures of cotton fiber and supermolecular structure similar to synthetic fiber, so that the viscose fiber has excellent moisture and heat conductivity and is widely used as underwear fabric with one-way moisture conductivity and cool comfort, however, due to low polymerization degree (DP about 250 ~ 500) and special supermolecular structure (skin core layer), the viscose fiber has lower wet strength (about 1/3) than the cotton fiber, the rayon fabric is easy to break and deform in dyeing and finishing processing, and therefore, the dyeing and finishing method of the rayon fabric has stronger specificity.
The conventional scouring and bleaching of the rayon fabric generally adopts high-temperature alkali-oxygen treatment, and the scouring and bleaching process is completed by the steps of neutralization, deoxidization, washing, drying and the like after the fabric is treated. During scouring and bleaching of the rayon woven fabric, desizing, scouring and bleaching are generally finished by a padding scouring and bleaching liquid post-stacking method. Because the rayon warp contains the sizing agent with higher proportion, the rayon warp needs to adopt the sodium hydroxide with higher concentration, can better finish desizing and scouring with the help of the permeation scouring agent, and simultaneously utilizes the hydrogen peroxide to destroy the pigment in the viscose fiber for bleaching; scouring and bleaching the rayon knitted fabric by adopting an impregnation method, wherein an alkaline agent adopts soda and a permeation scouring agent to finish scouring, and meanwhile, pigment in viscose fiber is damaged by hydrogen peroxide to bleach. However, under alkaline conditions, because the energy barrier for decomposing and releasing bleaching active species by hydrogen peroxide is high, the good bleaching effect can be exerted only at about 100 ℃, high-temperature scouring and bleaching not only causes high energy consumption of the process but also increases production cost, and under high-temperature alkaline conditions, viscose fibers can be swelled violently, a large amount of alkali and hydrogen peroxide are adsorbed inside the fibers, after bleaching is completed, in order to ensure that the strength and dyeing color of fabrics are not affected, acid washing, multiple water washing and oxygen removing processes are required to remove the alkali and hydrogen peroxide in the fibers respectively, and water consumption, emission and production cost are increased.
In recent years, due to the pressure of energy and environmental protection, numerous low-temperature alkaline-oxygen bleaching technologies have emerged. Activators or catalysts are incorporated into existing alkaline-oxygen bleaching systems. The activator or catalyst can effectively reduce the decomposition activation energy of the hydrogen peroxide so that the hydrogen peroxide can generate bleached active species at a lower temperature, and the active species are divided into two categories of organic activators and metal enzyme catalysts from the action mechanism. The organic activator mainly comprises amides and cyanides, and the metal mimic enzyme catalyst mainly comprises phthalocyanine complexes, porphyrin complexes, nitrogen-containing macrocyclic complexes, Saltren complexes, Schiff base complexes and the like. Researches show that the activating agent and the catalyst have the advantages of reducing the bleaching temperature of hydrogen peroxide, reducing strength loss, enabling fabrics to have soft handfeel and the like when being used for oxygen bleaching of cotton fabrics. However, the improvement of the methods and the technologies is based on cotton fiber fabrics, and no literature report on the preparation and application of the low-temperature oxygen bleaching agent for the rayon (viscose) fabrics is found at present.

The invention aims to reduce the scouring and bleaching temperature of the rayon fabric, avoid the working procedure of neutralization and deoxidization, save energy, reduce emission and reduce the influence of scouring and bleaching on the quality of strength, dyeing color light, hand feeling and the like of the rayon fabric. The solid scouring agent is assembled by adopting a dispersion composite means and an alkaline agent, an oxidant and an activating agent, is used for scouring and bleaching cotton fabrics at low temperature, and can enable the activating agent and the oxidant to generate bleached active species together at lower temperature and alkalinity so as to realize low-temperature high-efficiency scouring and bleaching. The scouring and bleaching process has low working temperature and high oxidant utilization rate, the concentration of alkali and oxidant contained in viscose fiber is low, two steps of neutralization and deoxidization in the conventional process are eliminated, water consumption is saved, environmental pollution is reduced, the problems of high process energy consumption, hard fabric hand feeling, low fabric strength and the like caused by high-temperature alkali oxygen are avoided, and the purposes of saving energy, reducing emission and improving the quality and the practicability of the rayon fabric are achieved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention discloses a preparation method and an application method of a solid scouring agent, which comprises the following specific steps:

Claims (6)
1. A preparation and application method of a solid scouring and bleaching agent for rayon fabrics is characterized in that:
(1) preparing a solid scouring and bleaching agent, namely crushing and uniformly mixing 40 ~ parts of component A, 15 ~ parts of component B, 15 ~ parts of component C and 10 ~ parts of component D at room temperature for 2 ~ hours at the temperature of 30 ~ ℃ by using a crushing and granulating machine, and then adding the component D for rotary granulation to obtain a granular solid scouring and bleaching agent;
(2) the method for scouring and bleaching the rayon fabric comprises the step of applying the solid scouring and bleaching agent prepared in the step (1) to scouring and bleaching the rayon fabric, wherein the solid scouring and bleaching agent is 1 ~ 4g/L, the solid scouring and bleaching agent is used for scouring and bleaching the rayon fabric at the temperature of 60 ~ 80 ℃ and the bath ratio of 1: 5 ~ 15, and the scouring and bleaching process is completed after scouring and bleaching the rayon fabric for 15 ~ 35 minutes by conventional water washing, dewatering and drying.
2. The component A of claim 1 is an alkaline agent, and the chemical structure of the agent is characterized by one or more solid substances of anhydrous sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, sodium acetate and sodium citrate.
3. The component B as claimed in claim 1, which is an oxidant and has a chemical structure characterized by one or more solid substances selected from anhydrous sodium percarbonate, sodium perborate, and sodium persulfate.
4. The component C as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chemical structure of the activator is one or more solid substances selected from urea, cyanoacetylurea, dicyandiamide and cyanamide.
5. The component D of claim 1, which is a liquid surfactant having a chemical structure characterized by one or more of AEO-9 (a condensate of a C10 ~ C12 aliphatic alcohol and ethylene oxide), 1306, 1309 (a condensate of a C13 isomeric alcohol and ethylene oxide), XP70, and XP90 (a condensate of a C10 isomeric alcohol and ethylene oxide).
6. The rayon fabric as set forth in claim 2, wherein the fabric types include rayon knit, rayon/cotton knit, modal knit, and rayon stretch (draw frame) fabric.
