the inventor finds that when the specific SBS, the SIS and the dispersing agent are selected and mixed according to a specific proportion, the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the surgical hole towel with high initial viscosity and good stability in the surgical process can be prepared, and the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive can not cause pain and discomfort when being torn off from the skin of a patient, the inventor analyzes that although the melt index of the SBS and the SIS is lower, the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive can provide higher viscosity, but the material has poor wettability to the skin surface and cannot be spread and soaked on the surface, the result is that the material has stronger viscosity and cannot form adhesion to the surface, the pressure sensitivity is poor, the block ratio of the SBS and the diblock content of the SIS need to be further limited, when the block ratio of the SBS is 20/80, and the diblock content of the SIS is 50 wt%, the flexible butadiene and isoprene chain segments can smoothly enter the concave of the surface to form adhesion, and the initial viscosity is improved, however, when the styrene content is low, the adhesive surface is peeled off from the skin, and the adhesive surface has strong adhesion and weak cohesion, so that not only a person feels pain, but also a residual amount of the adhesive remains on the skin surface. The dispersant is used for avoiding the reduction of mechanical properties caused by excessive entanglement among long molecular chains in the hot melt adhesive and improving the easiness in cutting of rubber compounds in the production process, but the inventor unexpectedly discovers that the pain feeling when the hole towel is torn off can be reduced by adding the specific dispersant, and the possible reason is that the air permeability of the hot melt adhesive is weakened to a certain extent by adding the specific dispersant paraffin, a small amount of sweat permeates out of skin pores in the operation process to replace an adhesive or promote the hydrolysis of the adhesive, the viscosity of the hot melt adhesive is gradually reduced along with the operation until the operation is finished, when the operation hole towel is taken off from a patient, the patient hardly feels the pain feeling, the rubber compounds can not be left on the skin, if the operation time is short, the paraffin can still have the effect of reducing the pain feeling of the skin, and the possible reason is that the volume of the paraffin molecules is large, inside the molecular structure of difficult retention hot melt adhesive, consequently can migrate to the hot melt adhesive surface, when the face of gluing pressed to skin, paraffin had certain lubricity, also can occupy partial surface depressed position, reduced adhesion area, so can reduce the pain and feel, avoid the binder to remain on the skin surface. If the dosage of SBS or SIS in the hot melt adhesive is too much, the viscosity of the adhesive is too high, so that people feel pain when tearing off the hot melt adhesive, and symptoms such as red swelling, pruritus and the like can be seriously caused, otherwise, the dosage is too little, and the hot melt adhesive is easy to fall off in the operation process, so that the normal operation of the operation is influenced; if the dosage of the dispersing agent is too much, the initial viscosity of the hot melt adhesive can be greatly reduced, otherwise, the dosage is too little, the product is not easy to discharge and cut in the production process, and the uncomfortable feeling of uncovering the hole towel can not be reduced. In addition, the tackifier can further adjust the viscosity of the hot melt adhesive, and the filler has a small amount of air holes around the filler due to poor compatibility with the hot melt adhesive, so that the problem of excessively reduced air permeability caused by paraffin can be solved.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the surgical hole towel, which comprises the following steps: adding the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, the styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, the tackifier, the dispersant, the filler and the antioxidant into a reaction kettle, heating and stirring until the mixed materials are uniform and transparent, stopping stirring, discharging and packaging to obtain the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer.

Evaluation of Performance
The special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the surgical hole towel obtained in the embodiment 1-10 is tested, and the test contents comprise initial adhesion, permanent adhesion and subjective evaluation.
1. Initial viscosity: according to GB/T4852-2The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive obtained in examples 1 to 10 was coated on a PET film to prepare a test piece for testing, and the test result is the maximum ball number adhered to the test piece, and the result is shown in table 1.
2. Permanent adhesion: according to GB/T4851-1998 method for testing the permanent adhesion of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, 20-30 g/m2The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive obtained in examples 1 to 10 was coated on a PET film to prepare a test piece for testing, and the test result is the time for which the test piece completely separated from the test plate, and the result is shown in table 1.
3. Subjective evaluation: the subjective evaluation comprises three items of pain feeling, skin surface change and sizing material residue, and the ratio is 20-30 g/m2The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive obtained in examples 1 to 10 was applied to a PET film to prepare 10cm by 10cm test pieces, and the test pieces were attached to the arms of testers for 4 hours and then torn off, wherein the testers were 50 and divided into 10 groups, and 5 persons each tested the test pieces prepared in the same example. The pain sensation is classified into 5 grades, 5-extreme pain and pain sensation lasting for more than 5 seconds, 4-pain but pain sensation not more than 5 seconds, 3-slight pain sensation, 2-almost no pain, 1-completely no pain, and the test result is the total score given by 5 persons; skin surface changes including no change, reddened skin, whitish skin, pimples skin, test results were 3-person agreed upon evaluations; the rubber material residues are classified into 3 grades, 3-large residues, 2-small residues and 1-no residues, and the test result is given to 5 personsThe results are shown in Table 1.
