The sheet hot-melt material mainly comprising nontoxic polyolefin can be used for vibration reduction, noise reduction and sound insulation of various automobile bodies, and is a preferred material for replacing the prior toxic asphalt material; through adding the magnetic, with hot melt material and automobile body hot melt laminating, combined two kinds of bonding modes: the hot-melt adhesive and the magnetic adhesive meet the standard requirements of environmental protection on automobile parts, and meanwhile, the hot-melt material is more tightly and firmly adhered to the automobile by adding the magnetic powder, so that the phenomenon that the damping drops slowly and falls off is prevented, the damping effect is improved, and the service life is prolonged.

A non-asphalt environment-friendly high-molecular damping magnetic hot melt adhesive is designed, and two bonding modes are simultaneously kept: hot melt bonding and magnetic bonding, and permanent magnetic powder can be used to ensure long-term durability under the condition of no demagnetization.
