The waterproof breathable layer 2 and the breathable bottom layer 3 are compounded by hot pressing, and the formed composite film is the functional film layer. The PTFE film and the PET breathable film have good synergistic effect. Micropores are densely distributed on the PTFE film. In the gas state, the gas-state molecules (including gas-state water molecules) of the air are very fine and can smoothly permeate into the PTFE film to the other side according to the principle of capillary motion, so that the air permeability phenomenon is generated; when the gaseous water is condensed into liquid water mist or water drops, the water particles become large and cannot pass through micropores of the PTFE film, and water molecules cannot smoothly separate from the water drops or permeate to the other side due to the action of the surface tension of the water mist or the water drops (mutual pulling and balancing among the water molecules), so that the water mist has a waterproof function. Therefore, the PTFE film has waterproof and air-permeable properties. Preferably, the thickness of the polyester film is 0.02 to 0.03mm, and the thickness of the base film is 0.05 to 0.1 mm. Further preferably, the thickness of the polyester film is 0.025mm, and the thickness of the base film is 0.08 mm. The double-sided adhesive layer 4 is a double-sided adhesive tape, and the thickness of the double-sided adhesive tape is 0.08 mm.
