The bottom surface of the box body 1 is provided with a drain hole, after accumulated water in the box is drained, the drain hole is blocked by a drainage rubber plug 14, and the lower plug 14 can be a plug with the same structure as a pumping and inflating rubber plug or a plug without a reserved hole in the center.
The box body 1 is internally provided with a clapboard 20, and the clapboard 20 is additionally arranged when the content in the box is more than 3 kilograms. The purpose of installing the partition plate 20 is to increase the overall strength of the box body 1, and no matter a transverse partition plate 20 or a vertical partition plate 20 is added, or a transverse partition plate 20 and a vertical partition plate 20 are added, no matter how much or less, the partition plates 20 and the partition plates 20 are communicated with each other, so as to ensure that the gas pressure in the box is consistent.
The quality of the invention is different from all kinds of preservation boxes in that: the interior of the box body can be decompressed by pumping air outwards through the air pumping plug 13, namely, the air pressure in the box body is lower than the air pressure outside the box body through pumping air; the box is pressurized by injecting gas into the box through the inflation plug 3, namely, the air pressure in the box is higher than the air pressure outside the box by injecting fresh-keeping gas into the box. For this purpose, the box body must be provided with a rubber plug which can be conveniently evacuated and a rubber plug which can be conveniently inflated at any time, and the purpose of installing the evacuation plug 13 and the inflation plug 3 is that.
The rubber plug mounting hole 18 is arranged on the box body and is matched with the inflation plug 3 and the air exhaust plug 13, the diameter of the hole is 1-4 mm smaller than the diameter of the bottom of the annular groove on the inflation plug 3 and the air exhaust plug 13, and the small hole ends of the inflation plug 3 and the air exhaust plug are pressed into the mounting hole 18 by brute force. For the convenience of installation, the diameter of the mounting hole 18 at the outer end of the box is 1.5 to 3mm larger than that at the inner end of the box, and in order to prevent the hole from extruding the bottom of the annular grooves of the inflation plug 3 and the suction plug 13 for a long time to cause the rubber stopper to lose elasticity, the depth (i.e. the wall thickness) of the hole is not less than 1.5 mm, and is generally 2 to 8 mm. In order to prevent the thickness of the whole box body from being increased due to the thickness of the hole, thereby wasting raw materials, the problem can be solved by adopting a method of singly thickening the parts where the inflation plug 3 and the air extraction plug 13 are arranged. For example, if the overall wall thickness of the box body is 1 mm, the wall thickness of the region of the mounting hole 18 which is 5 to 10 mm larger than the sphere diameter of the inflation plug 3 and the suction plug 13 is designed to be 2 to 3mm, and gradually changed, as shown in fig. 6. Therefore, the thickness requirement of the mounting hole is met, the box is attractive and durable, and the protruded part can be arranged outside the box body, can be arranged inside the box body and can be taken into consideration both inside and outside.
The other quality difference of the preservation box and the existing preservation box is as follows: the box body 1 is provided with 4-24 holes with the diameter of 20-200 mm, namely an air pressure display window 8, which is called a display window 8 for short. The window is covered with a layer of 0.2 to 1.2 mm thick air pressure display film 9 made of soft rubber film, the display film 9 is short, the film is pressed with a fixed pressing plate 10 with the inner hole diameter same as the display window, the fixed pressing plate 10 is tightly fixed on the box body wall through a fixing screw 11. In order to prevent the fixing screw 11 from loosening and falling off, a fixing retainer 12 is additionally arranged on the inner side of the box body wall, and the thickness and the inner diameter of the fixing retainer 12 are the same as those of the fixing pressure plate 10. The air pressure display window 8 may be round, square, oval, or other shapes, and functions as: when the air pressure in the box is lower than the air pressure outside the box, the display film 9 can be sunken in the box, the lower the air pressure in the box is, the larger the sunken amplitude is, and the sunken condition can help the air extractor to extrude the air in the box besides displaying the air pressure in the box, so that the pressure of the air pressure outside the box on the box wall is reduced. When gas is injected into the box and the pressure of the injected gas exceeds the pressure outside the box, the display membrane 9 protrudes outward from the box, and the larger the protruding range is, the higher the gas pressure inside the box is. The display membrane 9 protruding outward of the case can help the inflator relieve the pressure of the gas pressure inside the case against the case wall in addition to displaying the gas pressure inside the case.
4 to 24 display windows 8 can be distributed on the front, rear, left and right walls of the box body 1, or 1 to 2 display windows can be arranged on the box cover 2.
In order to facilitate carrying of the preservation box, the hand grips 15 can be arranged on any two opposite wall walls of the box body 1, and the hand grip 15 on each wall can be one or a pair, depending on convenience and attractiveness. When the content in the fresh-keeping box is less than 3 kilograms, the hand grip 15 is not needed.
The embodiment is characterized in that the box body is placed on the ground, a goods shelf or a desktop, a box body sealing mechanism is arranged on the box body, and the box body sealing mechanism consists of a box cover positioned on the upper surface of the box body, an inflatable rubber plug arranged at the center of the upper surface of the box cover, a sealing strip fixedly arranged at the joint of the box body and the box cover, box cover hooks fixedly arranged on four sides of the box cover and connected with the box body, safety hooks fixedly arranged on four sides of the box body, and a U-shaped safety hook buckle fixedly arranged at the lower end of the box cover hook and connected with the safety; the box body is provided with an air pressure display mechanism, and the air pressure display mechanism consists of air pressure display rubber films which are fixedly arranged on four sides of the box body and are positioned at the lower end of the safety hook, an air pressure display window which is fixedly arranged below the air pressure display rubber films, a fixed pressing plate which is fixedly arranged on the rubber films at the outer end of the air pressure display window and is connected with the box body, a fixed guard ring which is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the box body and is positioned concentrically with the fixed pressing plate, and a fixed screw which is fixedly arranged on one side of; besides, the box body is also provided with a launching rubber plug fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the shell, handles fixedly arranged at two ends of the shell, rubber plug mounting holes arranged at the lower ends of four walls of the box body, an air exhaust plug arranged in the mounting holes, and the like. The fresh-keeping principle is that through air exhaust and inflation, oxygen for promoting the growth and reproduction of bacteria which spoil food is not contained in the sealed box, and the box is always in a high-pressure state or a low-pressure state or a state of regularly exchanging the high-pressure state and the low-pressure state, so that the food can be kept fresh for a long time at normal temperature, particularly fruit vegetables and food which are easy to rot can be kept fresh for a long time, the fruit vegetable fresh-keeping box is used for preserving the fruit vegetables and the food, and the fresh-keeping time can be prolonged by about 10-150 times.
In this embodiment, when in use, food is placed in the fresh-keeping box body, the cover is covered, the hook of the box cover and the safety catch are fastened, the air extracting rubber plug extends into the box body through the needle type hollow plug of the air extracting cylinder or the air extractor, part of gas in the box body is extracted, and then fresh-keeping gas which is not beneficial to the growth and the propagation of bacteria destroying the food, such as helium (He), neon (Ne), argon (Ar), krypton (Kr), xenon (Xe) gas, nitrogen gas and carbon dioxide gas, or mixed gas of the helium gas, the neon gas and the neon gas, is injected into the box body through another air-filled rubber plug which has the same structure as the air extracting rubber plug. The air is pumped out and inflated, and then pumped out and inflated again, and the process is repeated for 2 to 5 times.
The fruit and vegetable preservation box can be in a shape of a circle, an ellipse, a heart and the like besides a square shape.
