Claims (2)

1. The fuel oil type automatic semi-finished fast food processing vehicle comprises a chassis (1), a carriage (2), two sets of intelligent cooking equipment (3), an intelligent steaming cabinet (4), packaging equipment (5), a power generation system (6), a refrigerating cabinet (7), a water supply system (8), an oil supply system (9), a fan (10), a smoke exhaust ventilator (11), an air conditioner (12) and a disinfection and sterilization device (13);
the chassis (1) is used as a bearing platform of a processing vehicle;
the carriage (2) is arranged above the chassis (1);
a set of fuel steam generator is arranged in the carriage (2) for providing steam for the intelligent steaming cabinet (4), the intelligent steaming cabinet (4) is used for making staple food and is arranged on the side surface of the carriage (2), the fuel steam generator and the intelligent steaming cabinet (4) are combined for use, and the steaming cabinet is used for steaming rice, steamed bread, steamed dishes, snack heating and tableware disinfection;
the fuel steam generator adopts an electric control diesel burner to provide a heat source for the fuel steam generator and can bear pressure to provide steam for the intelligent steaming cabinet (4); diesel oil or alcohol or methanol liquid fuel is used as a raw material to provide heat energy for the intelligent steaming cabinet (4);
the two sets of intelligent cooking equipment (3), the intelligent steaming cabinet (4), the packaging equipment (5), the power generation system (6), the refrigerating cabinet (7), the water supply system (8) and the oil supply system (9) are respectively positioned in the carriage (2);
the fan (10), the smoke exhaust ventilator (11), the air conditioner (12) and the disinfection and sterilization device (13) are respectively arranged at the top of the carriage (2);
the power generation system (6) is used for supplying power to the whole vehicle without municipal power input in a parking state, and the power generation system (6) is arranged at the lower part of the vehicle chassis (1);
the power generation system (6) is powered by an automobile generator;
the carriage (2) is divided into a front part, a middle part and a rear part;
the intelligent steaming cabinet (4) is positioned at the front part of the carriage (2), the intelligent cooking equipment (3) is used for making subsidiary foods, is arranged in the carriage (2), uses food grade 304 stainless steel, uses diesel oil or alcohol and methanol liquid fuel as raw materials, and provides heat energy for the intelligent cooking equipment (3);
the packaging equipment (5) is located opposite to the intelligent steaming cabinet (4), and the packaging equipment (5) is located at the front part and the middle part of the carriage (2); the packaging equipment (5) is used for automatically packaging processed meals;
the two sets of intelligent cooking equipment (3) are positioned opposite to the packaging equipment (5), and the two sets of intelligent cooking equipment (3) are positioned in the middle of the carriage (2);
the refrigerator (7) is positioned at the rear part of the carriage (2), and the refrigerator (7) is used for preserving and storing food materials;
the water supply system (8) and the oil supply system (9) are positioned at the rear part of the carriage (2), and the water supply system (8) comprises a water pump, a water tank, a pipeline and a valve and is used for supplying water for kitchen ranges, cooking and cleaning works;
the water supply system (8) is connected with a water inlet through an external water pipe on the vehicle, and is pumped into a water tank through a water pump;
the water supply system (8) and the oil supply system (9) are positioned opposite to the refrigerated cabinet (7);
the oil supply system (9) comprises an oil pump, a pipeline, an oil tank and a combustor;
the burner provides oil for combustion or other alcohol or methanol liquid fuel for providing heat energy for at least one set of intelligent cooking equipment (3);
the carriage (2) is used for installing the loading equipment, provides an operation space for cooking operation, adopts a wallboard structure, adopts an anti-rust aluminum plate as an outer skin of the carriage (2), adopts a heat-insulating core material as an inner core, and adopts high-density flame-retardant polyurethane foam as the heat-insulating core material;
the carriage (2) is provided with a side window, a side door and a rear door, lighting, ventilation, personnel inlet and outlet and equipment installation in the carriage (2) are met, the top is provided with a ventilating fan air outlet (14), a chimney smoke outlet (15) and a range hood air outlet (16), and the air outlets are subjected to corresponding waterproof treatment; a workbench is arranged at the lower part of one side of the carriage (2) for cooking operation preparation, meal preparation, distribution and fast food packaging, and a cooker and a fast food box are stored in the lower part of the workbench; a hanging cabinet storage part of the cooker is arranged at the top of the other side of the carriage (2); meanwhile, a washing tank is arranged for washing food materials and cooking utensils.

a large number of specific dish cooking programs are preset in the intelligent cooking equipment (3) in advance, and specifically comprise cooking time, fire intensity in each stage, inclination angle of a pot and rotating speed;
the cooked dishes comprise roasted beef and roasted shredded potatoes;

after the frying is finished, moving dishes to the packaging equipment (5);
