Abstract

一种充电端子液冷结构,包括端子、密封组件及液冷线缆,液冷线缆包括与端子相连的线缆导体、包裹在线缆导体外的绝缘层及设在绝缘层外的外护套,外护套与绝缘层之间具有流道,密封组件包括套设在端子上的绝缘套及套设在绝缘套上的套筒,且绝缘套前端与端子相连、后端与绝缘层相连;套筒前端与绝缘套相连、后端通过封线体与外护套相连;套筒、绝缘套及封线体之间构成与流道相通的液冷腔,液冷腔通过绝缘套与端子隔离,套筒上安装有与液冷腔连通的转接头。本发明可与新能源汽车上的电池包冷却系统兼容,通过在液冷腔与端子间设置绝缘套从而将电池包冷却系统中的非绝缘介质冷却液与端子隔离,并通过绝缘套实现热传导将端子热量传递至冷却液。

Description

一种充电端子液冷结构
技术领域
本发明属于新能源汽车充电技术领域,特别涉及一种充电端子液冷结构。
背景技术
随着大功率充电的提出和普及,普通充电产品已经无法满足实际使用需求,例如在新能源汽车充电技术领域中,充电过程中端子的高温现象一直成为行业难题,不仅影响用户使用,还存在一定的安全隐患。现有解决端子高温现象的方案中,冷却液与端子直接接触,冷却介质为绝缘介质,比如硅油或者矿物油,但此方案冷却介质必须采用绝缘介质则不能与车上现有的电池包冷却系统兼容,需要额外增设循环泵对端子降温;这是因为电池包冷却系统中采用的冷却液是非绝缘介质,比如最常用的乙二醇型混合冷却液,这就导致了新能源汽车上需要采用两套冷却系统分别对充电端子以及电池包进行循环冷却,不仅占用车内空间,制造设计成本也高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明目的是提供一种可以兼容车内现有电池包冷却系统的充电端子液冷结构,解决端子充电高温问题的同时节约整车成本。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种充电端子液冷结构,包括端子、密封组件以及液冷线缆,液冷线缆包括与端子相连的线缆导体、包裹在线缆导体外的绝缘层以及设置在绝缘层外的外护套,外护套与绝缘层之间具有供冷却液流通的流道,所述密封组件包括套设在端子上的绝缘套以及套设在绝缘套上的套筒,且绝缘套前端与端子相连、后端与绝缘层相连;套筒前端与绝缘套相连、后端通过封线体与外护套相连;套筒、绝缘套以及封线体之间构成与所述流道相连通的液冷腔,液冷腔通过绝缘套与端子隔离,套筒上还安装有与液冷腔连通的转接头。
本发明还采用以下技术方案进一步实现。
前述充电端子液冷结构,其中端子的前端具有供线缆导体穿装的接线孔。
前述充电端子液冷结构,其中线缆导体与穿线孔采用压接固定。
前述充电端子液冷结构,其中转接头与套筒之间安装有密封圈。
前述充电端子液冷结构,还包括与套筒后端相连并对封线体轴向限位的端盖。
前述充电端子液冷结构,其中端盖与套筒为卡扣相连。
前述充电端子液冷结构,其中端子上设有供绝缘套前端扣装固定的卡槽。
前述充电端子液冷结构,其中绝缘套的中部位于液冷腔内并与端子贴合设置。
前述充电端子液冷结构,其中套筒前端与绝缘套前端采用过盈配合的安装方式实现密封连接;绝缘套的后端与绝缘层采用过盈配合的安装方式实现密封连接。
前述充电端子液冷结构,其中套筒前端设有与绝缘套前端挡止配合的内翻边。
借由上述技术方案,本发明的充电端子液冷结构可以与现有新能源汽车上的电池包冷却系统兼容,而不需要再独立设置额外的循序冷却系统,节约了整车制造成本以及车内空间;通过在套筒与端子之间设置绝缘套,从而将电池包冷却系统中的非绝缘介质冷却液与端子完全隔离,并通过绝缘套实现热传导,将端子产生的热量传递至冷却液中带走,最终实现端子降温。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1至图3,一种充电端子液冷结构,包括端子1、密封组件以及液冷线缆,液冷线缆包括与端子1相连的线缆导体31、包裹在线缆导体外的绝缘层32以及设置在绝缘层外的外护套33,外护套33与绝缘层32之间具有供冷却液流通的流道4;密封组件包括绝缘套21、套筒22、封线体23和端盖24,本实施例中,端子1的后端呈圆柱状并设有供线缆导体31插入的接线孔11,线缆导体31与接线孔11优选采用压接方式以实现固定和电性相连,绝缘套21套装在端子1上,端子1上开设有供绝缘套前端进行扣装定位的卡槽12,绝缘套21的后端与绝缘层32为过盈配合的装配方式,绝缘套21可对端子和线缆导体的连接部进行可靠密封。套筒22套设在绝缘套上,套筒22前端与绝缘套21前端密封相连,套筒后端通过套设在外护套上的封线体23与外护套33密封相连,则套筒、绝缘套与封线体之间构成了一个与液冷线缆内部的流道4相连通的液冷腔5,绝缘套21用于将液冷腔5与端子1隔离,套筒上还装配有与液冷腔5连通的转接头6,套筒22后端通过与端盖24相连实现对封线体23的定位。
本实施例中,套筒22为绝缘材料制成的零件,绝缘套21由具备良好导热性的橡胶材料制成,绝缘套为三段式一体成型结构,其中绝缘套前端用于和端子固定并与套筒过盈配合,绝缘套中部与端子贴合以便于进行热量传递,绝缘套后端用于和绝缘层密封连接;套筒22后端与封线体为过盈配合,绝缘层也是以过盈配合的安装方式穿入绝缘套内,以此保障液冷腔的整体密封性;在绝缘套或封线体与套筒相接触部位均设有便于实现较佳密封性能的波纹结构。
作为优选,线缆导体31为铜芯线缆;绝缘套21的内壁与端子1外壁尽可能贴合以增大接触面积从而实现更佳的导热效果;外护套33内壁设有用于对线缆导体支撑定位及形成稳定流道的骨架331,借由该骨架所述封线体也能更紧密地与外护套挤压密封;套筒22前端具有向内翻折的翻边221,本发明装配时其套筒借由连接器内部绝缘体结构进行固定,端子则与对应接触件相连实现电能传递,该翻边221可以在端子1受到轴向向前的拉力时与绝缘套前端挡止配合从而防止端子从套筒前端中脱出;套筒后端内壁具有便于安装封线体的定位台阶,套筒后端外壁径向延伸形成与端盖的卡勾241进行卡扣相连的凸缘222;转接头与套筒之间还设有密封圈61。
结合图3,本发明的工作过程如下所述:
转接头6与新能源汽车内的电池包冷却系统连通,电池包冷却系统向转接头提供循环冷却液,冷却液由转接头进入并充满液冷腔5,冷却液与绝缘套21接触,而绝缘套21与端子1接触,通过热传导的方式将端子热量传递到冷却液中从而降低端子温度,冷却液最终由液冷腔进入液冷线缆内的流道4内并循环流回至电池包冷却系统。
在本充电端子液冷结构的其它实施例中,绝缘套还可以采用导热性能更佳的陶瓷材料制成,此时绝缘套套装在端子后二者之间具有间隙,在间隙内可以填充导热胶实现导热并设置密封结构实现密封;端盖可以与套筒后端采用螺纹连接;端子的类型不限于接线端子或者转接端子等,也可以为应用于各类连接器领域中的插针接触件或插孔接触件,本发明对此不作限制。

Claims (10)

1.一种充电端子液冷结构,包括端子、密封组件以及液冷线缆,液冷线缆包括与端子相连的线缆导体、包裹在线缆导体外的绝缘层以及设置在绝缘层外的外护套,外护套与绝缘层之间具有供冷却液流通的流道,其特征在于:所述密封组件包括套设在端子上的绝缘套以及套设在绝缘套上的套筒,且绝缘套前端与端子相连、后端与绝缘层相连;套筒前端与绝缘套相连、后端通过封线体与外护套相连;套筒、绝缘套以及封线体之间构成与所述流道相连通的液冷腔,液冷腔通过绝缘套与端子隔离,套筒上还安装有与液冷腔连通的转接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电端子液冷结构,其特征在于:所述端子的前端具有供线缆导体穿装的接线孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的充电端子液冷结构,其特征在于:所述线缆导体与穿线孔采用压接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的充电端子液冷结构,其特征在于:所述转接头与套筒之间安装有密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的充电端子液冷结构,其特征在于:还包括与套筒后端相连并对封线体轴向限位的端盖。
6.根据权利要求5所述的充电端子液冷结构,其特征在于:端盖与套筒为卡扣相连。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的充电端子液冷结构,其特征在于:所述端子上设有供绝缘套前端扣装固定的卡槽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的充电端子液冷结构,其特征在于:所述绝缘套的中部位于液冷腔内并与端子贴合设置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的充电端子液冷结构,其特征在于:所述套筒前端与绝缘套前端采用过盈配合的安装方式实现密封连接;绝缘套的后端与绝缘层采用过盈配合的安装方式实现密封连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的充电端子液冷结构,其特征在于:所述套筒前端设有与绝缘套前端挡止配合的内翻边。
