Abstract
本发明公开了一种保湿剂及其在书法保湿盒中的应用,所述的保湿剂包括乙醇、乙酸、水,所述乙醇、乙酸、水的质量百分比如下:25%乙醇、2.5%乙酸、72.5%水,所述的书法保湿盒包括盒体、盒盖、扣板、墨汁碟存放区、瓶装保湿剂、毛笔架,所述盒体的上方设置有所述盒盖,所述盒体的两侧设置有所述扣板,所述盒体的内侧底部成型有所述墨汁碟存放区,所述墨汁碟存放区的一侧设置有所述瓶装保湿剂。本发明保湿剂中的乙醇、乙酸在常温常压下不能进行化学反应,能够长期稳定存放,且乙醇对细菌等微生物起到脱水作用,乙酸对细菌等微生物起到破坏酸碱平衡作用,乙醇和乙酸结合后防腐效果尤为突出,该保湿剂的配制只需按照普通溶液的配制方法称量配制。

技术领域
本发明涉及保湿剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种保湿剂及其在书法保湿盒中的应用。
背景技术
在使用毛笔进行书法练习或创作后,通常有两种方式对毛笔进行处理,一种是清洗掉残留的墨汁,避免硬化,以便下次使用;一种是用毛笔笔头套锁住水分,这样可以使笔头在短期内保持柔软,下次使用方便;对未用完的墨汁及盛装墨汁容器的处理方法是倒回墨汁瓶中或在容器上加盖,短期内能防止墨汁干结;现有的毛笔保湿盒,其结构等同于多个并列的毛笔笔头套,功能局限于锁住未经清洗的笔头中的水分,清洗毛笔需要消耗水资源,占用时间;不经清洗,简单密封笔头的毛笔容易滋生细菌发霉发臭,造成笔头腐烂,非常不利于书法练习与创作,此外,如果墨汁在简单加盖的容器中存放时间稍长也必然干结。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种保湿剂及其在书法保湿盒中的应用。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种保湿剂,包括乙醇、乙酸、水,所述乙醇、乙酸、水的质量百分比如下:
乙醇 25%
乙酸 2.5%
水 72.5%。
一种保湿剂在书法保湿盒中的应用,所述的书法保湿盒包括盒体、盒盖、扣板、墨汁碟存放区、瓶装保湿剂、毛笔架,所述盒体的上方设置有所述盒盖,所述盒体的两侧设置有所述扣板,所述盒体的内侧底部成型有所述墨汁碟存放区,所述墨汁碟存放区的一侧设置有所述瓶装保湿剂,所述瓶装保湿剂的前方在所述盒体的内侧设置有所述毛笔架。
优选地:所述扣板与所述盒体通过销轴连接。
如此设置,通过销轴连接便于所述扣板的转动。
优选地:所述盒盖与所述盒体通过所述扣板连接。
如此设置,通过所述扣板将所述盒盖牢固的固定在所述盒体的上方,防止内部空气与外界对流。
优选地:所述毛笔架与所述盒体胶接连接。
如此设置,通过胶接连接使得相互连接的两者之间连接紧固牢靠,确保了一定的连接强度。
优选地:所述毛笔架设置有2个,且每个所述毛笔架上均设置有3个凹槽。
如此设置,利用所述毛笔架上的凹槽可以对毛笔进行固定,防止在挪动保湿盒时使毛笔在内部滚动。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本书法保湿盒设置有盒盖与盒体,当盒盖与盒体配合时,内部与外部形成相对隔绝的空间,能有效阻挡内置毛笔、墨汁中的水分散失至盒外;
2、所采用的保湿剂具有较强的挥发性,同时具有良好的灭菌功能,在保湿盒发挥保湿功能时,存放保湿剂的广口瓶瓶盖长期处在打开状态,使盒体内充盈着饱和的气态保湿剂;
3、本书法保湿盒内同时设置有毛笔架、墨汁碟存放区,毛笔使用完不必用笔头套,也不必用水清洗,直接搁置于毛笔架上,书写时将墨碟移出盒外盖上盒盖,书写完毕重新置于盒内盖上盒盖,这样能让毛笔与墨汁长期处于饱和的气化保湿剂中。
4、保湿剂中的乙醇、乙酸在常温常压下不能进行化学反应,能够长期稳定存放,且乙醇对细菌等微生物起到脱水作用,乙酸对细菌等微生物起到破坏酸碱平衡作用,乙醇和乙酸结合后防腐效果尤为突出,该保湿剂的配制只需按照普通溶液的配制方法称量配制。

一种保湿剂,包括乙醇、乙酸、水,所述乙醇、乙酸、水的质量百分比如下:25%乙醇、2.5%乙酸、72.5%水,其中乙醇对细菌等微生物起到脱水作用,乙酸对细菌等微生物起到破坏酸碱平衡作用,乙醇和乙酸结合后防腐效果尤为突出。
如图1-图4所示,一种保湿剂在书法保湿盒中的应用,书法保湿盒包括盒体1、盒盖2、扣板3、墨汁碟存放区4、瓶装保湿剂5、毛笔架6,盒体1的上方设置有盒盖2,盒体1的两侧设置有扣板3,盒体1的内侧底部成型有墨汁碟存放区4,墨汁碟存放区4的一侧设置有瓶装保湿剂5,瓶装保湿剂5的前方在盒体1的内侧设置有毛笔架6。
优选地:扣板3与盒体1通过销轴连接,通过销轴连接便于扣板3的转动;盒盖2与盒体1通过扣板3连接,通过扣板3将盒盖2牢固的固定在盒体1的上方,防止内部空气与外界对流;毛笔架6与盒体1胶接连接,通过胶接连接使得相互连接的两者之间连接紧固牢靠,确保了一定的连接强度;毛笔架6设置有2个,且每个毛笔架6上均设置有3个凹槽,利用毛笔架6上的凹槽可以对毛笔进行固定,防止在挪动保湿盒时使毛笔在内部滚动。
工作原理:毛笔使用完不必用盖笔头套,也不必用水清洗,直接搁置于毛笔架6上,书写时将墨碟移出盒体1,书写完毕重新置于盒体1内盖上盒盖2,瓶装保湿剂5具有较强的挥发性,同时具有良好的灭菌功能,在保湿盒发挥保湿功能时,存放保湿剂的广口瓶瓶盖长期处在打开状态,使盒体1内充盈着饱和的气态保湿剂,这样能让毛笔与墨汁长期处于饱和的气化保湿剂中。

3.根据权利要求2所述的应用,其特征在于:所述的书法保湿盒包括盒体(1)、盒盖(2)、扣板(3)、墨汁碟存放区(4)、瓶装保湿剂(5)、毛笔架(6),所述盒体(1)的上方设置有所述盒盖(2),所述盒体(1)的两侧设置有所述扣板(3),所述盒体(1)的内侧底部成型有所述墨汁碟存放区(4),所述墨汁碟存放区(4)的一侧设置有所述瓶装保湿剂(5),所述瓶装保湿剂(5)的前方在所述盒体(1)的内侧设置有所述毛笔架(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于:所述扣板(3)与所述盒体(1)通过销轴连接。
