Example 1
In this example, the long tube was prepared by a production process comprising the steps of:
s101, preparing materials, namely uniformly mixing the toner and the plastic raw material for later use, wherein the mass ratio of the toner to the plastic raw material is 0.15%;
s102, mounting the first mold on a machine table, injecting toner and plastic raw materials into the first mold, and cooling to obtain a positioning piece;
s103, arranging the positioning piece in a second mold, and injecting plastic raw materials to complete secondary injection molding;
and S104, cooling to obtain the finished product of the long tube.
When step S102 is executed, it is determined whether the material is overweight, and the parameters of the machine are adjusted in time according to the measured weight value, so that the positioning member can effectively form a corresponding structure. After step S104, the finished product of the long pipe needs to be detected, including the weight, straightness and appearance quality of the single product, so as to ensure that the produced long pipe meets the quality requirement. Therefore, the secondary injection molding technology is adopted, so that the raw materials injected secondarily can be integrated with the positioning piece into a whole, the straightness of the long pipe is guaranteed, and the accuracy of the monitoring result is guaranteed.
Example 2
In this example, the long tube was prepared by a production process comprising the steps of:
s101, preparing materials, namely uniformly mixing the toner and the plastic raw material for later use, wherein the mass ratio of the toner to the plastic raw material is 0.20%;
s102, mounting the first mold on a machine table, injecting toner and plastic raw materials into the first mold, and cooling to obtain a positioning piece;
s103, arranging the positioning piece in a second mold, and injecting plastic raw materials for injection molding;
and S104, cooling to obtain the finished product of the long tube.
Example 3
In this example, the long tube was prepared by a production process comprising the steps of:
s101, preparing materials, namely uniformly mixing the toner and the plastic raw material for later use, wherein the mass ratio of the toner to the plastic raw material is 0.25%;
s102, mounting the first mold on a machine table, injecting toner and plastic raw materials into the first mold, and cooling to obtain a positioning piece;
s103, arranging the positioning piece in a second mold, and injecting plastic raw materials for injection molding;
and S104, cooling to obtain the finished product of the long tube.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a long tube, which is manufactured by any one of the above-mentioned embodiments 1 to 3, and a specific embodiment thereof is shown in fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the elongated tube comprises a positioning member and an attachment member 1 disposed at the periphery of the positioning member, wherein the attachment member 1 is connected with the positioning member by fusion; the positioning piece and the attachment piece 1 are made of the same material, and the material is composed of toner and plastic raw materials.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, adopt secondary injection moulding technique, can make attached piece 1 and setting element fuse into a whole for attached piece 1 laminates the setting element closely, prevents the peeling, bulge scheduling problem. The locating piece is arranged in the long pipe, so that the straightness of the long pipe can be guaranteed, the accuracy of a monitoring result of the long pipe in the using process is improved, and the service life of the long pipe can be guaranteed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, both ends of the attachment 1 are respectively provided with a first positioning portion 21 and a second positioning portion 22 for maintaining the position of the attachment 1. In this way, the position of the long pipe in the container such as a water tank, an oil tank, a toilet, a water dispenser and the like can be limited by the first positioning part 21 and the second positioning part 22, so that the accuracy of the monitoring result is improved.
In one embodiment, one of the first positioning portion 21 and the second positioning portion 22 is configured as a screw, and the other is configured as a positioning hole. Like this, can keep the relative position of long tube through threaded connection or the spacing mode of pin, improve the accuracy to the monitoring result then.
As shown in fig. 1, a boss 3 surrounding along the circumferential direction of the attachment member 1 is provided on the attachment member 1, and the boss 3 is located between the screw and the attachment member 1. Therefore, whether the connection is in place or not can be judged through the limiting table, and the connection is convenient to hold and detach.
In one embodiment, the attachment 1 has a regular polygonal cross-section to facilitate uniform contact with the liquid, thereby reducing the effect of the liquid level on the elongated tube during the ascent or descent, and consequently ensuring its straightness, i.e., the perpendicularity of the elongated tube with respect to the liquid level. In other embodiments, the cross section of the attachment member 1 may be any suitable structure such as a circle, which is not limited by the present invention.
