Background
In the past, when installing a stop ring (spring ring) of a cylindrical roller bearing, the company only needs to install the stop ring (spring ring) manually without any clamping fixture, put the stop ring (spring ring) on the bearing, push against one end of an opening of the stop ring, use a wooden hammer to knock the stop ring, and pound the stop ring into the bearing. The method has the advantages of high labor intensity, large field knocking sound, frequent hand-hitting phenomenon, low efficiency, easy waste generation, incapability of meeting the development and field requirements of companies, and urgent need of designing a hand-mounted pressing stop ring (spring ring) mounting mould.

In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention researches the existing installation process and the stop ring, and invents a clamping fixture for installing the stop ring, which meets the requirement of manual operation.

the diameter of the outer wall of the pressing part provided with the pressing angle in the upper die is the same as the inner diameter of the installed bearing workpiece, so that the pressing angle is completely inserted into the inner hole of the bearing workpiece; the outer wall of the pressing part at the bottom end of the middle plane of the upper die is smaller than the inner wall of the mounted bearing workpiece, so that the stop ring is completely pressed into the inner hole of the bearing;
the working principle of the invention is as follows: the stop ring is reduced in inner hole diameter through the inclined plane taper structure by designing the tire membrane, and meanwhile, the brake ring is pressed into the inner hole of the bearing after the inner hole diameter is reduced through the design of one end pressing angle and the other end plane of the pressing part, so that the brake ring is smoothly installed in place.
When in use, the bearing is firstly arranged at the bearing mounting position of the lower die to be assembled, and the stop ring is sleeved from the upper part of the lower die and is placed at the gap position; connecting the upper die to the lower die through a spring, aligning a pressing part of the upper die in the lower die, and then pressing the upper die, wherein in the process, a limiting bulge of the upper die is matched with a limiting groove of the lower die, when a pressing angle of the pressing part reaches the upper end of the stop ring, the pressing angle presses the stop ring to enable two ends of an opening of the stop ring to be staggered in spatial position, so that the diameter of the stop ring is changed, and at the moment, the inner diameter of the stop ring is reduced and the stop ring descends through the inner wall of the conical surface section of the lower die; continuously pressing the upper die, and when the stop ring is pressed to pass through the bottom of the conical surface section and reach the inner hole of the bearing, the stop ring is bounced into the inner hole of the bearing, so that the stop ring is installed; after the upper die is installed, the pressed upper die is rebounded to the original position through the action of a spring to prepare for next processing.

when in use, a workpiece 10 is firstly installed at the installation position of the bearing to be assembled of the lower die 2, and a stop ring is sleeved from the upper part of the lower die 2 and is placed at the position of the gap 8; connecting the upper die 1 to the lower die 2 through a spring, enabling the pressing part 5 of the upper die to be aligned in the lower die 2 and then pressing the upper die 1, wherein in the process, the limiting bulge 6 of the upper die 1 is matched with the limiting groove 9 of the lower die, when the pressing angle 7 of the pressing part 5 reaches the upper end of the stop ring, the pressing angle 7 presses the stop ring to enable two ends of the opening of the stop ring to be staggered in spatial position, so that the diameter of the stop ring is changed, and at the moment, the inner diameter of the stop ring is reduced and goes down through the inner wall of the conical surface section of the lower die 2; continuously pressing the upper die 1, and when the stop ring is pressed to pass through the bottom of the conical surface section and reach the inner hole of the bearing, the stop ring is bounced into the inner hole of the bearing, so that the stop ring is installed; after installation, the pressed upper die 1 is rebounded to the original position through the spring action, and the next processing is prepared.
