Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fan impeller processing, in particular to an automatic slag removing device for a centrifugal fan impeller.
Background
At present, most manufacturers mainly use a crane and the like to hang a workpiece, manually move the position, and use steel to shovel out splashes and molten slag, so that the operation safety is poor, the labor intensity of workers is high, the operation is inconvenient, and the production efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the automatic slag removing device for the impeller of the centrifugal fan, which is convenient to operate, high in efficiency, low in intensity of operators and reliable in safety.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an automatic slag removing device for an impeller of a centrifugal fan comprises a shared base, a first slag removing part and a second slag removing part, wherein the first slag removing part and the second slag removing part are arranged on the base; the impeller is hoisted to the main shaft by a travelling crane, the impeller is fixed by a fixing piece arranged on the main shaft, slag is removed from the fixed impeller blades by a steel shovel piece, the slag falls into a recycling box through self gravity, the main shaft is driven by an adjusting piece to rotate by a required angle, the slag is removed from another blade by the steel shovel piece, and the slag removing work of all the blades on the impeller is completed by repeatedly rotating by the required angle. According to the invention, the centrifugal fan impeller needing to be subjected to slag removal is hoisted on the main shaft through the travelling crane, and then the impeller is fixed through the fixing piece arranged on the main shaft, so that the rotating main shaft can drive the impeller to rotate, the impellers of different specifications are clamped and fixed, and the influence of shaking in the slag removal process is avoided; the blades on the impeller are subjected to slag removal through the steel shovel part, and the slag removal range can be adjusted according to the size of the blades, so that the slag removal of the blades is more comprehensive; through regulating part drive main shaft rotation angle, switch over and remove the slag in proper order to the blade on the impeller, can adjust rotation angle through the regulating part, remove the slag to the impeller that the blade interval is different, can remove the slag to the impeller of a plurality of specifications, the second removes the slag part and removes the slag part structure the same with first, and the second removes the slag part and can removes the slag to the impeller of other multiple specifications, has realized the automation and has got rid of the slag, has improved greatly and has got rid of slag efficiency and security, has reduced the labour simultaneously.
The adjusting part comprises a moving frame fixedly arranged on the base, a gear disc arranged on the moving frame, a driving gear positioned at the center of the gear disc, four driven gears which are distributed in an equidistant and annular mode and are meshed with the driving gear, a first intermittent gear, a second intermittent gear, a third intermittent gear and a fourth intermittent gear which are respectively and fixedly arranged on the four driven gears, a rotating shaft fixedly arranged on the moving frame and used for being inserted into the main shaft, and a large gear sleeved on the rotating shaft; the driving gear rotates to drive the four driven gears to rotate, so that the first intermittent gear, the second intermittent gear, the third intermittent gear and the fourth intermittent gear are driven to rotate, the large gear is meshed with one of the intermittent gears to drive the large gear to rotate, namely, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, the rotating shaft is inserted into the main shaft, the main shaft is finally driven to rotate, the gear disc rotates to drive the four gears to revolve, and switching between the first intermittent gear, the second intermittent gear, the third intermittent gear and the fourth intermittent gear is completed. The driving gear rotates to enable the four driven gears meshed with the driving gear to rotate, the first intermittent gear, the second intermittent gear, the third intermittent gear and the fourth intermittent gear are fixed on the four driven gears respectively to drive the first intermittent gear, the second intermittent gear, the third intermittent gear and the fourth intermittent gear to rotate, the large gear is meshed with one of the first intermittent gear, the second intermittent gear, the third intermittent gear and the fourth intermittent gear to enable the large gear to rotate, the large gear is sleeved on the rotating shaft to enable the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft is inserted into the main shaft to drive the main shaft to rotate, the first intermittent gear, the second intermittent gear, the third intermittent gear and the fourth intermittent gear are different in tooth number, the rotating angle of the rotating shaft of a circle is different, and accordingly impeller slag of four specifications can be removed.
The fixing piece comprises a plurality of groups of hydraulic rod groups which are distributed on the main shaft in an equidistant annular mode, and a first arc-shaped plate and a second arc-shaped plate which are rotatably arranged on the hydraulic rod groups; the multi-group hydraulic rod group is driven simultaneously, so that the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate move outwards, the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate can be attached to the inner wall of the central hole of the impeller, the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate are rotated and arranged on the hydraulic rod group, and therefore the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate are attached better, and the main shaft and the impeller can be fixed according to different automatic rotation angles of the radian of the inner wall of the central hole of the impeller.
The fixing piece also comprises an air rod group, a first fixing rod fixedly arranged on the air rod group, a first telescopic rod group and a second telescopic rod group which are communicated with the inner cavity of the air rod group, a second fixing rod fixedly arranged on the first telescopic rod group and a third fixing rod fixedly arranged on the second telescopic rod group; the gas pole group rises, makes first dead lever withstand in the impeller centre bore keyway, and the flexible dry group of back first telescopic link group and second drives second dead lever and third dead lever outward movement simultaneously, makes second dead lever and second dead lever withstand in the impeller centre bore keyway, avoids the main shaft to drive the impeller rotation process and slides, makes the steel shovel spare can remove the slag to the blade on each impeller.
The fixing piece also comprises a circular plate sleeved on the main shaft, an elastic rod group used for moving the circular plate, a plurality of rotating plates which are distributed in an annular shape at equal intervals and are arranged on the main shaft in a rotating mode, a pull rod arranged in the main shaft, a plurality of pull ropes, a plurality of push plates, a plurality of tension springs and a push rod, wherein one end of each pull rope is connected with the corresponding rotating rod, the other end of each pull rope is connected with the corresponding pull rod, the push plates are used for pushing the corresponding rotating rods to rotate, the tension springs are; the push rod promotes a plurality of push pedals and removes to the main shaft outside, and the removal process promotes a plurality of commentaries on classics board upset to make a plurality of commentaries on classics boards become perpendicular with the main shaft, accomplish spacing of impeller one end, rethread elastic rod group promotes the plectane spacing to the impeller other end, accomplishes the fixed work of impeller on the main shaft, but elastic rod group automatically regulated length can be fixed to the impeller of different thickness.
The steel shovel component comprises a sliding chute, a moving seat arranged in the sliding chute, a rotating rod rotatably arranged on the moving seat, and a fixed seat fixedly arranged on the rotating rod; the position of the whole steel shovel part is adjusted by moving the moving seat in the sliding groove, and the angle of the steel shovel part is adjusted through the rotating rod, so that the steel shovel part is adjusted according to different types of impellers.
The steel shovel component also comprises a first sliding block and a second sliding block which are movably arranged on the fixed seat, a first moving plate which is arranged on the first sliding block in a penetrating mode, a second moving plate which is arranged on the second sliding block in a penetrating mode, a first guide rod group which is fixedly arranged on the first moving plate, a second guide rod group which is symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the second moving plate with the first guide rod group, a first shovel plate which is fixedly arranged on the first guide rod group, a second shovel plate which is fixedly arranged on the second guide rod group, and a driving piece which is used for driving the first sliding block and the second sliding block to move; the first sliding block and the second sliding block are driven to move on the fixed seat through the first moving plate and the second moving plate which penetrate through the first sliding block and the second sliding block, and the first sliding block and the second sliding block move on the fixed seat; the first shovel plate and the second shovel plate are fixed on the first guide dry group and the second guide rod group, so that the first shovel plate and the second shovel plate can clamp the impeller blade, automatic adjustment is performed according to different thicknesses of the blade, the first shovel plate and the second shovel plate move left and right and move front and back, slag on the impeller blade is comprehensively scraped, and scraping is more thorough.
The first shovel plate and the second shovel plate are identical in structure, a plurality of square holes in an equidistant array are formed in the first shovel plate, and a slag discharge groove for discharging slag is formed in the first shovel plate; first shovel board and second shovel board remove in-process slag and place the square hole in, get rid of the slag through the square hole, can all-round the getting rid of the slag simultaneously, make the slag more easily got rid of, and the welding slag of getting rid of drops to the collection box through arranging the cinder groove again.
The driving part comprises a first driving disc, a second driving disc, a motor for driving the first driving disc and the second driving disc to rotate in the same direction, a first hydraulic cylinder fixedly arranged on the first driving disc, and a second hydraulic cylinder fixedly arranged on the second driving disc, wherein one end of a first moving plate is rotatably arranged on the first hydraulic cylinder, and one end of a second moving plate is rotatably arranged on the second hydraulic cylinder; the motor drives the first driving disc and the second driving disc to rotate in the same direction, so that the first moving plate and the second moving plate move front and back and left and right, the distances between the first moving plate and the second moving plate and the rotating axes of the first driving disc and the second driving disc are adjusted through the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder, the distances between the first moving plate and the second moving plate and the front and back and left and right movement are changed, and therefore slag removal is performed on different impeller blades.
The invention has the following advantages: the centrifugal fan impeller needing to be subjected to slag removal is hoisted on the main shaft through the travelling crane, and then the impeller is fixed through the fixing piece arranged on the main shaft, so that the rotating main shaft can drive the impeller to rotate, the impellers of different specifications are clamped and fixed, and the influence of shaking in the slag removal process is avoided; the blades on the impeller are subjected to slag removal through the steel shovel part, and the slag removal range can be adjusted according to the size of the blades, so that the slag removal of the blades is more comprehensive; through regulating part drive main shaft rotation angle, switch over and remove the slag in proper order to the blade on the impeller, can adjust rotation angle through the regulating part, remove the slag to the impeller that the blade interval is different, can remove the slag to the impeller of a plurality of specifications, the second removes the slag part and removes the slag part structure the same with first, and the second removes the slag part and can removes the slag to the impeller of other multiple specifications, has realized the automation and has got rid of the slag, has improved greatly and has got rid of slag efficiency and security, has reduced the labour simultaneously.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-12, an automatic slag removing device for a centrifugal fan impeller comprises a common base 1, a first slag removing part 2 and a second slag removing part 3 which are installed on the base, wherein the first slag removing part 2 comprises a bearing box 20 which is installed on the base, a first bearing 21 and a second bearing 22 which are installed on the bearing box, a main shaft 23 which respectively penetrates through the first bearing and the second bearing, an adjusting part 24 for adjusting the rotation angle of the main shaft, a fixing part 25 which is arranged on the main shaft and used for fixing the centrifugal fan impeller, a steel shovel part 26 for removing slag from the centrifugal fan impeller which is fixed on the fixing part, and a slag recycling box 27 which is positioned right below the centrifugal fan impeller; the impeller is hoisted to the main shaft by a travelling crane, the impeller is fixed by a fixing piece arranged on the main shaft, slag is removed from the fixed impeller blades by a steel shovel piece, the slag falls into a recycling box through self gravity, the main shaft is driven by an adjusting piece to rotate by a required angle, the slag is removed from another blade by the steel shovel piece, and the slag removing work of all the blades on the impeller is completed by repeatedly rotating by the required angle.
The adjusting part 24 comprises a moving frame 240 fixedly arranged on the base, a gear disc 241 arranged on the moving frame, a driving gear 242 positioned at the center of the gear disc, four driven gears 243 which are distributed in an equidistant and annular manner and meshed with the driving gear, a first intermittent gear 244, a second intermittent gear 245, a third intermittent gear 246 and a fourth intermittent gear 247 which are respectively and fixedly arranged on the four driven gears, a rotating shaft 248 fixedly arranged on the moving frame and used for being inserted into the main shaft, and a large gear 249 sleeved on the rotating shaft; the driving gear rotates to drive the four driven gears to rotate, so that the first intermittent gear, the second intermittent gear, the third intermittent gear and the fourth intermittent gear are driven to rotate, the large gear is meshed with one of the intermittent gears to drive the large gear to rotate, namely, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, the rotating shaft is inserted into the main shaft, the main shaft is finally driven to rotate, the gear disc rotates to drive the four gears to revolve, and switching between the first intermittent gear, the second intermittent gear, the third intermittent gear and the fourth intermittent gear is completed.
The fixed part 25 comprises a plurality of groups of hydraulic rod groups 250 which are distributed on the main shaft in an equidistant annular manner, and a first arc-shaped plate 251 and a second arc-shaped plate 252 which are rotatably arranged on the hydraulic rod groups; the multi-group hydraulic rod group is driven simultaneously, so that the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate move outwards, the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate can be attached to the inner wall of the central hole of the impeller, the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate are rotated and arranged on the hydraulic rod group, and therefore the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate are attached better, and the main shaft and the impeller can be fixed according to different automatic rotation angles of the radian of the inner wall of the central hole of the impeller.
The fixing member 25 further includes an air rod group 253, a first fixing rod 254 fixedly disposed on the air rod group, a first telescopic rod group 255 and a second telescopic rod group 256 communicated with the inner cavity of the air rod group, a second fixing rod 257 fixedly disposed on the first telescopic rod group, and a third fixing rod 258 fixedly disposed on the second telescopic rod group; the gas pole group rises, makes first dead lever withstand in the impeller centre bore keyway, and the flexible dry group of back first telescopic link group and second drives second dead lever and third dead lever outward movement simultaneously, makes second dead lever and second dead lever withstand in the impeller centre bore keyway, avoids the main shaft to drive the impeller rotation process and slides, makes the steel shovel spare can remove the slag to the blade on each impeller.
The fixing member 25 further includes a circular plate 259 sleeved on the main shaft, an elastic rod group 2500 used for the circular plate to move, a plurality of rotating plates 2510 which are distributed on the main shaft in an equidistant and annular manner and are rotatably arranged on the main shaft, a pull rod 2520 arranged in the main shaft, a plurality of pull ropes 2530 with one end connected to the rotating rod and the other end connected to the pull rod, a plurality of push plates 2540 used for pushing the rotating rod to rotate, a plurality of tension springs 2550 used for returning the push plates, and a push rod 2560 used for pushing the push plates to move outwards; the push rod promotes a plurality of push pedals and removes to the main shaft outside, and the removal process promotes a plurality of commentaries on classics board upset to make a plurality of commentaries on classics boards become perpendicular with the main shaft, accomplish spacing of impeller one end, rethread elastic rod group promotes the plectane spacing to the impeller other end, accomplishes the fixed work of impeller on the main shaft, but elastic rod group automatically regulated length can be fixed to the impeller of different thickness.
The steel shovel 26 comprises a sliding groove 260, a moving seat 261 arranged in the sliding groove, a rotating rod 262 rotatably arranged on the moving seat, and a fixed seat 263 fixedly arranged on the rotating rod; the position of the whole steel shovel part is adjusted by moving the moving seat in the sliding groove, and the angle of the steel shovel part is adjusted through the rotating rod, so that the steel shovel part is adjusted according to different types of impellers.
The steel shovel component 26 further comprises a first slider 264 and a second slider 265 which are movably arranged on the fixed seat, a first moving plate 266 which is arranged on the first slider in a penetrating manner, a second moving plate 267 which is arranged on the second slider in a penetrating manner, a first guide rod group 268 which is fixedly arranged on the first moving plate, a second guide rod group 269 which is symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the second moving plate with the first guide rod group, a first shovel plate 2600 which is fixedly arranged on the first guide rod group, a second shovel plate 2610 which is fixedly arranged on the second guide rod group, and a driving component 2620 for driving the first slider and the second slider to move; the first sliding block and the second sliding block are driven to move on the fixed seat through the first moving plate and the second moving plate which penetrate through the first sliding block and the second sliding block, and the first sliding block and the second sliding block move on the fixed seat; the first shovel plate and the second shovel plate are fixed on the first guide dry group and the second guide rod group, so that the first shovel plate and the second shovel plate can clamp the impeller blade, automatic adjustment is performed according to different thicknesses of the blade, the first shovel plate and the second shovel plate move left and right and move front and back, slag on the impeller blade is comprehensively scraped, and scraping is more thorough.
The first shovel plate and the second shovel plate are the same in structure, a plurality of square holes 26000 in an equidistant array are formed in the first shovel plate, and a slag discharge groove 26001 for discharging slag is further formed in the first shovel plate; first shovel board and second shovel board remove in-process slag and place the square hole in, get rid of the slag through the square hole, can all-round the getting rid of the slag simultaneously, make the slag more easily got rid of, and the welding slag of getting rid of drops to the collection box through arranging the cinder groove again.
The driving part 2620 comprises a first driving disc 26200, a second driving disc 26201, a motor 26202 for driving the first driving disc and the second driving disc to rotate in the same direction, a first hydraulic cylinder 26203 fixedly arranged on the first driving disc, and a second hydraulic cylinder 26204 fixedly arranged on the second driving disc, wherein one end of the first moving plate is rotatably arranged on the first hydraulic cylinder, and one end of the second moving plate is rotatably arranged on the second hydraulic cylinder; the motor drives the first driving disc and the second driving disc to rotate in the same direction, so that the first moving plate and the second moving plate move front and back and left and right, the distances between the first moving plate and the second moving plate and the rotating axes of the first driving disc and the second driving disc are adjusted through the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder, the distances between the first moving plate and the second moving plate and the front and back and left and right movement are changed, and therefore slag removal is performed on different impeller blades.
