Abstract
The invention provides a part welding mistake proofing device, which aims to achieve the mistake proofing purpose of preventing similar parts from being welded in a wrong way and in a missing way during welding. The welding fixture comprises a fixture main body, a first fixing rod and a second fixing rod, wherein one end of the first fixing rod is fixedly connected with one end of the second fixing rod, and a part placing position is formed on the fixture main body; the sensor support is arranged on one side, close to the included angle, of the clamp main body and comprises a connecting part and an installation cylinder, one end of the connecting part is fixedly connected with the first fixing rod, the installation cylinder is arranged at the other end of the connecting part, an installation hole is formed in the installation cylinder, and one end of the installation hole faces the second fixing rod; contact sensor installs in the mounting hole, and contact sensor's contact response end sets up in the marginal position that the position was placed to the part, and contact sensor is close to the one end electricity of mounting hole and is connected with the signal lead wire, signal lead wire and welding set's electric cabinet electric connection.

Background
The collinear production of different automobile and accessory products is a development trend of the component manufacturing industry in the future. In the manufacture of automobile parts, the error-proofing technology is of great significance, and if the error-proofing control technology is not available, the manufacturing process of products can result in lower product yield and higher manufacturing cost. However, the application of the error-proofing device is determined according to the actual production conditions, and if the error-proofing device is not used properly, the problem of part defects in the manufacturing process can be hidden, so that more waste is caused.
In recent years, the automobile industry in China, especially the automobile industry, has driven on a track which is developed rapidly. The automobile varieties are increasingly diversified, so that the development of new products is gradually accelerated in the automobile accessory industry, different requirements of consumers are met by utilizing a single-line multi-variety production technology, and collinear production of automobile accessories of different models is implemented. However, in the single-line multi-variety manufacturing process, the product similarity is large due to the difference of products. The potential risks of mixed loading, neglected machining, machining errors and the like easily exist in collinear manufacturing, so that the conditions of part repair, scrapping and the like are caused, the manufacturing cost of automobile parts is increased, and therefore the error-proofing device capable of effectively preventing similar parts from being welded in a wrong welding mode and in a missing welding mode needs to be provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a part welding mistake proofing device, which applies a mistake proofing technology to a welding clamp to realize the integration of detection and welding so as to achieve the mistake proofing purpose of preventing similar parts from being welded in a wrong way and missed in welding.

The welding fixture comprises a fixture main body, a first fixing rod and a second fixing rod, wherein one end of the first fixing rod is fixedly connected with one end of the second fixing rod to form an included angle with a certain angle, a part placing position is formed on the fixture main body and is located on one side, close to the included angle, of the welding fixture;
the sensor support is arranged on one side, close to the included angle, of the clamp main body and comprises a connecting part and an installation barrel, one end of the connecting part is fixedly connected with the first fixing part, the installation barrel is arranged at the other end of the connecting part, an installation hole is formed in the installation barrel, and one end of the installation hole faces the second fixing rod;
the contact sensor is arranged in the mounting hole, a contact sensing end of the contact sensor is arranged at the edge position of the part placing position, one end, close to the mounting hole, of the contact sensor is electrically connected with a signal lead, and the signal lead is electrically connected with an electric cabinet of the welding device.
According to the part welding mistake-proofing device provided by the invention, when a wrong part which is not matched with the part placing position is placed on the clamp main body, the contact sensor is not contacted with the wrong part, the sensor is in a disconnected state, the contact sensor cannot transmit a contact signal to the electric cabinet, and the electric cabinet controls the welding device to stop welding; when a correct part matched with the part placing position is placed on the clamp main body, the contact sensor is in contact with the correct part, and the electric cabinet controls the welding device to weld according to contact information transmitted by the contact sensor; the invention applies the error-proofing technology to the welding fixture, realizes the integration of detection and welding, and achieves the purpose of error proofing for preventing the occurrence of error welding and missing welding of similar parts during welding.

Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The invention is described in more detail in the following paragraphs by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the invention provides a part welding mistake proofing device, which comprises a welding clamp 1, a sensor bracket 2, a contact sensor 3 and a positioning joint 4.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the welding fixture 1 includes a fixture main body 11, a first fixing rod 12 and a second fixing rod 13, wherein one end of the first fixing rod 12 is fixedly connected to one end of the second fixing rod 13, and an included angle 1a is formed, and in this embodiment, the included angle 1a is 90 degrees; be formed with part on the anchor clamps main part 11 and place position 11a, part is placed position 11a and is located welding jig 1 is close to one side of contained angle 1 a.
The sensor support 2 is mounted on one side, close to the included angle 1a, of the fixture main body 11, the sensor support 2 comprises a connecting portion 21 and a mounting cylinder 22, one end of the connecting portion 21 is fixedly connected with the first fixing rod 12, the mounting cylinder 22 is mounted at the other end of the connecting portion 21, a mounting hole 22a is formed in the mounting cylinder 22, and one end of the mounting hole 22a faces the second fixing rod 13;
the contact sensor 3 is mounted in the mounting hole 22a, a contact sensing end 3a of the contact sensor 3 is disposed at an edge position of the component placement position 11a, one end of the contact sensor 3 close to the mounting hole 22a is electrically connected with a signal lead 31, and the signal lead 31 is electrically connected with the electric cabinet 20 of the welding device 30.
When an error part which is not matched with the part placing position 11a is placed on the clamp main body 11, the contact sensor 3 is not contacted with the error part, the contact sensor 3 is in a disconnected state, the contact sensor 3 cannot transmit a contact signal to the electric cabinet 20, and the electric cabinet 20 controls the welding device 30 to stop welding; when a correct part matched with the part placing position 11a is placed on the clamp main body 11, the contact sensor 3 is in contact with the correct part, and the electric cabinet 20 controls the welding device 30 to carry out welding according to contact information transmitted by the contact sensor 3.
The positioning joint 4 is mounted on the second fixing rod 13, and one end of the contact sensor 3 close to the second fixing rod 12 is positioned and mounted on the second fixing rod 13 through the positioning joint 4.
Specifically, a stepped hole 4a is formed in the positioning joint 4 corresponding to the contact sensor 3, the stepped hole 4a includes a stepped surface 41, an end surface of the contact sensor 3 close to the second fixing rod 13 abuts against the stepped surface 41, the signal lead 31 passes through the stepped hole 4a and extends to a side of the positioning joint 4 far away from the contact sensor 3, and the mounting stability of the contact sensor 3 is effectively ensured by the mounting of the positioning joint 4.
In the present embodiment, the contact sensor 3 is mounted in the mounting hole in the following manner: wherein the connecting portion 21 is located at a middle position of the mounting tube 22, and the contact sensor 3 is fixed to the mounting hole 22a by two fastening screws 221 respectively mounted at both sides of the connecting portion 21.
Preferably, the electric cabinet 20 is electrically connected with the alarm device 40, and when an error part is placed on the clamp main body 11, the electric cabinet 20 controls the alarm device 40 to give an alarm.

The welding fixture comprises a fixture main body, a first fixing rod and a second fixing rod, wherein one end of the first fixing rod is fixedly connected with one end of the second fixing rod to form an included angle with a certain angle, a part placing position is formed on the fixture main body and is located on one side, close to the included angle, of the welding fixture;
the sensor support is arranged on one side, close to the included angle, of the clamp main body and comprises a connecting part and an installation cylinder, one end of the connecting part is fixedly connected with the first fixing rod, the installation cylinder is arranged at the other end of the connecting part, an installation hole is formed in the installation cylinder, and one end of the installation hole faces the second fixing rod;
the contact sensor is arranged in the mounting hole, a contact sensing end of the contact sensor is arranged at the edge position of the part placing position, one end, close to the mounting hole, of the contact sensor is electrically connected with a signal lead, and the signal lead is electrically connected with an electric cabinet of the welding device.
2. The parts welding mistake proofing device of claim 1, further comprising a positioning joint mounted on the second fixing rod, wherein one end of the contact sensor near the second fixing rod is positioned and mounted on the second fixing rod through the positioning joint.

The part welding mistake proofing device of claim 2, wherein the positioning joint is formed with a stepped hole corresponding to the contact sensor, the stepped hole comprises a stepped surface, an end surface of the contact sensor close to the second fixing rod abuts against the stepped surface, and the signal lead passes through the stepped hole and extends to a side of the positioning joint away from the contact sensor.
4. The parts welding mistake proofing device of claim 1, wherein the connecting portion is located at a middle position of the mounting cylinder, and the contact sensor is fixed to the mounting hole by two fastening screws respectively mounted at both sides of the connecting portion.
