Meanwhile, the form and position tolerance of the internal thread and the inner hole of the positioning sleeve (2) is determined by the conical surface sealing surface repair tolerance index, the fit clearance between the outer cylindrical surface of the conical surface correcting blade (3) and the inner hole of the positioning sleeve (2) is determined by the conical surface sealing surface repair tolerance index, and the coaxiality of the working surface of the conical surface correcting blade (3) and the conical surface sealing surface of the repair workpiece (1) is determined by the installation coaxiality requirement of the repair workpiece (1). The invention realizes the quick repair of the damaged conical surface sealing surface under the condition of not removing or partially removing, and meets the requirement of sealing performance.

For the damaged sealing conical surface, how to repair the sealing conical surface under the condition of not disassembling and disassembling the assembly has certain difficulty, and the main reasons are as follows: firstly, if the finished accessory belongs to the development and production of a bearing factory, a pipe nozzle can be subjected to lead sealing insurance, uncertain potential safety hazards exist in the pipe nozzle dismantling process, meanwhile, the conical surface of the pipe nozzle and threads have coaxiality requirements, if the sealing conical surface is simply repaired, the repaired sealing surface and the thread coaxiality are bound to generate deviation, and the finished accessory pipe nozzle cannot be sealed due to the deviation of the axis of the sealing surface after being connected with a guide pipe through the threads; and secondly, the conical surfaces of the nozzles are finished under the condition of one-time clamping, the mounting surfaces are more blank surfaces which are not processed, and the restoration of the reference surface is difficult to ensure by secondary clamping, so that the damaged conical surfaces are difficult to repair. When the conical surface repairing tool is used, after the clamp is fixedly screwed and a workpiece is tightly clamped, the conical surface modifying blade applies downward and rotating torque to mill a damaged surface, so that the effect of repairing the damaged conical surface sealing surface is achieved. Aiming at the repair of the conical surface sealing surfaces of the threaded nozzles with different specifications, the conical surface correction blade with the corresponding specification can be replaced so as to meet the repair requirement.
Considering that the threads of the workpiece to be repaired are different in length, the adjusting gasket is additionally arranged between the workpiece and the positioning sleeve according to needs, so that the workpiece is tightly attached to the surface of the positioning sleeve and cannot rotate.

If the thread length of the workpiece 1 to be repaired is different, the adjusting shim 5 is additionally arranged between the repaired workpiece 1 and the positioning sleeve 2, so that the repaired workpiece 1 is tightly attached to the positioning sleeve 2 and does not rotate.
