It can be understood that, the telescopic mechanism 50 that the slope set up for after connecting upper fuselage 10 and lower fuselage 20, can provide sufficient installation space for other installation components, like walking wheel 41 and auxiliary wheel 42 etc. and can not influence walking wheel 41, auxiliary wheel 42's normal rotation, make overall structure compacter, telescopic mechanism 50 cooperates the slope design of bracing piece 61 to accord with mechanical properties simultaneously, make the course of motion of upper fuselage 10, lower fuselage 20 more laborsaving, the good reliability.
In practical application, the telescoping mechanism 50 and the auxiliary supporting mechanism 60 are crossed between the upper body 10 and the lower body 20, so when the telescoping mechanism 50 operates to expand the upper body 10 and the lower body 20, for example, when the pipe diameter changes from 300mm to 400mm, the telescoping mechanism 50 extends and drives the auxiliary supporting mechanism 60 to rotate, so as to enable the travelling wheels 41 and the auxiliary wheels 42 to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the pipeline, thereby jointly supporting the upper body 50 and the lower body 60, adapting to the enlargement of the pipeline by increasing the distance between the auxiliary wheels 42 and the travelling wheels 41, and similarly obtaining the process of adapting to the small pipe diameter by the telescoping motion.
In another embodiment, please refer to fig. 5, the telescopic mechanism 50 is vertically disposed between the upper body 10 and the lower body 20, and when a pipeline with a large pipe diameter needs to be cleaned, the telescopic mechanism 50 is lifted to move the upper body 10 relative to the lower body 20, so that the traveling wheels 41 and the auxiliary wheels 42 can both abut against the inner wall of the pipeline and travel along the inner wall of the pipeline for cleaning.
Referring to fig. 6, in another embodiment of the present application, the auxiliary supporting mechanism 60 includes a plurality of connecting rods 62, and the plurality of connecting rods 62 are alternately disposed between the upper body 10 and the lower body 20 and can be folded or unfolded between the upper body 10 and the lower body 20. In this embodiment, the auxiliary supporting mechanism 61 is formed as a folding telescopic rod structure, when the folding telescopic rod is folded, the upper body 10 and the lower body 20 are close to each other, so as to adapt to the cleaning of the small-diameter pipeline; when the folding telescopic rod is unfolded, the upper machine body 10 and the lower machine body 20 are far away from each other, so that the cleaning of the large-diameter pipeline is adapted. In the structure, the telescopic mechanism 50 and the auxiliary supporting mechanism 60 cooperate together and support and bear the upper machine body 10 and the lower machine body 20 together, and the auxiliary supporting mechanism 60 has more stress points and large stress area with the upper machine body 10 and the lower machine body 20, so that the pipeline cleaning machine can be ensured to be stable and reliable.
Further, the spray head assembly 30 of the present application includes a mounting base 32 and a liquid spray head 31 for spraying cleaning water, the mounting base 32 is mounted on the lower body 20, and the liquid spray head 31 is rotatably connected to an end of the mounting base 32 away from the lower body 20. In this embodiment, the liquid ejecting head 31 can be connected with the mounting base 32 through a small-sized rotary motor, so that the liquid ejecting head 31 can rotate relative to the mounting base 32, or the liquid ejecting head 31 is circumferentially provided with a plurality of liquid ejecting holes, and the liquid ejected from the plurality of liquid ejecting holes forms a vortex, so that the liquid ejecting head 31 can rotate by high-pressure jet, and thus, in the advancing process of the liquid ejecting head 31 along the pipeline, the high-pressure cleaning water is ejected from the rotating liquid ejecting head 31, so that the cleaning water can be flushed in the direction of 360 degrees on the inner wall of the pipeline, and the cleaning degree of the pipeline is greatly improved.

Claims (10)

1. A pipe cleaning machine, comprising:
an upper body and a lower body;
the spray head assembly is arranged between the upper machine body and the lower machine body;
the travelling mechanism is arranged on the upper machine body and/or the lower machine body and is used for driving the upper machine body and the lower machine body to travel along a pipeline; and
the telescopic mechanism, telescopic mechanism one end connect in fuselage down, the other end connect in go up the fuselage, telescopic mechanism drives go up the fuselage and be relative down the fuselage motion to the adjustment go up the fuselage with interval between the fuselage down.
2. The pipe cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the telescopic mechanism includes a fixed body and a movable body movably connected to the fixed body, wherein an end of the fixed body remote from the movable body is connected to one of the upper body and the lower body, and an end of the movable body remote from the fixed body is connected to the other of the upper body and the lower body.
3. The pipe cleaning machine according to claim 2, wherein a mounting hole is formed at one end of the fixing body, a first fixing column is convexly formed at one side of the upper body, and the first fixing column is inserted into the mounting hole, so that the fixing body is detachably fixed to the first fixing column.
4. The pipe cleaning machine according to claim 3, wherein a connecting seat is further provided between the first fixing column and the mounting hole, the connecting seat comprises a seat head and a seat body which are connected with each other, the seat head is connected to the first fixing column, and the seat body is detachably inserted into the mounting hole.
5. The pipe cleaning machine according to claim 2, wherein one end of the movable body has a connection hole, and a second fixing post is convexly provided on one side of the lower body, and the second fixing post is inserted into the connection hole, so that the movable body is detachably fixed to the second fixing post.
6. The pipe cleaning machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising an auxiliary support mechanism having one end connected to the upper body and the other end connected to the lower body to support the upper body and the lower body.

The pipe cleaning machine according to claim 6, wherein the auxiliary support mechanism includes a support rod, the support rod is obliquely disposed between the upper body and the lower body, and one end of the support rod is hinged to the upper body and the other end thereof is hinged to the lower body.

The pipe cleaning machine according to claim 7, wherein the telescoping mechanism is hinged to the upper body and the lower body and is obliquely arranged between the upper body and the lower body, and the oblique direction of the telescoping mechanism and the oblique direction of the support rod form an included angle.
9. The pipe cleaning machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the spray head assembly includes a mounting base mounted to the lower body and a spray head for spraying cleaning water, the spray head being rotatably connected to an end of the mounting base remote from the lower body.
10. The pipe cleaning machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the traveling mechanism includes a driving member, a traveling wheel and an auxiliary wheel, the driving member is mounted on the lower body, the traveling wheel is mounted on the lower body and is in transmission connection with the driving member, and the auxiliary wheel is mounted on the upper body.
