A mould cleaning machine is characterized by comprising a machine frame, a machine box is arranged above the rear portion of the machine frame, a grid framework is arranged above the front portion of the machine frame, a rotary table which is matched with the grid framework in a rotating mode and used for placing a mould to be cleaned is arranged in the middle of the grid framework, a chain is fixed on the edge of the rotary table along the circumferential direction of the rotary table, a transmission shaft is vertically arranged on the rear portion of the machine box, gears meshed with the chain are coaxially and fixedly connected to the transmission shaft, a motor is fixedly connected to the upper side of the machine box, an output shaft of the motor is coaxially and fixedly connected with the transmission shaft, a pair of guide rails extending along the length direction of the machine frame are arranged above the machine frame, a sliding block matched with each guide rail in a sliding mode is arranged below the grid framework, a plurality of water, each spray pipe is provided with a plurality of high-pressure spray heads which are uniformly distributed and spray water towards the middle part of the case.
2. The mold cleaning machine of claim 1, wherein gas injection pipes are arranged between adjacent water spray pipes, and each gas injection pipe is uniformly provided with a plurality of gas injection heads for blowing gas towards the cleaned mold.
3. The mold cleaning machine according to claim 2, wherein a cylinder is arranged at the rear part of the frame, a pull rod is coaxially and fixedly connected to an output shaft of the cylinder, and the other end of the pull rod is fixedly connected with the side part of the grid frame.

The mold cleaning machine according to claim 3, wherein a pair of bearing seats are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the rear portion of the machine case, a first bearing is arranged in each bearing seat, and the upper end and the lower end of the transmission shaft are respectively and fixedly connected with the inside of the first bearing.

The mold cleaning machine of claim 4, wherein a second bearing is fixed in the middle of the grid frame, a rotating shaft extending upwards to the rotating disc is fixedly connected inside the second bearing, and the upper end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the middle of the rotating disc.
6. The mold cleaning machine of claim 5, wherein a plurality of rotating guide wheels are circumferentially disposed above the grid frame, each rotating guide wheel being disposed below and in contact with the turntable.
7. The mold cleaning machine according to claim 6, wherein an air pump is provided at the rear of the frame, and the air pump is connected to the air ejector pipe through a pipeline.
8. The mold cleaning machine of claim 7, wherein a water pump is further provided at the rear of the frame, and the water pump is connected to the water spray pipe through a pipeline.

A method of operating a mould washing machine as claimed in claim 8, comprising the steps of: (1) a mould to be cleaned is hung on the turntable by using a crane or an electric hoist; (2) the cylinder drives the pull rod to pull the grid frame into the case along the guide rail, and the chains on the peripheral side of the turntable are contacted and meshed with the transmission shaft; (3) pumping water to a water spraying pipe by a water pump, spraying the water in the water spraying pipe to a mold to be cleaned through a high-pressure nozzle, spraying high-pressure water to the mold above, below and on two sides of the mold, and washing off dirt, dust or an oxide film and the like on the mold; (4) after the mold is cleaned for a while, the motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate to drive the gear to rotate, so that the turntable and the mold fixed on the turntable are driven to rotate, and the mold is cleaned by 360 degrees; (5) after the cleaning is finished, the high-pressure spray head stops spraying water, the air pump provides an air source, the high-pressure spray head sprays high-pressure air, and residual moisture on the mold is dried; (6) and resetting the cylinder, pushing the grid frame and the die to reset, and taking down the die after cleaning.
