Further, a paint pipe suspension mechanism is installed in the housing 50; the paint pipe suspension mechanism comprises a paint pipe suspension rod 59, a paint pipe suspension tension spring 60 and a hanging ring 61; the lower end of the paint pipe suspension rod 59 is fixedly arranged on the paint pipe sleeve 58; the upper end of the paint pipe suspension tension spring 60 is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the paint pipe suspension rod 59, and the lower end of the paint pipe suspension tension spring 60 is fixedly arranged on the hanging ring 61; the hanging ring 61 is sleeved on the paint pipe 62. The paint pipe 62 can be elastically suspended by the paint pipe suspension mechanism, so that the paint pipe 62 is prevented from pulling the paint sprayer 28 when the position of the paint sprayer 28 changes, and the painting stability of the paint sprayer 28 is enhanced.
Further, observation windows 67 are arranged at the left side and the right side of the shell 50 and at the painting station where the painting mechanism is installed; an exhaust gas suction pipe 52 is penetratingly installed at a painting station where a painting mechanism is installed at the top of the housing 50, and an exhaust gas collection hood 51 is provided on an inner end portion of the exhaust gas suction pipe 52. The waste gas collecting cover 51 can be used for conveniently sucking and removing paint mist waste gas which is not sucked and recovered in the shell 50, and air pollution caused by the fact that the waste gas which is not recovered leaks out of the shell 50 is avoided.
Further, the lifting support comprises a lifting sleeve 2, a lifting rod 3 and a lifting driving motor 5; the lower end of the lifting sleeve 2 is fixedly arranged on the bottom of a paint spraying station in the shell 50 through a sleeve bottom plate 1; the lower end of the lifting rod 3 is inserted in the lifting sleeve 2; the lifting driving motor 5 is vertically arranged on the outer wall of the upper end of the lifting sleeve 2; a lifting driving screw 7 is vertically and rotatably arranged on the outer wall of the upper end pipe orifice of the lifting sleeve 2, and the output shaft of the lifting driving motor 5 is in butt joint with the lower end part of the lifting driving screw 7; a lifting driving seat 6 is arranged on the lifting rod 3, and a lifting driving threaded hole is arranged on the lifting driving seat 6; the lifting driving screw 7 is screwed in the lifting driving threaded hole; a strip-shaped guide hole 8 is vertically arranged on the pipe wall of the lifting sleeve 2, and a guide convex column 9 which is slidably embedded into the strip-shaped guide hole 8 is arranged on the lifting rod 3; one end of the transverse beam 4 is vertically fixed to the upper end of the lifting rod 3. The overall height of the paint spraying mechanism can be adjusted by the aid of the lifting support according to the size and the model of the workpiece; the stability of the lifting rod 3 during lifting can be enhanced by the matching of the strip-shaped guide hole 8 and the guide convex column 9.
Further, a triangular rib plate 35 is arranged at the mounting connection position of the transverse beam 4 and the lifting rod 3. The structural strength of the joint can be enhanced by the triangular rib plate 35.
Further, two side door panels 64 are hinged at the side edges of the feeding and discharging window 63. The use of the side door panel 64 can enhance the sealing of the workpiece conveying mechanism at the penetration position.
Further, an edge supporting roller 30 is rotatably mounted in the middle of the front side surface of the rear side annular plate 32, and a supporting and limiting groove 31 is formed in the wheel surface of the edge supporting roller 30; the support limit groove 31 is snap-supported on the inner ring edge of the semicircular annular plate 22. Utilize edge support roller 30 to support the inner ring edge of semicircle annular plate 22, frictional resistance when reducing semicircle annular plate 22 and semicircle arc 24 relative slip can also carry out spacing the stopping to the radial projection 25 at both ends simultaneously.
When the environment-friendly spray booth is used, the waste gas suction pipe 52 is communicated to an air inlet of an air purification air conditioner, the paint pipe 62 is connected to an outlet of a paint spraying oil pump, and the recovery connecting pipe 55 is connected to an inlet of the paint recovery suction pump; and then the supporting height of the workpiece supporting rod 45, the height of the lower side edge of each strip-shaped baffle plate 66 and the height of the lifting rod 3 are adjusted according to the size and the model of the workpiece.

Claims (10)

1. An environmental protection paint spray booth which characterized in that: comprises a rotary paint spraying mechanism, a workpiece conveying mechanism and a cuboid shell (50);
the rotary paint spraying mechanism comprises a lifting support, a transverse beam (4), a rotary driving motor (11), an angle adjusting motor (17), a suction conical cover (27), a paint nozzle (28), a semicircular arc-shaped plate (24) and a semicircular annular plate (22);
the lifting bracket is fixedly arranged on the bottom of a paint spraying station in the shell (50); one end part of the transverse beam (4) is fixedly arranged on the lifting bracket; a suspension rotating shaft (10) is vertically and rotatably arranged at the other end part of the transverse beam (4); a rotary driving worm wheel (14) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the suspension rotating shaft (10); a rotary driving worm (12) is rotatably arranged on the transverse beam (4) through an upper worm support (13); the rotary driving worm (12) is meshed with the rotary driving worm wheel (14); the rotary driving motor (11) is installed in butt joint with the end part of the rotary driving worm (12);
the lower end part of the suspension rotating shaft (10) is fixedly arranged on the top of the outer arc of the semicircular arc-shaped plate (24); an angle adjusting worm (16) is rotatably arranged at the top of the outer arc of the semicircular arc plate (24) through a lower worm support (15); a transmission rotating shaft (20) is rotatably arranged on the front side edge of the arc top of the semicircular arc-shaped plate (24) through a front rotating shaft support (18); an angle adjusting worm wheel (19) meshed with the angle adjusting worm (16) is fixedly installed at the upper end of the transmission rotating shaft (20), and an angle driving gear (21) is fixedly installed at the lower end of the transmission rotating shaft (20); the angle adjusting motor (17) is fixedly arranged at the top of the outer arc of the semicircular arc plate (24), and the output shaft of the angle adjusting motor (17) is in butt joint transmission with the angle adjusting worm (16); a half-circle inner side ring groove (29) is arranged around the inner side cambered surface of the semicircular arc-shaped plate (24), and the section of the inner side ring groove (29) is T-shaped; a side arc strip (34) is arranged at the outer ring edge of the semicircular plate (22), and the side arc strip (34) is embedded into the inner ring groove (29) in a sliding manner; a rear side annular plate (32) is arranged at the rear edge of the inner cambered surface of the semicircular arc plate (24); a driving gear ring (23) is arranged in a surrounding manner for a half circle along the front side ring surface of the semicircular annular plate (22); the angle driving gear (21) is meshed with the driving gear ring (23); two ends of the inner ring edge of the semicircular plate (22) are respectively provided with a radial convex column (25); a paint mist recovery pipe (26) is arranged on one radial convex column (25), and a paint mist recovery cover (27) is arranged at the pipe orifice of the paint mist recovery pipe (26); a paint spray head (28) pointing to the paint mist recovery cover (27) is arranged on the other radial convex column (25); a recovery connecting pipe (55) and a paint pipe sleeve (58) are arranged on the shell (50) in a penetrating way, a recovery hose (56) is connected between the recovery connecting pipe (55) and the paint mist recovery pipe (26), and a paint pipe (62) of the paint spray head (28) penetrates through the paint pipe sleeve (58) and extends out of the shell (50);
a feeding and discharging window (63) is arranged on each of the front side surface and the rear side surface of the shell (50); the workpiece conveying mechanism is longitudinally installed, and two ends of the workpiece conveying mechanism extend out of the shell (50) through the feeding and discharging window (63) and are used for conveying workpieces to the paint spraying mechanism.

The environmentally friendly paint spray booth of claim 1, wherein: a window size adjusting mechanism is arranged on the front outer side surface and the rear outer side surface of the shell (50) and above the feeding and discharging window (63); the window size adjusting mechanism comprises a transverse beam (65), a transverse fixed shaft (70), strip-shaped baffles (66) and locking swing arms (72); the transverse beam (65) is transversely and fixedly arranged above the feeding and discharging window (63), and a strip-shaped plug-in hole (68) is vertically arranged on the transverse beam (65); the strip-shaped baffles (66) are inserted into the strip-shaped insertion holes (68) side by side; the transverse fixed shaft (70) is transversely and fixedly arranged on the transverse beam (65) through fixed shaft supports (69) at two ends; each strip-shaped baffle (66) is vertically provided with a strip-shaped limiting groove (75), and height limiting teeth (77) are arranged in the strip-shaped limiting grooves (75) at intervals; each locking swing arm (72) is installed on the transverse fixed shaft (70) in a swing mode through each shaft sleeve (71); the upper end of each locking swing arm (72) is provided with a clamping tooth (74) which is used for being clamped on a height limiting tooth (77) in a strip-shaped limiting groove (75) at a corresponding position; a driving torsion spring (73) is sleeved on each shaft sleeve (71) on the transverse fixed shaft (70); one end of a driving torsion spring (73) is fixed on the transverse fixed shaft (70), and the other end of the driving torsion spring is fixed on the shaft sleeve (71) and used for pushing the shaft sleeve (71) to rotate, so that the upper end of the locking swing arm (72) swings to a strip-shaped limiting groove (75) at a corresponding position; the upper side edge of the strip-shaped baffle plate (66) is provided with a limiting convex strip (76) for preventing the upper side edge of the strip-shaped baffle plate (66) from penetrating through the strip-shaped insertion hole (68).
