Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the dumbbell sheet includes first weight plate 51 and second weight plate 52 in that order in a direction away from the mating surfaces of the two dumbbell sheets. The first locking groove 221 of the sliding locking groove 22 is disposed on the first weight plate 51, and the second locking groove 222 is disposed on the second weight plate 52.
The dumbbell piece with the twist lock assembly in the same twist lock structure is provided with a third weight piece 53 on the end face, far away from the first weight piece 51, of the second weight piece 52, the arc groove 124 is formed in the third weight piece 53, the first weight piece 51 and the second weight piece 52 of the dumbbell piece with the twist lock assembly in the same twist lock structure are both provided with first through holes 54 for the twist lock head 32 to extend out, and the two first through holes 54 are combined to form a guide through hole 125. The twist lock groove 33 is provided on the first weight plate 51 of the dumbbell sheet not provided with a twist lock assembly in the same twist lock configuration.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, weight plates C, D, E of first dumbbell sheet 12 are third weight plate 53, second weight plate 52, and first weight plate 51, respectively, of the cooperating structure of first dumbbell sheet 12 and second dumbbell sheet 13. Wherein, the weight plate C of the first dumbbell sheet 12 is provided with an arc groove 124 of a twist locking structure between the first dumbbell sheet 12 and the second dumbbell sheet 13; the weight plate D of the first dumbbell sheet 12 is provided with a second clamping groove 222 of a sliding structure between the first dumbbell sheet 12 and the second dumbbell sheet 13; the weight piece E of the first dumbbell piece is provided with a first clamping groove 221 of a sliding structure between the first dumbbell piece 12 and the second dumbbell piece 13.
Weight plates A and B of second dumbbell sheet 13 are first weight plate 51 and second weight plate 52, respectively, of the mating configuration of first dumbbell sheet 12 and second dumbbell sheet 13. Wherein, the weight plate a of the second dumbbell piece 13 is provided with a first clamping groove 221 of a sliding structure between the first dumbbell piece 12 and the second dumbbell piece 13 and a locking groove 33 of a screwing structure between the first dumbbell piece 12 and the second dumbbell piece 13.
Weight plates C, D, and E of second dumbbell sheet 13 are third weight plates 53, second weight plates 52, and first weight plates 51, respectively, of the cooperative construction of second dumbbell sheet 13 and third dumbbell sheet 14.
Weight plates A and B of the third dumbbell sheet 14 are the first weight plate 51 and the second weight plate 52, respectively, of the cooperating structure of the second dumbbell sheet 13 and the third dumbbell sheet 14. Weight plates C, D, and E of the third dumbbell sheet 14 are the third weight plate 53, the second weight plate 52, and the first weight plate 51, respectively, of the cooperating structure of the third dumbbell sheet 14 and the fourth dumbbell sheet 15.
Weight plates A and B of fourth weight plate 15 are first weight plate 51 and second weight plate 52, respectively, of the mating configuration of third dumbbell plate 14 and fourth dumbbell plate 15.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 13, a dumbbell assembly includes dumbbell 1 of example 1 and dumbbell holder 6 on which dumbbell 1 is placed.
Referring to fig. 14, two sides of the bottom of four dumbbell pieces in dumbbell 1 are provided with positioning slots 16. And with reference to fig. 11, the positioning slots 16 are formed in the weight plate B, and the circumferential distance between two positioning slots 16 of the same dumbbell piece is 60 °.
Referring to fig. 15, the dumbbell holder 6 includes a left holder 61, a right holder 62, and two stainless steel pipes 63 connecting between the left holder 61 and the right holder 62. Left and right holders 61 and 62 are made of plastic and are used to support the dumbbell sheet set. The left support 61 and the right support 62 are provided with positioning blocks 64 which are correspondingly matched with the positioning slots 16 (refer to fig. 14).
When the dumbbell 1 is placed on the dumbbell support 6 and the positioning clamping blocks 64 are clamped into the corresponding positioning clamping grooves 16, the rotary locking disc 31 is positioned at the top of the dumbbell sheet, the sliding direction of the sliding connection structure is the vertical direction, and the direction in which the rotary locking head 32 slides into the rotary locking groove 33 is also the vertical direction.
The weight adjusting steps of the dumbbell in the dumbbell component are as follows:
1. placing the dumbbell 1 on the corresponding dumbbell support 6, so that the positioning fixture blocks 64 on the dumbbell support 6 are respectively clamped into the corresponding positioning fixture grooves 16;
2. the number of the dumbbell pieces needed by the dumbbell 1 is adjusted according to the requirements of users, the twist lock structure of the needed dumbbell pieces is locked, and the twist lock structure of the dumbbell pieces which are not needed is unlocked;
3. the dumbbell 1 is lifted, the number of the dumbbell pieces on the dumbbell 1 is the number required by a user, and due to the arrangement of the positioning fixture blocks 64, the dumbbell pieces still left on the dumbbell support 6 cannot topple.

Claims (9)

1. A dumbbell comprises a handle (11) and two groups of dumbbell sheet groups which are respectively arranged at two ends of the handle (11), wherein each dumbbell sheet group comprises at least two dumbbell sheets, and is characterized in that a sliding structure for realizing axial positioning of the adjacent dumbbell sheets after radial sliding clamping is arranged between the adjacent dumbbell sheets; and a twist lock structure for controlling radial unlocking/locking of the adjacent dumbbell pieces is also arranged between the adjacent dumbbell pieces.
2. The dumbbell of claim 1, wherein the sliding structure comprises at least two sets of sliding fixture blocks (21) and sliding fixture grooves (22) which are slidably clamped with each other, each set of sliding fixture blocks (21) and sliding fixture grooves (22) is respectively arranged on two adjacent dumbbell sheets, and each dumbbell sheet is provided with at least one sliding fixture block (21).

A dumbbell according to claim 2, wherein the twist lock structure comprises a twist lock assembly provided on one dumbbell sheet of two adjacent dumbbell sheets and a twist lock slot (33) provided on the other dumbbell sheet; the rotary lock assembly is provided with a rotary lock head (32) matched with the rotary lock groove (33) and a handle part (312) for controlling the rotary lock head (32) to rotate; the side wall of the corresponding dumbbell sheet of the twist lock groove (33) is provided with a twist lock port (333); the rotary lock head (32) has a first state capable of being locked in the rotary lock groove (33) through a rotary lock opening (333) and a second state, and the rotary lock head (32) can realize switching between the first state and the second state by stirring the handle part (312).

A dumbbell according to claim 3, characterized in that the twist-lock assembly comprises a twist-lock disk (31) for mounting the twist-lock head (32), the dumbbell sheet provided with the twist-lock assembly in the same twist-lock structure is provided with an arc groove (124) on the side wall for rotatably mounting the twist-lock disk (31), and the handle part (312) is provided on the twist-lock disk (31) and outside the arc groove (124); the handle part (312) can be abutted against the groove edges at the two ends of the arc groove (124) in the rotating direction; when the handle part (312) is abutted against the groove edge at one end of the arc groove (124), the rotary lock head (32) is in a first state; when the handle part (312) is abutted against the groove edge at the other end of the arc groove (124), the rotary lock head (32) is in a second state.
5. A dumbbell according to claim 4, wherein the dumbbell pieces are each assembled from a plurality of weight plates stacked one on top of the other.

A dumbbell according to claim 5, characterised in that the dumbbell pieces comprise, in order in a direction away from the mating faces of the two dumbbell pieces, a first weight plate (51) and a second weight plate (52); the sliding clamping groove (22) is formed by combining a first clamping groove (221) arranged on the first weight piece (51) and a second clamping groove (222) arranged on the second weight piece (52), and the width of the first clamping groove (221) is smaller than that of the second clamping groove (222).

A dumbbell according to claim 6, characterized in that the dumbbell sheet provided with the twist-lock assembly in the same twist-lock structure is further provided with a third weight plate (53) on the end face of the second weight plate (52) far away from the first weight plate (51), the circular arc groove (124) is provided on the third weight plate (53), the first weight plate (51) and the second weight plate (52) of the dumbbell sheet provided with the twist-lock assembly in the same twist-lock structure are both provided with a first through hole (54) for the twist-lock head (32) to extend out, and the twist-lock groove (33) is provided on the first weight plate (51) of the dumbbell sheet not provided with the twist-lock assembly in the same twist-lock structure.
8. A dumbbell assembly, characterized by comprising a dumbbell according to claim 7 and a dumbbell holder (6) on which the dumbbell can be placed.

The dumbbell assembly according to claim 8, characterized in that the dumbbell sheets of the dumbbell are respectively provided with a positioning slot (16) on both sides of the bottom, and the dumbbell support (6) is provided with a positioning block (64) clamped in the positioning slot (16); when the dumbbell is placed on the dumbbell support (6) and the positioning clamping block (64) is clamped into the corresponding positioning clamping groove (16), the rotary locking disc (31) is positioned at the top of the dumbbell sheet, and the sliding direction of the sliding structure is vertical.
