Optionally, the handle 5 includes an operation portion 51 and a connection portion 52 connected to the operation portion 51, the connection portion is connected to the connection line, when the connection portion and the connection line are inserted into the visible cavity, the operation portion abuts against the socket of the visible cavity, and the limiting portion is disposed on the connection portion; as shown in fig. 7, the operation part 51 has an action surface 511, the laryngeal mask has a matching surface 121A matched with the action surface 511, and the elastic member 7 is telescopically arranged between the action surface 511 and the matching surface 121A; the limiting part 61 responds to the telescopic stroke of the elastic part 7 so as to switch between the guide groove and the clamping groove.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the elastic member is a ball telescopically disposed on the action surface of the operation portion, and the ball has a cylindrical telescopic head and a spring connected to the telescopic head; the marble can extend out of the handle or retract into the inner side of the handle; the handle rotates relative to the laryngeal mask through the marble, and then the limiting protrusion is driven to move between the guide groove and the clamping groove; specifically, a mounting cavity is formed in the operation part, a marble is mounted in the mounting cavity towards the action surface, the marble extends out or retracts relative to the action surface, when the marble extends out, the marble extends out of the mounting cavity and abuts against the matching surface of the laryngeal mask, and the visual device is fixed in the visual cavity; when the installation cavity is retracted, the marble abuts against the matching surface of the laryngeal mask and retracts into the installation cavity, and the camera shooting assembly can pop out of the visual cavity.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the handle 5 includes an operation portion 51 and a connection portion 52 connected to the operation portion 51, one end of the connection portion 52 is disposed on the operation portion 51 and the other end thereof is connected to a connection line; the operating portion 51 is disposed perpendicular to the connecting line 2, and the connecting portion 52 is disposed along the extending direction of the connecting line 2, it can be understood that,
specifically, the connecting wire at least comprises a wire, one end of the wire is connected with the camera, the other end of the wire penetrates through the handle to form a connecting end, and the connecting end is connected with a data connector, such as a USB plug; optionally, the guide wire has an insertion section for insertion into the visualization cavity, the insertion section being wrapped with a tube; in this embodiment, the connecting portion is fixedly connected to the upper end of the pipe; the pipe fitting comprises a metal pipe fitting for wrapping the conducting wire and a heat-shrinkable pipe fitting for wrapping the metal pipe fitting; the extending lengths of the connecting part and the connecting line are equivalent to the extending length of the visual cavity, so that the camera shooting component can reach the observation window of the visual cavity; optionally, the connecting portion and the connecting line are integrally formed into an extension having a distal flexible section adapted to mate with the arcuate section of the visualization lumen and a proximal rigid section adapted to mate with the vertical section of the visualization lumen; the rigid section can better transmit the insertion force to the front end flexible section, so that the insertion is convenient and the bending of the extension section in the visual cavity is avoided; the lower surface of the operation part 51 is clamped at the upper end of the socket, so that the operation part 51 controls the connection part, the connecting line and the visual cavity to be in limit fit;
specifically, the laryngeal mask 1 comprises a laryngeal mask body 11 and an air connector 12 connected with the laryngeal mask body 11, and it can be understood that the air connector 12 is provided with an air duct 121 and a connecting pipe 122 arranged adjacent to the air duct 121, and the connecting pipe 122 is communicated with a visual channel of the laryngeal mask body to form a visual cavity; the vent pipe 121 has an outer wall 121A with a cambered surface; as shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the operating portion is recessed inward in the direction of the laryngeal mask body airway tube to form a cambered surface acting surface, the acting surface is in contact with the outer wall of the airway tube, and the elastic member is telescopically disposed between the acting surface and the cambered surface outer wall; the action surface rotates towards the outer wall of the ventilation pipeline, the elastic piece retracts to enable the elastic piece to be in a compressed state, the action surface is released from positioning fit with the outer wall of the ventilation pipeline, and the limiting part can be separated from the limiting fit part of the visual cavity; the action surface deviates from the outer wall of the ventilation pipeline and rotates, the elastic piece extends out to enable the action surface to be in a supporting state, the action surface is in positioning fit with the outer wall of the ventilation pipeline, and the limiting part is in limiting fit with the limiting fit part; the positioning fit here means that the handle and the laryngeal mask body are in a relatively fixed fit relation.
In addition, the upper end of the ventilation pipeline of the ventilation joint is connected with the breathing joint, and due to the existence of the breathing joint, the edge of the breathing joint is above the insertion hole of the visual device, so that the handle of the visual device has to turn right-angled and bypass the edge, therefore, the handle provided by the embodiment comprises an operation part and a connecting part, one end of the connecting part is arranged on the operation part, and the other end of the connecting part is connected with the connecting line; the operating part is arranged perpendicular to the connecting line, and the connecting part is arranged along the extending direction of the connecting line; furthermore, the height of the operating part is limited, and the extending height of the operating part cannot exceed the breathing joint because the operating part cannot obstruct the use of the breathing joint, in the embodiment, the axial distance H between the bottom side edge of the breathing joint and the socket of the visual device is 12 mm; therefore, the extension height of the operation part is less than or equal to 12mm, and the height of the visual device is required to be less than 8mm in order to ensure that the visual device can be smoothly plugged and pulled without influencing the breathing joint; preferably less than 6 mm.
The direction of the handle provided by the invention is changed from the original horizontal direction to the right direction to the vertical direction, so that the probability of touching by the hand can be reduced in the pen holding method;
illustratively, the invention provides an explanation of the operation of the visualizer: and (3) carrying out embedding operation: the laryngeal mask is held by the left hand, the visual device is held by the right hand, the tail end of a handle of the visual device is ensured to be close to a human body, the visual device inserting section is inserted into a visual cavity of the laryngeal mask, when the handle of the visual device touches a laryngeal mask joint, the handle of the visual device needs to be close to the outer wall of an air duct of the laryngeal mask leftwards, so that small marbles are in a compressed state, then the small marbles are inserted along the visual cavity and a limiting notch, when the lower surface of an operating part is abutted to a socket of the visual cavity, the handle can be released, and the small marbles can automatically rotate rightwards and be locked; taking out operation: the tail end of the handle is pushed leftwards, and the handle can be taken out upwards after the handle rib touches the left wall of the joint gap.
It can be understood that the visualizer provided by the invention is not only suitable for the visual laryngeal mask, but also suitable for other visual medical instruments.
