The invention can be used for postoperative rehabilitation of patients, accurately guides the patients to carry out weight training, can display weight parameter data in real time after the weight parameters are set by the patients, and is suitable for postoperative weight rehabilitation training of lower limb operations of the patients; and the patient can be helped to know the load-bearing strength of the lower limbs in real time during the self rehabilitation training, the gradual load-bearing rehabilitation training is normalized, and better communication is established for the doctor and the patient, so that a load-bearing plan can be set according to the patient condition, and the plantar pressure can be monitored in real time. The intelligent weight-bearing rehabilitation walking aid is suitable for lower limb orthopedic operation rehabilitation, scientific guidance of postoperative rehabilitation of patients and home rehabilitation of patients after discharge from hospital. Specifically, the whole load-bearing rehabilitation system has the functions of pressure data accurate acquisition and wireless transmission, and the walking aid support can be used for intelligent visual data rehabilitation training, scientific rehabilitation planning and training data reporting; the big data cloud platform realizes doctor-patient communication.
The invention is mainly divided into two aspects: a first aspect is a walker apparatus providing the following functions: the weight-bearing pressure data is accurately set and displayed, the training data and the feeling of the patient are recorded, the weight-bearing rehabilitation auxiliary function is provided, and the doctor can scientifically guide rehabilitation conveniently. A second aspect is a big data system, providing the following functionality: the device has a big data networking function, so that doctors can scientifically guide rehabilitation conveniently; the function of on-line communication between doctors and patients. The walking-aid support is used for helping a patient to support the weight of the whole body and assisting walking, and has the advantages of portability, easy use, stable gravity center, difficult falling, fashionable appearance, high grade and the like; the human-computer interaction system is provided with an upper computer display interface, a touch screen, load setting, load data display, data storage and the like; the rehabilitation data acquisition shoe is used for acquiring data plantar pressure data and sending the data to a human-computer interaction system for display, and is convenient to wear, comfortable, light and convenient to clean; the big data cloud platform analyzes and improves a rehabilitation treatment scheme according to a large amount of data, and scientifically guides patients; when the doctor and the patient communicate, the patient end feeds back the rehabilitation condition and feeling and carries out online consultation, and the doctor end refers to the rehabilitation condition, carries out online guidance and adjusts the rehabilitation scheme.
The side frames of the walker frame may be planar or solid frames, preferably planar shaped frames. The planar shaped frame may be triangular, trapezoidal, rectangular, diamond shaped, arcuate, etc., or any combination of a plurality of the above shapes. In the present invention, the target pressure value is generally a target pressure value for each stage of rehabilitation training, which corresponds to the lower limb strength of each rehabilitation stage. The setting device and the display device can be integrated on the same equipment to form the setting/display device, and in this case, the mounting mode and the position of the setting/display device are the same as those of the display device; or both may be separate devices. Therefore, the pressure sensor is communicably connected to the setting device. The setting device comprises a pressure setting key, a reset key, a processor and storage equipment. The storage device may be an optical disk, a removable hard disk, a fixed hard disk, a flash disk, or other fixed or removable storage device. The setting device is provided with a preset pressure display screen and an actual measurement pressure display screen. The measured pressure display screen is preferably an LED display screen, preferably the measured pressure display screen at least comprises display lamps with different colors, such as green, yellow and red display lamps, and the processor controls the switches of the lamps according to the pressure signals received from the pressure sensor or realizes program setting and load bearing result display in a touch screen mode. The setting device can also comprise a sound generating device, and the processor converts the pressure signal into a sound signal and then sends the sound signal to the sound generating device. The digital terminal can be an electronic computer, a mobile phone and the like, such as an iphone and an android mobile phone, or a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a PDA (palm computer) such as ipad and the like according to Windows, Linux and other systems. The communicative coupling may be achieved by radio or data lines, and is preferably by radio, such as bluetooth, 3G, WLAN, WIFI, Internet, or any other available wired or wireless transmission protocol.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the device mainly comprises three parts: a plantar pressure measuring device; a setting/display device; a walking aid. When the load reaches preset values in different stages of rehabilitation training, the setting/displaying device can send out clear prompt information to guide a patient to carry out safe and effective load exercise. Meanwhile, the device can also be connected with personal digital terminals such as ipad, iphone, Andriod and the like, mobile phones, computers, palm computers and the like, store all weight training data and upload the weight training data to a server in real time or at regular time through a network. The invention can individually set a weight training plan for rehabilitation therapy of various diseases of the lower limbs according to the illness state and self conditions of patients, and is suitable for a wide range of diseases: for example, after internal fixation of pelvis and various fractures of lower limbs, after joint replacement (hip and knee joints), after implantation of tumor excision prosthesis of lower limbs, and after repair of broken tendons and ligaments of lower limbs, weight bearing training is carried out. The device can be carried about, has low cost, and can carry out correct and effective weight-bearing exercise without returning to a rehabilitation specialist regularly after a patient is discharged, thereby having extremely wide clinical application and market promotion prospect. Meanwhile, rehabilitation training data can be collected through connection with the personal digital platform, valuable clinical resources are provided for deep analysis of curative effects and formulation of a reasonable lower limb load plan, and the method has a profound scientific research value.
