As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the spray device of the dishwasher of the present invention is disposed in a water tank of the dishwasher, and can be rotatably disposed or fixedly disposed, and the disposition position of the spray device can be the bottom of the water tank or the side wall or the top, but is not limited thereto, and a person skilled in the art can change the disposition position of the spray device according to actual needs, the spray device of the present invention includes a spray arm 1, a water inlet pipe 5 connected with the spray arm 1 and providing spray water to the spray arm 1, a spray chamber 2 communicated with the water inlet pipe 5 is disposed on the spray arm 1, and the washing liquid enters the spray holes of the spray arm 1 through the spray chamber 2, so as to realize the spray operation of the dishwasher, since the washing liquid extrudes the space in the spray chamber 2, the gas overflows from the spray holes, but since the aperture of the spray holes is small, the washing liquid is injected into the spray chamber 2 in an initial stage, the pressure in the spraying chamber 2 can suddenly increase, so that the washing liquid in the spraying arm 1 can be judged by mistake for a sensor for detecting, the spraying arm 1 can not work normally, the supply of the washing liquid is insufficient, and the like, therefore, the invention is provided with the adjusting component 3 which can ensure that the pressure value in the spraying chamber 2 changes stably along with the inflow of the washing liquid into the spraying chamber 2, and the adjusting component 3 is configured to discharge the medium in the spraying chamber 2 from the adjusting component 3 along with the flowing of the washing liquid in the spraying chamber 2.
In the normal operation process of the dishwasher, how to make the adjusting component 3 not affect the operation of the spray arm 1 becomes more prominent, the adjusting component 3 of the invention is arranged on the inner wall of the spray arm 1 to form a part of the spray chamber 2 and form an included angle with the flowing direction of the washing liquid in the spray chamber 2, after the spray chamber 2 is filled with the washing liquid or the buoyancy of the washing liquid to the adjusting component 3 is larger than the self weight of the adjusting component 3, the adjusting component 3 is closed to stop the adjustment of the pressure in the spray chamber 2, in order to further maintain the state, the adjusting component 3 is provided with a certain inclination angle in the flowing direction of the washing liquid, so that when the washing liquid flows in the spray chamber 2, the adjusting component 3 has an upward buoyancy effect and a pressure effect in the flowing direction, under the double acting forces, the normal work of the spray arm 1 is ensured.
The spray arm 1 usually comprises an upper part and a lower part, the upper part and the lower part of the common spray arm 1 are connected through internal welding ribs, and the welded ribs are directly exposed in cleaning water and are easily connected with dirt such as food residues or grease in the water in the use process. Because welding muscle surface unevenness, food waste etc. remain the accumulation on the muscle easily after long-time the use, cause spray arm 1 weight increase, effective water injection volume reduces, leads to spray arm 1 energy consumption increase. Meanwhile, residues and the like easily fall under the action of water flow impact to block the spraying port, so that the cleaning effect is reduced, and poor user experience is caused. According to the invention, by increasing the rib position in the spray arm 1, accumulation of residue oil stains on the welding ribs can be effectively prevented, and the influence of the oil stains in water on the spray arm 1 after long-time use can be maximally reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the present invention is directed to the problem of welding ribs on the spray arm 1, and the present invention is provided with a connecting portion 4 configured to form a smooth transition structure on a contact surface of the spray arm 1 and the washing liquid, where the spray arm 1 includes a first housing 101 and a second housing 102 arranged up and down, and the up and down can be understood as the up and down in the vertical direction when the spray arm 1 is horizontally placed, and further, the first housing 101 and the second housing 102 are fastened to form a spray chamber 2, and the first housing 101 and the second housing 102 are in smooth transition connection; the first casing 101 and the second casing 102 are formed of a connecting portion 4 including at least two layers of an inner layer and an outer layer.
As shown in fig. 2, since the initial stage of injecting the washing liquid into the spray arm 1 has a large influence on the air pressure in the spray chamber 2, the present invention provides a flow guiding structure 6 in the spray arm 1, which has a flow guiding and buffering effect on the flow of the washing liquid in the spray chamber 2, wherein the flow guiding structure 6 is configured with a structure for conveying the washing liquid from the water inlet end of the spray chamber 2 to the far end of the spray chamber 2 along at least one section of circumferential track, and the circumferential motion reduces the impact on the inner wall of the spray arm 1 when the washing liquid enters the spray chamber 2, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of sudden pressure increase in the spray chamber 2.
The applications in the specific embodiments are as follows.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the spraying device of the dishwasher according to the present embodiment includes a spraying arm 1 disposed in a water tank, and a water inlet pipe 5 communicated with the spraying arm 1 and providing spraying water to the spraying arm 1, wherein the spraying arm 1 according to the present embodiment has a spraying chamber 2 communicated with the water inlet pipe 5; along with the washing liquid flowing into the spraying chamber 2, the adjusting component 3 can ensure the pressure value in the spraying chamber 2 to change stably.
Because the space in the spraying cavity 2 is extruded by the washing liquid, the gas overflows from the spraying holes, but the aperture of the spraying holes is small, and the pressure in the spraying cavity 2 suddenly increases in the initial stage of injecting the washing liquid into the spraying cavity 2, so that the washing liquid in the spraying arm 1 is misjudged for a sensor for detecting, the spraying arm 1 cannot normally work, the supply of the washing liquid is insufficient, and the like.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is further limited to the first embodiment, in the adjusting assembly 3 of the present embodiment, along with the flow of the washing liquid in the spraying chamber 2, the medium in the spraying chamber 2 is discharged from the adjusting assembly 3, where the medium can be understood as gas or other medium existing before the washing liquid enters the spraying chamber 2, and the medium is discharged from the adjusting assembly 3, so that the pressure in the spraying chamber 2 is balanced, and the phenomenon that the pressure in the spraying chamber 2 suddenly increases due to the injection of the washing liquid is avoided.
Further, when the washing liquid inside the spraying chamber 2 reaches a preset value or the whole spraying chamber 2 is filled, the adjusting assembly 3 stops adjusting the pressure value in the spraying chamber 2, and those skilled in the art can understand that when the spraying chamber 2 is filled with the washing liquid, the adjusting assembly 3 is closed due to the buoyancy, or when the sensor detects that the injection of the washing liquid reaches the preset value, the washing work of the spraying arm 1 is started, and at this time, the adjusting assembly 3 is also closed.
EXAMPLE III

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is a further limitation of the third embodiment, the first adjusting unit 301 of the present embodiment is a through hole disposed at the upper part of the spray arm 1, and the upper part of the spray arm 1 can be understood as that, when the spray arm 1 is horizontally disposed, in the vertical direction, since the upper and lower housings are mostly buckled and connected to each other, the first adjusting unit 301 is disposed at the upper part of the spray arm 1, that is, the upper housing, in order to satisfy the flowing of the washing liquid in the spray arm 1.

Further, the buoyancy of the washing liquid is greater than the gravity of the second regulating unit 302 at least when the spraying chamber 2 is filled with washing liquid, ensuring that the regulating assembly 3 is closed and the pressure in the spraying chamber 2 is no longer regulated at least when the spraying chamber 2 is filled with washing liquid. In this embodiment, the buoyancy of the washing liquid is greater than the gravity of the second adjusting unit 302 to further realize the opening and closing of the first adjusting unit 301, and the buoyancy of the washing liquid may be greater than the gravity of the second adjusting unit 302 before the spraying chamber 2 is filled with the washing liquid, so that the first adjusting unit 301 can be opened and closed in one of the two situations.
When the washing liquid in the spray arm 1 contacts the second adjusting unit 302 and continuously rises, the buoyancy of the washing liquid and the thrust of the water level rising to the second adjusting unit 302 overcome the gravity of the second adjusting unit 302, and the second adjusting unit 302 is pushed to be attached to the lower surface of the first shell 101 of the spray arm 1, so that the first adjusting unit 301 is sealed, and the function of a one-way valve is achieved.
EXAMPLE seven
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, this embodiment is further limited to any one of the first to sixth embodiments, the second adjusting unit 302 of this embodiment can be turned around a rotating unit 304 along with the flow of the washing liquid in the spraying chamber 2 to open or close the second adjusting unit 302, the rotating connection facilitates the realization of the function of the adjusting assembly 3, further, the rotating unit 304 passes through a through hole provided on the second adjusting unit 302, is connected to the inner wall of the spraying arm 1, and can generate a rotating structure under the driving of the second adjusting unit 302, this arrangement can be understood as that the adjusting assembly 3 is normally opened in a normal state, so as to ensure the balance of the air pressures inside and outside the spraying arm 1, and also ensure that the air in the spraying chamber 2 can be exhausted in the first time when the washing liquid enters the spraying chamber 2, and those skilled in the art can understand that the rotating unit 304 is provided with a structure for absorbing the washing liquid to act on the second adjusting unit 302 A force-rotating member, such as a rotatable torsion spring or a member with its own elasticity.

In this embodiment, at least the outer surface of the spray arm 1 formed by the first connection unit 401 is smoothly transited, and a part of the inner wall of the spray chamber 2 formed by the second connection unit 402 may also be smoothly transited, but only as an extension example of the smooth transition of the first connection unit 401, the smooth transition of the first connection unit 401 may be implemented to solve the technical problem described in the present invention.
