Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a sectional view illustrating the cosmetic container shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the cosmetic container 100 may include an outer case 110, an inner case 120, an inner lid 140, a drawing unit 150, a discharge port 160, and an outer lid 170.
The housing 110 may contain a first cosmetic product C1. At this time, the case 110 may be formed to be opened at both sides. In this case, the housing 110 may have a discharge unit 111 that allows the first cosmetic C1 to be discharged to the outside. At this time, the housing 110 may be formed in a tubular shape. In addition, the housing 110 may be formed in various shapes. For example, the housing 110 may be formed in a cylindrical shape. As another example, the housing 110 may be formed to have an elliptical shape in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the housing 110. In this case, the housing 110 may be formed in a cylindrical shape having an elliptical cross-section.
The inner case 120 may be disposed inside the outer case 110. At this time, one side of the inner case 120 may be formed to be opened. In this case, the inner case 120 may receive the second cosmetic C2 therein. In this case, the second cosmetic C2 may be in various forms, such as a liquid state, a gel state, and the like. As described above, the inner case 120 may be formed integrally with the outer case 110 or may be separately formed from the outer case 110 and connected to the outer case 110. Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, a detailed description will be focused on an example in which the inner case 120 and the outer case 110 are formed to be separated from and connected to each other.
As described above, the inner case 120 may include the inner case body part 121 disposed inside the outer case 110 and the inner case coupling part 122 coupled to the opened portion of the outer case 110.
The inner case body part 121 may be formed to be opened at one side and closed at the other side. In this case, the inner case main body part 121 may form a space therein, and the second cosmetic C2 may be received in the inner space of the inner case main body part 121. The inner case coupling portion 122 may be provided at the opened portion of the inner case main body portion 121 and coupled with the inner case main body portion 121. At this time, the inner case coupling part 122 may be coupled with the outer case 110 in various ways. As one example, the inner case coupling part 122 may be formed to be bent from the opening part of the inner case main body part 121 and cover the outer surface of the outer case 110. As another example, the inner case coupling portion 122 may be coupled with the outer case 110 such that a portion of the outer case 110 is inserted into the inner case coupling portion 122 and a portion of the outer case 110 protrudes from the inner case coupling portion 122. At this time, the inner case coupling portion 122 may be formed with a through hole so that a portion of the outer case 110 is inserted.
As described above, the coupling protrusion 131 may be formed at one of the outer surface of the outer case 110 or the inner surface of the inner case coupling portion 122. In addition, the other of the outer surface of the outer case 110 or the inner surface of the inner case coupling part 122 may be formed with a coupling protrusion receiving groove 132 that receives the coupling protrusion 131. In this case, the coupling protrusion 131 may couple the outer shell 110 and the inner shell coupling portion 122 by being inserted into the coupling protrusion receiving groove 132. In this case, the connection protrusion 131 and the connection protrusion receiving groove 132 may be formed in various shapes. For example, the connection protrusion 131 may be formed in an island shape. In this case, there may be a plurality of the connection protrusions 131, and the plurality of connection protrusions 131 may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other. In this case, the connecting projection accommodating grooves 132 may be provided so as to correspond to the respective connecting projections 131, respectively. As another example, the coupling protrusion 131 may be formed in a screw shape. At this time, the connection protrusion 131 may be formed in a male screw shape. The connection protrusion receiving groove 132 may be provided to correspond to the connection protrusion 131, and may be formed in a female screw shape.
As described above, the inner shell 120 may be formed of the same or similar material as the outer shell 110. In addition, the inner shell 120 may be formed of the same tube material as the outer shell 110. As another example, the inner shell 120 may be formed of a different material than the outer shell 110.
As described above, the hardness of the inner case 120 may be formed to be the same as that of the outer case 110. As another example, the hardness of the inner case 120 may be formed to be greater than that of the outer case 110. In this case, the housing 110 may include a flexible material (e.g., rubber, silicon, synthetic resin, etc.). At this time, the inner case 120 may be formed of a material such as hardened plastic, acrylic, or the like. In this case, the hardness of the outer case 110 may be formed to be less than that of the inner case 120. That is, the hardness of the inner case 120 may be formed to be greater than that of the outer case 110 so that the inner case 120 is not deformed when a force is applied to the outer case 110 to deform the outer case 110. In this case, the inner case 120 is not deformed by the deformation of the outer case 110, so that the drawing unit 150 can be prevented from being detached from the inner case 120 due to an excessive pressure rise of the inner case 120.
The inner lid 140 may be combined with the opened portion of the inner case 120. At this time, the inner lid 140 may be formed to penetrate a central portion. The edge of the inner lid 140 may be formed to be inclined. At this time, the inner lid 140 may remove a portion of the second cosmetic C2 adsorbed on the drawing unit 150 when the drawing unit 150 is drawn. In addition, the inner cover 140 may guide the movement of the drawing unit 150.
The drawing unit 150 may be selectively coupled to at least one of the outer case 110 and the inner case 120. Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, a detailed description will be focused on an example in which the drawing unit 150 is coupled to the inner case 120.
The drawing unit 150 may include a grip 151 that can be gripped by a user and selectively engaged with the inner case 120; and a tip portion 152 formed to protrude from the grip portion 151 and inserted into the inner case 120 to be in contact with the second cosmetic C2. The grip 151 may be combined with the inner case 120 in the same or similar shape as a screw. The tip portion 152 may be formed to protrude from the grip portion 151, and a portion of the tip portion 152 may be formed in the shape of a stick, and another portion of the tip portion 152 may be formed in the shape of a brush. At this time, the drawing unit 150 is not limited to the above, and may include any shape and structure capable of drawing the second cosmetic product C2 inside the inner case 120 to the outside. For example, the drawing unit 150 may be formed in a dropper form.
The discharge port 160 may be provided to the discharge unit 111 of the housing 110. In this case, the outlet 160 may be formed integrally with the housing 110 or may be formed separately from the housing 110 and coupled to the housing 110. Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, a detailed description will be given with an example in which the discharge port 160 is separately formed from the housing 110 and connected to the housing 110.
The discharge port 160 may be formed in a funnel shape. In this case, the discharge port 160 is formed to become smaller in section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the discharge port 160 as it goes away from the housing 110, so that when a small pressure is applied to the housing 110, a sufficient amount of the first cosmetic C1 can be discharged from the trailing end of the discharge port 160 as well.
The outer cover 170 may be selectively coupled to the housing 110. At this time, the outer cover 170 may prevent the first cosmetic C1 from being discharged to the outside through the discharge port 160 by shielding the discharge port 160.
In one aspect, as described above, cosmetic container 100 may contain and use two different cosmetics. Specifically, the first cosmetic C1 provided in the casing 110 may be drawn to the outside through the discharge unit 111 by pressing the casing 110. At this time, when a force is applied to the housing 110, the outer shape of the housing 110 is variable, and the volume inside the housing 110 is changed, so that the pressure inside the housing 110 is raised, so that the first cosmetic C1 can be drawn to the outside. In this case, even if the shape of the outer shell 110 is variable, the shape of the inner shell 120 can maintain a shape similar to that of the initial state.
When the second cosmetic C2 is used, the user may separate the drawing unit 150 from the inner case 120 for use.
Accordingly, the cosmetic container 100 may contain various cosmetics to carry various cosmetics at the same time. In addition, the cosmetic container 100 may improve space efficiency by disposing the inner case 120 inside the outer case 110. The cosmetic container 100 may increase user convenience by storing different kinds of cosmetics.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view illustrating a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, the cosmetic container 100A may include an outer casing 110A, an inner casing 120A, an inner lid 140A, a drawing unit 150A, a discharge port 160A, and an outer lid 170A. At this time, the inner cover 140A, the drawing unit 150A, the discharge port 160A, and the outer cover 170A are the same as or similar to those described with reference to fig. 1 and 2, and thus detailed description thereof will be omitted.
The housing 111A may be formed similar to that described in fig. 1 and 2. At this time, the housing 110A may include a first housing 112A and a second housing 113A. The first housing 112A may be formed in a tubular shape of a flexible material. The second housing 113A may be formed to have a hardness greater than that of the first housing 112A. At this time, the first housing 112A may change in shape according to an external force when the external force is applied, and in the case of the second housing 113A, it may not be greatly changed according to the external force. In this case, the second housing 113A may be formed of a material having high hardness, such as reinforced plastic. At this time, the second housing 113A may be disposed at a region closer to the discharge unit 111A than the first housing 112A.
As described above, by storing and carrying the cosmetic container 100A, it is possible to prevent different kinds of cosmetics from being mixed with each other.
Accordingly, the cosmetic container 100A may contain various cosmetics to carry various cosmetics at the same time. In addition, the cosmetic container 100A may improve space efficiency by disposing the inner case 120A inside the outer case 110. The cosmetic container 100A may increase user convenience by storing different kinds of cosmetics.
Fig. 4 is a sectional view illustrating a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, the cosmetic container 100B may include an outer case 110B, an inner case 120B, an inner lid 140B, a drawing unit 150B, a discharge port 160B, and an outer lid 170B. At this time, the inner cover 140B, the drawing unit 150B, the discharge port 160B, and the outer cover 170B are the same as or similar to those described with reference to fig. 1 and 2, and thus detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
The housing 110B may include an outer body portion 112B forming an external appearance and an inner body portion 113B disposed inside the outer body portion 112B. At this time, the outer body portion 112B and the inner body portion 113B may form inner body portions connected to each other, and the discharge unit 111B may be formed at a portion of the housing 110B. In addition, the case 110B may have a separate injection port into which the first cosmetic C1 is injected, and the injection port may be in a closed state after the first cosmetic C1 is injected into the injection port.
The inner case 120B may be detachably coupled to the inner body portion 113B. At this time, the inner case 120B may be formed with a space therein, and may be opened at one side to receive the second cosmetic C2 therein. Further, a portion of the inner case 120B may be inserted into the interior of the inner body portion 113B and may be replaced.
As in the case described above, one of the inner body portion 113B or the inner case 120B may include the coupling portion 181B, and one of the inner body portion 113B or the inner case 120B may include the fixing portion 182B. Hereinafter, for convenience of description, the combination portion 181B is included in the inner housing 120B and the fixing portion 182B is included in the inner body portion 113B.
As described above, the combining portion 181B and the fixing portion 182B may be formed to correspond to each other. As an embodiment, when the combining portion 181B is in a protruding form, the fixing portion 182B may be in a recessed form into which the combining portion 181B is inserted. As another example, when the coupling portion 181B is in the form of a male screw, the fixing portion 182B may be in the form of a female screw. As another example, when the combining portion 181B is formed in a hook form, the fixing portion 182B may be formed in a hook form to receive the combining portion 181B. At this time, the combining portion 181B and the fixing portion 182B are not limited thereto, and the combining portion 181B and the fixing portion 182B may include all structures and shapes formed to correspond to each other to fix the inner case 120B and the inner body portion 113B.
As described above, the inner case 120B may be detachably connected to the outer case 110B. That is, when the inner case 120B is inserted into the interior of the inner body portion 113B, it may be fixed by the coupling portion 181B and the fixing portion 182B. In addition, when the combining portion 181B is disengaged from the fixing portion 182B, the inner case 120B may be separated from the inner body portion 113B.
In this case, various second cosmetics C2 may be contained within inner shell 120B. In particular, the inner case 120B may include a plurality of inner cases 120B containing second cosmetics C2 of different kinds from each other. At this time, the type of the second cosmetic C2 may be changed according to the user's selection by interchangeably coupling each inner case 120B to the inner body portion 113B.
Accordingly, the cosmetic container 100B may contain various cosmetics separately from each other and may carry various cosmetics, and thus may increase user convenience.
The cosmetic container 100B may contain various second cosmetics C2 according to the preference of the user by replaceably coupling the inner case 120B to the outer case 110B, or may be replaced with new second cosmetics C2 when the same second cosmetics C2 are used up.
