s2: the hollow drying pipe (22) at the leftmost end enables the turning shaft (36) to change the rotation direction through a gear (37), the small belt wheel (30) on the turning shaft (36) drives the large belt wheel (31) to rotate anticlockwise through a belt (32), so that the rotating roller (4) performs uniform-speed circular motion, the material turning plates (5) move anticlockwise, the yacon in the clamping grooves of the adjacent material turning plates (5) moves from the upper end part to the lower end and falls onto the material channel (6) from the position of a reserved discharge hole, the yacon rolls downwards, and the yacon at a transverse or oblique position meets the guide wheel (9) and then changes into a straight line to enter the material guiding groove (11) and slides from the combining track (12) to enter the curved cleaning pipe (13);
s3: the electromagnetic valve (19) is opened, water in the water tank (17) flows into the curved cleaning pipe (13) from the water supply pipe (18), at the moment, the yacon slides in the curved cleaning pipe (13), and is cleaned when meeting water in the sliding process, and meanwhile, the yacon is contacted with a plurality of groups of brush hairs (16) on the pipe wall of the curved cleaning pipe (13), so that redundant mud is brushed off, and the cleaning effect is further improved;
