When the height is adjusted, the length of the adjusting support rod 10 extending into the connecting sleeve 9 can be adjusted by rotating the support rod 10, so that the actual height of the sheathing board and the side protecting board can be changed, and the better cover can be arranged on the cable to play a role in protecting the cable.
