the connector 2 comprises a contraction part 22 and an insertion part 23 connected with the contraction part 22; the contact terminal 21 is arranged on the plug-in part 23; the insertion part 23 is provided with a jack; the wire 1 passes through the contraction part 22 and then is connected with the contact terminal 21 of the plug part 23;
a first tongue edge 31 extends from the edge of the jack to the center of the jack; a second tongue edge 32 and a third tongue edge 33 extend from the edge of the jack to the center of the jack; the second tongue edge 32 is arranged between the first tongue edge 31 and the third tongue edge 33; a first dust storage cavity 34 is formed between the first tongue edge 31 and the second tongue edge 32, and a second dust storage cavity 35 is formed between the third tongue edge 33 and the second tongue edge 32;
dust covers 4 are arranged on the periphery of the contact terminal 21; the dust cover 4 is movably arranged in the contraction part 22 and the insertion part 23; the dust cover 4 comprises a first side wall 41, a second side wall 42 and a bottom wall 43 arranged between the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42; the contraction part 22 is provided with a movable cavity 5; the bottom wall 43 is movably arranged in the movable cavity 5; a reset piece 51 is arranged between the bottom wall 43 and the movable cavity 5; an opening 44 for exposing the contact terminal 21 is arranged between the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42; the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42 are used for abutting against the first tongue edge 31, the second tongue edge 32 and the third tongue edge 33.
Specifically, in the dust-proof wire connector according to the present embodiment, the insertion hole of the insertion part 23 is used for connecting with an external plug; before the dustproof wire connector of the present embodiment is connected to an external plug, as shown in fig. 2, due to the action of the reset piece 51, the first sidewall 41 and the second sidewall 42 extend into the insertion hole of the insertion part 23, and at this time, the first sidewall 41 and the second sidewall 42 are abutted against the first tongue edge 31, the second tongue edge 32 and the third tongue edge 33, so that the first dust storage cavity 34 and the second dust storage cavity 35 are sealed;
when an external plug is inserted into the jack of the connector 2, the connector 2 first abuts against the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42, so that the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42 are pressed to move downwards, and the bottom wall 43 is made to compress the reset piece 51 downwards to the state shown in fig. 4, at which time the dust cover 4 is completely exposed from the contact terminal 21 so as to be in contact with the external plug; during the downward movement of the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42, the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42 are gradually separated from the first tongue edge 31, the second tongue edge 32 and the third tongue edge 33, so as to open the first dust storage cavity 34 and the second dust storage cavity 35, which causes the first tongue edge 31 to firstly block dust on the outer wall of the plug during the gradual falling of the external plug, but fine dust can enter, and at this time, the fine dust on the outer wall of the plug is shoveled into the first cavity because the moving direction of the second tongue edge 32 is the same as the moving direction of the first tongue edge 31; however, there is actually less dust, and the finer dust will slide in from the second tongue edge 32, so that it is necessary to continue to be shoveled from the third tongue edge 33, and the finer dust is shoveled into the second cavity, so as to prevent the dust on the outer wall of the plug from falling into the jack;
when the external plug is taken out, the external plug passes through the third tongue edge 33, the second tongue edge 32 and the first tongue edge 31 again, and dust is scraped into the first dust storage cavity 34 and the second dust storage cavity 35 again; at the same time as the external plug is raised, the dust cover 4 is restored by the restoring member 51, and the first dust storage chamber 34 and the second dust storage chamber 35 are sealed again, thereby preventing dust from falling into the jack.
In the dustproof wire connector according to this embodiment, the first tongue edge 31 is disposed to be inclined upward; the third tongue edge 33 is arranged to be inclined downwards. The above arrangement facilitates scraping off dust on the outer wall of the plug into the first dust storage chamber 34 and the second dust storage chamber 35.
In the dustproof wire connector according to this embodiment, an included angle between the first tongue edge 31 and a horizontal plane is 100 ° to 110 °; the second tongue edge 32 forms an angle of-100 to-110 with the horizontal plane. The designer obtains the accurate data through a plurality of tests, so that the included angle between the first tongue edge 31 and the horizontal plane is 105 degrees; the dustproof effect is optimal when the included angle between the second tongue edge 32 and the horizontal plane is-105 degrees.
In the dustproof wire connector of this embodiment, the connector 2 is provided with a first through hole 25 communicating with the first dust storage cavity 34 and a second through hole 26 communicating with the second dust storage cavity 35 in a penetrating manner. The above arrangement facilitates the user to suck out the dust stored in the first dust storage chamber 34 and the second dust storage chamber 35.
In the dustproof wire connector of the present embodiment, the reset member 51 is a reset spring; one end of the reset spring is connected with the inner wall of the movable cavity 5; the other end of the return spring is connected with the bottom of the bottom wall 43;
the number of the return springs is two, and the two return springs are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom wall 43. The above arrangement makes the reset effect of the dust cover 4 more excellent.
In the dustproof wire connector according to the present embodiment, the contracting portion 22 is provided with a guide groove 52 slidably connected to the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42. The provision of the guide groove 52 facilitates the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42 to be received back into the constricted portion 22.
In the dustproof wire connector of this embodiment, the connector 2 is provided with a buckle 27. By providing the latch 27, the connector 2 is firmly connected to an external plug, and is prevented from falling off due to the action of the reset member 51.
In the dustproof wire connector according to the present embodiment, the first side wall 41 is provided with a first dustproof arm 61 at the opening 44; the second side wall 42 is provided with a second dust prevention arm 62 at the opening 44; one end of the first dustproof arm 61 is hinged with the first side wall 41; the other end of the first dustproof arm 61 is detachably connected with one end of the second dustproof arm 62; the other end of the second dust arm 62 is hinged to the second side wall 42.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, before the external plug is plugged, the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42 extend into the insertion hole of the plugging portion 23 due to the action of the reset piece 51, and at this time, the first side wall 41 and the second side wall 42 are abutted against the first tongue edge 31, the second tongue edge 32 and the third tongue edge 33, so that the first dust storage cavity 34 and the second dust storage cavity 35 are sealed; at this time, the user can take out the first dust-proof arm 61 and the second dust-proof arm 62 and connect the first dust-proof arm 61 and the second dust-proof arm 62, thereby sealing the opening 44 of the dust cover 4 to prevent dust in the outside air from entering the contact terminal 21.
When the plug needs to be plugged with an external plug, the first dust-proof arm 61 and the second dust-proof arm 62 are separated, and the first dust-proof arm 61 abuts against the first side arm and the second dust-proof arm 62 abuts against the second side arm, so that the opening 44 is opened to expose the contact terminal 21.
In the dustproof wire connector according to this embodiment, a fixture block 63 is disposed at the other end of the first dustproof arm 61; one end of the second dust-proof arm 62 is provided with a clamping groove 64 clamped with the clamping block 63. The above arrangement facilitates the connection of the first dust prevention arm 61 and the second dust prevention arm 62.
In the dustproof wire connector according to this embodiment, the fixture block 63 is provided with a first magnet 65; the card slot 64 is provided with a second magnet 66. The arrangement makes the first dust-proof arm 61 and the second dust-proof arm 62 firmly connected.
