Abstract
The invention discloses an OLED light-emitting structure and a terminal with a flashlight function, wherein the OLED light-emitting structure comprises a light-emitting layer positioned in the middle, and a transparent electrode layer and a non-transparent electrode layer which are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the light-emitting layer, the OLED light-emitting structure is provided with a bottom light-emitting area, the bottom light-emitting area is provided with a bottom light-emitting pixel unit, and the bottom light-emitting pixel unit comprises a non-transparent electrode positioned on the transparent electrode layer and a transparent electrode positioned on the non-transparent electrode layer and corresponding to the non-transparent electrode. The invention can reduce the manufacturing cost of the terminal and can emit light with various colors.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of terminals, in particular to an OLED light-emitting structure and a terminal with a flashlight function.
Background
At present, terminal products such as mobile phones and the like generally have the function of a flashlight. In the existing technical scheme, a flash lamp chip is arranged on a main board, and a related power supply circuit needs to be configured, so that the reduction of the manufacturing cost of the terminal is definitely restricted. In addition, the existing technical scheme can only emit white light when using the flashlight function, and the color is single.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an OLED light-emitting structure which can reduce the manufacturing cost of a terminal and can emit light with various colors when being applied to the terminal with a flashlight function.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a terminal with a flashlight function, which can reduce the manufacturing cost of the terminal and can emit light of various colors.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an OLED light emitting structure, which includes a light emitting layer located in a middle portion, and a transparent electrode layer and a non-transparent electrode layer respectively disposed on upper and lower sides of the light emitting layer, the OLED light emitting structure has a bottom light emitting region, the bottom light emitting region has a bottom light emitting pixel unit, and the bottom light emitting pixel unit includes a non-transparent electrode located on the transparent electrode layer and a transparent electrode located on the non-transparent electrode layer and corresponding to the non-transparent electrode.
Preferably, the bottom light-emitting region is further provided with a top light-emitting pixel unit, and the top light-emitting pixel unit includes a transparent electrode located on the transparent electrode layer and a non-transparent electrode located on the non-transparent electrode layer.
Preferably, the bottom light-emitting pixel units and the top light-emitting pixel units of the bottom light-emitting region are at least partially arranged alternately.
In order to achieve the above another object, the present invention provides a terminal with a flashlight function, including a bottom case, a transparent cover plate, and an OLED light emitting structure disposed between the bottom case and the transparent cover plate, where the OLED light emitting structure is as described above, a light transmitting area is disposed on the bottom case, a bottom light emitting area of the OLED light emitting structure is opposite to the light transmitting area, and a light penetrating area is formed between the bottom light emitting area and the light transmitting area.
Preferably, the terminal with a flashlight function further includes a TFT array substrate, a middle case, and a main board sequentially disposed from top to bottom between the OLED light emitting structure and the bottom case, and the light penetration region includes a middle case penetration region and a main board penetration region formed on the middle case and the main board.
Preferably, the middle shell penetrating region and the main board penetrating region are through holes.
Preferably, the middle shell penetrating region and the main board penetrating region are sealed by dispensing.
Compared with the prior art, the OLED light-emitting structure provided by the invention is provided with the bottom light-emitting area which is provided with the bottom light-emitting pixel unit, and the bottom light-emitting pixel unit comprises the non-transparent electrode positioned on the transparent electrode layer and the transparent electrode positioned on the non-transparent electrode layer and corresponding to the non-transparent electrode, so that the OLED light-emitting structure can emit light at the bottom light-emitting area when being applied to a terminal, and the light emitted by the bottom light-emitting area can be further used for flashlight illumination, thereby being beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost of the terminal and emitting light with various colors. According to the terminal with the flashlight function, the bottom light-emitting area of the OLED light-emitting structure is opposite to the light-transmitting area of the bottom shell, and the light-transmitting area is formed between the bottom light-emitting area and the light-transmitting area, so that light of the bottom light-emitting area can be smoothly emitted from the light-transmitting area of the bottom shell, the flashlight function is achieved, the manufacturing cost of the terminal is reduced, and light of multiple colors can be emitted.

Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents and structural features of the present invention in detail, the following description is made with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention discloses an OLED light emitting structure 1, which includes a light emitting layer 10 located in a middle portion, and a transparent electrode layer 20 and a non-transparent electrode layer 30 respectively disposed on upper and lower sides of the light emitting layer 10, the OLED light emitting structure 1 includes a bottom light emitting region 40, the bottom light emitting region 40 includes a bottom light emitting pixel unit 41, the bottom light emitting pixel unit 41 includes a non-transparent electrode 411 located on the transparent electrode layer 20 and a transparent electrode 412 located on the non-transparent electrode layer 30 and corresponding to the non-transparent electrode 411, that is, all of the transparent electrode layers 20 are not transparent electrodes, all of the non-transparent electrode layers 30 are non-transparent electrodes, and the non-transparent electrode 411 and the transparent electrode 412 are respectively disposed on the bottom light emitting region 40 with a smaller occupation ratio, the transparent electrode layer 20 and the non-transparent electrode layer 30. In a specific example of the present invention, the number of the bottom light-emitting regions 40 is one, but not limited thereto. It should be noted that the polarity of the transparent electrode and the non-transparent electrode corresponding to each pixel unit of the OLED light emitting structure 1 is not particularly limited. The non-transparent electrode in the present invention is generally a metal electrode.
Because the OLED light-emitting structure 1 of the present invention has a bottom light-emitting region 40, the bottom light-emitting region 40 has a bottom light-emitting pixel unit 41, and the bottom light-emitting pixel unit 41 includes the non-transparent electrode 411 on the transparent electrode layer 20 and the transparent electrode 412 corresponding to the non-transparent electrode 411 on the non-transparent electrode layer 30, when the OLED light-emitting structure 1 is applied to a terminal, the bottom light-emitting region 40 can emit bottom light, and the light emitted from the bottom light-emitting region 40 can be used as a flashlight for lighting, which is beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost of the terminal and emitting light of multiple colors. In addition, the OLED light emitting structure 1 of the present invention is not limited to be used as a flashlight for illumination, and can also be used in other scenes requiring bottom light emission.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the bottom light-emitting region 40 is further provided with a top-emitting pixel unit 42, and the top-emitting pixel unit 42 includes a transparent electrode on the transparent electrode layer 20 and a non-transparent electrode on the non-transparent electrode layer 30. By arranging both top-emitting pixel units 42 and bottom-emitting pixel units 41 in the bottom light-emitting region 40, it is beneficial to still be able to display images above the bottom light-emitting region 40, and to prevent the integrity of the terminal display screen from being affected. Of course, it is not excluded that the bottom light emitting region 40 is provided with only the bottom light emitting pixel unit 41.
Preferably, the bottom emission pixel units 41 and the top emission pixel units 42 of the bottom emission region 40 are at least partially arranged alternately, so as to effectively ensure the integrity of the terminal display.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention further discloses a terminal with a flashlight function, which includes a bottom case 5, a transparent cover plate 6 and an OLED light emitting structure 1 disposed between the bottom case 5 and the transparent cover plate 6, wherein the OLED light emitting structure 1 is provided with a light transmitting region 51 on the bottom case 5, a bottom light emitting region 40 of the OLED light emitting structure 1 is opposite to the light transmitting region 51, and a light transmitting region is formed between the bottom light emitting region 40 and the light transmitting region 51. It is understood that the light penetration region can be designed to prevent light leakage in order to avoid side light leakage. Specifically, the transparent cover plate 6 is bonded to the OLED light emitting structure 1 through an optically transparent adhesive N.
The terminal with the flashlight function of the invention is opposite to the light-transmitting area 51 of the bottom light-emitting area 40 and the bottom shell 5 of the OLED light-emitting structure 1, and a light-transmitting area is formed between the light-transmitting area 51 and the bottom light-emitting area 40, so that the light of the bottom light-emitting area 40 can be smoothly emitted from the light-transmitting area 51 of the bottom shell 5, the function of the flashlight is achieved, the manufacturing cost of the terminal is reduced, and the terminal can emit light with various colors. The terminal with flashlight function of the invention can control the bottom light-emitting pixel unit 41 to emit light through special software when the flashlight is illuminated.
In some embodiments, the terminal with a flashlight function further includes a TFT array substrate 7, a middle case 8, and a main board 9 sequentially disposed from top to bottom between the OLED light emitting structure 1 and the bottom case 5, and the light penetration region includes a middle case penetration region 81 and a main board penetration region 91 formed on the middle case 8 and the main board 9. As a preferred embodiment, the middle case penetration region 81 and the main board penetration region 91 are through holes. Specifically, the middle case penetrating region 81 and the main board penetrating region 91 are sealed by dispensing, so that the effect of preventing the side light leakage can be achieved, and the light condensing effect can be achieved.

Claims (7)
1. An OLED light-emitting structure is characterized by comprising a light-emitting layer positioned in the middle, and a transparent electrode layer and a non-transparent electrode layer which are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the light-emitting layer, wherein the OLED light-emitting structure is provided with a bottom light-emitting area which is provided with a bottom light-emitting pixel unit, and the bottom light-emitting pixel unit comprises a non-transparent electrode positioned on the transparent electrode layer and a transparent electrode positioned on the non-transparent electrode layer and corresponding to the non-transparent electrode; the area of the bottom light-emitting area is smaller, and light emitted by the bottom light-emitting area is used for flashlight illumination.
2. The OLED light emitting structure of claim 1 wherein said bottom light emitting area is further provided with a top emitting pixel cell comprising a transparent electrode on said transparent electrode layer and a non-transparent electrode on said non-transparent electrode layer.
3. The OLED light emitting structure of claim 1 wherein the bottom light emitting pixel cells and the top light emitting pixel cells of the bottom light emitting area are at least partially in an alternating arrangement.
4. A terminal with flashlight function, comprising a bottom case, a transparent cover plate and an OLED light-emitting structure disposed between the bottom case and the transparent cover plate, wherein the OLED light-emitting structure is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, a light-transmitting area is disposed on the bottom case, a bottom light-emitting area of the OLED light-emitting structure is opposite to the light-transmitting area, and a light-transmitting area is formed between the bottom light-emitting area and the light-transmitting area.
5. The terminal with a flashlight function of claim 4, further comprising a TFT array substrate, a middle case, and a main board sequentially disposed from top to bottom between the OLED light emitting structure and the bottom case, wherein the light penetration region comprises a middle case penetration region and a main board penetration region formed on the middle case and the main board.
6. The flashlight-capable terminal of claim 5, wherein the mid-housing and main-board penetration areas are through-holes.
7. The flashlight-enabled terminal of claim 6, wherein the mid-housing and main-board penetration areas are sealed by dispensing.
