Description

Push switch device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a push switch device, and more particularly, to a push switch device capable of controlling a rebound sound.
Background
Currently, for example, an in-vehicle electronic device mounted in a vehicle can control the electronic device by pressing a key provided on the surface of the electronic device, thereby realizing a corresponding function. In addition, in order to provide a good tactile response to a user when pressing a key and to enable the key to be automatically reset after the key is pressed, an elastic structure having buckling deformation characteristics is generally installed between the key and an electronic substrate provided with a switch. For example, the electronic device may be a rubber structure with elastic performance, or a spring structure, when the key is pressed, the key moves towards the electronic substrate and drives the elastic structure to bend or compress to elastically deform, so as to generate elastic force, and the force of the elastic force is gradually increased according to gradual deformation of the elastic structure, so that a pressing touch force is fed back to a user. On the other hand, after the user finishes pressing, the elastic force generated by the elastic structure can restore the user to the original position, and simultaneously, along with the restoration of the elastic structure, the key is driven to restore to the original position.
As shown in fig. 1, the connection portion 200 provided on the rear surface of the pressing portion 100 moves along the support portion 300 toward the electronic substrate 500 by pressing the front surface of the pressing portion 100 to the right, and elastic structures (not shown) are respectively in contact with the electronic substrate 500 and the connection portion 200, and elastically deform as the connection portion 200 moves toward the electronic substrate 500. The elastic structure is restored to the original position by the elastic force, and at the same time, the connection part 200 is driven to move to the left side to the original position. In order to prevent excessive movement of the connection portion 200, to ensure that the pressing portion 100 can be reset and to ensure the appearance of the key, a claw portion 400 is provided at the end of the connection portion 200. As shown in the drawing, when the connection portion 200 moves from the electronic board 500 to the pressing portion 100, the claw portion 400 comes into abutting contact with the end portion of the support portion 300, and the connection portion 200 is restricted from moving to the left side.
However, the claw 400 is in surface-to-surface contact with the support 300, and the claw 400 is in surface contact with the support 300 at a constant speed by the elastic force of the elastic structure, so that a collision sound between the two component materials is generated. When the interior of the car is quite quiet, the texture of the product is obviously affected, and the user feels that the product is quite rough to manufacture.
In addition, burrs are generated at the end of the supporting portion 300 during molding, and the contact surface of the claw portion 400 may contact with the burrs when approaching the supporting portion 300, thereby generating abnormal sounds, affecting the sound environment in the vehicle, and reducing the quality of the product.
In addition, in the key rebound process, when the rebound force is too large due to the space between the connection part 200 and the support part 300, the claw part 400 is likely to be separated from the support part 300, so that the key is separated, and the product is likely to be poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a push-type switching device capable of suppressing a key rebound sound.
The push switch device of the present invention comprises: a pressing part; a connecting part arranged on the back of the pressing part; a support part for supporting the connection part and enabling the connection part to slide forward and backward; a claw part arranged on the end part of the connecting part; and a protruding portion provided on the supporting portion and having a restricting surface for abutting against the claw portion, and an inclined surface with which the claw portion is in contact when the connecting portion is inserted into the supporting portion, the connecting portion being elastically deformed.
According to the push type switch device, rebound sound generated when the switch key rebounds can be reduced, the texture of a product is improved, and the influence of sound on the environment is eliminated. In addition, when the connecting part is inserted into the supporting part, the claw part is contacted with the inclined surface to generate elastic deformation to generate elastic force, so that the connecting part is kept against the supporting part during rebound, the contact of the claw part and the protruding part is ensured, the connecting part and the claw part are prevented from being separated from the supporting part, and the occurrence of the defect of key separation is avoided.
The push switch device may further include a protrusion provided on the claw portion or the regulating surface, and the protrusion may be configured to contact the claw portion with the regulating surface when the claw portion is connected to the regulating surface.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the push switch device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a perspective cross-sectional view of the push-type switching device of the present embodiment, fig. 3 is a schematic side view of the push-type switching device of the present embodiment, and fig. 4 and 5 are schematic partial views of the push-type switching device of the present embodiment. The push switch device of the present embodiment is a switch key mounted laterally on an in-vehicle meter device. As shown in fig. 2, the push switch device includes: a pressing part 1, a connecting part 2, a supporting part 3, a claw part 4, a protruding part 5 and an electronic substrate 6.
In the present embodiment, the pressing portion 1 has a quadrangular plate-like structure in front view. Characters or symbols (not shown) are engraved on the surface of the pressing portion 1, and can be used to represent functions represented by the characters or symbols. The pressing portion 1 may be formed of a resin material.
The connection portion 2 is a columnar structure extending rearward from the rear surface of the pressing portion 1, and is made of a material having elastic deformability, for example, a resin material. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the connection portion 2 is extended on both upper and lower sides of the back surface of the pressing portion 1. In the present embodiment, the pressing portion 1 and the connecting portion 2 are integrally formed.
Further, since the support portion 3 is fixed to the push switch device case, and the case is fixed to the in-vehicle meter device, after the connection portions 2 on the upper and lower sides are inserted into the support portions 3 on the upper and lower sides, the movement range of the connection portions 2 and the push portion 1 in the up-down direction is limited, and the forward and backward movement in the left-right direction is possible.
Here, a slide structure may be formed between the connection portion 2 and the support portion 3 of the present invention, and the slide structure may serve as a guide and a stabilizer during sliding of the connection portion.
The claw portion 4 is provided at an end of the connecting portion 2, and has a butt surface facing the supporting portion 3. As shown in fig. 4, the abutting surface of the claw portion 4 is formed to stand from the surface of the connecting portion 2 toward the supporting portion 3, and is formed in a "shape" with respect to the connecting portion 2. In the present embodiment, the claw portion 4 is integrally formed with the connecting portion 2.
The protruding portion 5 is provided on the support portion 3 and protrudes in the direction of the connecting portion 2. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the protruding portion 5 protrudes from the end of the supporting portion 3 toward the connection portion between the connecting portion 2 and the claw portion 4, and the cross-sectional area decreases as the connection portion approaches. In the present embodiment, the protruding portion 5 is integrally formed with the supporting portion 3.
As shown in fig. 4, the protruding portion 5 includes a restricting surface 51 and an inclined surface 52. The restricting surface 52 is an arc surface, and during the rebound of the connecting portion 2, the restricting surface 51 contacts with the abutting surface of the claw portion 4, the connecting portion 2 is restricted from moving further to the left side in the left-right direction, and the positions of the claw portion 4 and the protruding portion 5 are set according to the position requirement of the pressing portion 1, so that the pressing portion 1 can rebound to the required position when the claw portion 4 contacts with the restricting surface 51.
In the present invention, the abutting surface of the claw portion 4 may be formed as an arc surface, and the regulating surface 51 may be an inclined straight surface, or both the abutting surface of the claw portion 4 and the regulating surface 51 may be formed as arc surfaces.
As shown in fig. 4, the inclined surface 52 is provided between the restricting surface 51 and the supporting portion 3 toward the connecting portion 2. A certain gap exists between the inclined surface 52 and the surface of the connecting portion 2, and when the connecting portion 2 is inserted into the supporting portion 3, the claw portion 4 contacts the inclined surface 52 and elastically deforms the connecting portion 2.
In addition, an electronic board 6 is provided at the bottom of the housing of the push switch device in the extending direction of the connection portion 2. The facing pressing portion 1 is made of a material having good insulation properties. The electronic board 6 is further provided with a switch and a light source (not shown) at a position facing the pressing portion 1.
Here, the switch is made of a metal having high conductivity such as aluminum alloy, copper, or silver, and may be made of a material such as graphite or a conductive polymer. The light source may be an LED, a stripe-shaped organic EL, an inorganic EL, or the like.
In the present embodiment, an elastic structure (not shown) is further provided between the connection portion 2 and the electronic board 6. For example, a rubber structure or a spring structure, one end of which is connected to the connection portion 2 and the other end of which is connected to the electronic board 6, and a contact is provided at a position corresponding to a switch fixed to the electronic board 6 on a side of the elastic structure facing the electronic board 6. The contact may be made of a metal having high conductivity such as aluminum alloy, copper, silver, or the like, or a material such as graphite or a conductive polymer. When the user presses the pressing portion 1 and the connection portion 2 presses the elastic structure to move toward the electronic substrate 6, and the contact contacts the switch on the electronic substrate 6 at the corresponding position, that is, an electronic circuit (path) is formed, and the corresponding control can be performed, for example: and (3) on/off control of the car lamp.
Thus, when the user presses the pressing portion 1, the finger is released, and the elastic structure returns to its original position by the elastic force generated by the elastic deformation, so that the connection portion 2 is pushed to move in the direction of the pressing portion 1. As shown in fig. 3, the connection portion 2 moves leftward from the direction of the electronic substrate 6. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the abutting surface of the claw portion 4 comes into contact with the regulating surface 51 of the protruding portion 5, the movement of the connecting portion 2 is stopped, and at the same time, the pressing portion 1 is also stopped. At this time, as shown in the drawing, the abutting surface of the claw portion 4 and the regulating surface 51 of the protruding portion 5 are in contact with each other as curved surfaces, that is, line contact is formed, and the contact area is small, so that the generated rebound contact sound is small.
When the connection part 2 is inserted into the support part 3, the claw part 4 of the connection part 2 contacts the inclined surface 52 of the protruding part 5, and the connection part 2 is elastically deformed to generate an elastic force, and if the connection part 2 is removed, the claw part 4 needs to be separated from the protruding part 5 against the elastic force of the connection part 2. Therefore, the claw portion 4 cannot be separated from the protruding portion 5 during the rebound of the connecting portion 2, and the connecting portion 2 is ensured not to be separated.
Here, the gap between the connecting portion 2 and the supporting portion 3, the protruding length of the protruding portion 5, the standing height of the claw portion 4, and the like may be set according to design requirements.
Fig. 6 and 7 are schematic views of another embodiment of the push-type switching device of the present invention. As shown, a protrusion 41 is provided on the abutment surface of the claw portion 4.
The protrusion 41 is formed to protrude from the abutment surface of the claw portion 4 toward the restricting surface 51. In the present embodiment, the protrusion 41 is formed in an arc shape and integrally formed with the claw portion 4. When the claw portion 4 approaches the regulating surface 51, the protrusion 41 comes into contact with the regulating surface 51, and thus the arc surface of the regulating surface 51 comes into contact with the arc surface of the protrusion 41, which can be regarded as point contact, and the contact area is smaller than that of line contact, so that the rebound contact sound can be further reduced.
Here, the protrusions may be provided on the restricting surface toward the abutting surface of the claw portion, and the number of the protrusions is not limited, and a plurality of protrusions may be provided according to design requirements, so that an effect of being more stable at the time of rebound contact is achieved.
Further, since burrs are generated on the surfaces of the protruding portion 5 and the claw portion 4 during production, when the abutting surface of the claw portion 4 approaches the regulating surface 51 of the protruding portion 5, the protrusion 41 is brought into contact with the regulating surface 51, and thus, the abutting surface of the claw portion 4 or the regulating surface 51 of the protruding portion 5 is prevented from coming into contact with the burrs, and abnormal noise is prevented.
As shown in fig. 7, the inclination angle of the inclined surface 52 of the protruding portion 5 is set to be the same as the inclination angle of the upper end surface of the claw portion 4, so that the claw portion 4 can easily pass through the protruding portion 5 when the connecting portion 2 is inserted into the supporting portion 3, and the attachment can be completed more smoothly.
The push switch device of the present invention is not limited to use in a vehicle-mounted meter device, but is applicable to all electronic devices.
