step S50, operating the business process of the manufacturing execution system, checking whether the operation of the business process is abnormal;
specifically, in the process of generating the drag, the abnormal operation of the business process is inevitable, and the generated business process needs to be operated to check whether the operation is abnormal or not in order to ensure that the business process can be normally used.
Step S60, if there is no abnormity, the business process is saved to the configuration library; the configuration library is arranged in the application server, the abnormal business process is stored in the configuration library after being checked, and when the corresponding product is generated and manufactured, the business process is extracted for production and manufacturing.
In step S70, if there is an abnormality, a warning message is sent in response to the abnormality.
Specifically, if an abnormality is detected, an alarm message is sent in a manner of mail, short message, or WeChat to notify a maintenance person, and in addition, a log is generated in a business process generation process of the manufacturing execution system and stored in the application server, and the location of the abnormality caused by analyzing the log can be analyzed, so that the problem can be solved quickly.
