Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of and not restrictive on the broad application.
The embodiment of the present application provides a terminal with a receiver touch key, where the terminal in the embodiment of the present application includes a mobile phone, a notebook computer, and the like, which are not specifically limited in the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal with a handset touch key according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of the terminal with the handset touch key according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. To facilitate description of the technical solution of the present application, the embodiments of the present application are described by taking a mobile phone as an example, that is, fig. 1 is a partial rear view of a mobile phone (including a display screen) with a handset touch key; fig. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of a mobile phone with a handset touch button.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a terminal with a receiver touch key provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a display screen 1 with a plurality of capacitive sensor sensing channels, a cover plate 2 at least partially covering the display screen, and a receiver decoration 3 with one end embedded in the cover plate 2; the earphone decoration device is characterized by further comprising a conductor 4, wherein one end of the conductor 4 is connected with the earphone decoration 3, the other end of the conductor 4 is close to the side edge of the display screen 1, and the conductor is used for being close to a capacitive sensor induction channel of the side edge of the display screen; the earphone decoration 3 is made of metal, and the surface of the earphone decoration is not subjected to insulation treatment, so that the earphone decoration has a function of transferring electric charges.
In the present application, the display screen 1 with a plurality of capacitive sensor sensing channels is also a touch screen, that is, a display screen with a capacitive touch function and a display function integrated together, such as an In-Cell display screen. Taking a mobile phone terminal as an example, with the development of mobile phones, the trend of thinning the whole mobile phone is becoming more and more obvious, the thickness of a mobile phone screen is also required to be thinner and thinner, an In-Cell display screen adopted by a display screen gradually becomes the mainstream of the market, and because the In-Cell display screen integrates a capacitive touch sensor into a liquid crystal glass box, the whole thickness of the screen is reduced to a certain extent. In the implementation of the application, the display screen 1 is not limited to an In-Cell display screen, but may also be an On-Cell OLED display screen, a GFF-structured touch screen, or the like, and is not described herein again. The capacitive sensor induction channel in the display screen 1 is mainly made of ITO conductive material and used for conducting electric signals.
A cover plate 2 is disposed above the display screen 1, and in the present embodiment, the cover plate 2 is typically a glass cover plate. The earpiece decoration 3 is a mesh structure covering the earpiece, and is used for diffusing the sound of the earpiece and protecting the earpiece. In the present embodiment, the earpiece decoration 3 is made of metal, such as copper, aluminum, metal alloy, and can be selected as needed.
The electric conductor 4 is a structural member made of a material having a conductive function and a certain softness, and the shape of the electric conductor 4 may be a regular shape or an irregular shape, which can be specifically selected according to the specific use environment and the use requirement thereof. In the embodiment of the present application, the conductive body 4 is used as a capacitor substrate, one end of the conductive body 4 is connected to the earpiece decoration 3, and the charge on the earpiece decoration 3 can be transferred to the conductive body 4; the other end of the conductive body is contacted with or close to the side edge of the display screen 1, and is used for ensuring that the conductive body 4 is close to the capacitive sensor induction channel at the middle side edge of the display screen 1. Specifically, the conductive body 4 forms a capacitance with a capacitive sensor sensing channel in the display screen 1. In order to ensure that the conductive body 4 and the sensor sensing channel in the display screen 1 form the sensing sensitivity of capacitance, the end face of the other end of the conductive body 4 is in close contact with the side edge of the display screen 1. Further, the electric conductor 4 is closely contacted to the cover plate 2, and the cover plate 2 fixes the electric conductor 4 from a direction perpendicular to the cover plate 2.
In the present embodiment, the electrical conductor 4 has a certain length and cannot be too short. In order to ensure that the conductor 4 meets the requirement of corresponding to the sensing channels of the capacitive sensor in the display screen 1, the length of the conductor 4 at least corresponds to the span of the sensing channels of the 5 capacitive sensors in the display screen 1. Because the data of the 4 rows of channels can be effectively lifted when the display area of the display screen is normally touched, when a finger is used for approaching the corresponding area of the display screen 1 but not contacting the cover plate 2, the data of the corresponding area can be lifted, and the lifting amplitude is very small, the length of the electric conductor 4 at least corresponds to 5 channels in the display screen 1, and the state of the touch earphone decoration can be obviously distinguished. Preferably, the length of the other end of the conductor is greater than that of the earphone decoration, so that the conductor 4 is ensured to correspond to the span of not less than 5 capacitive sensor induction channels in the display screen 1.
The material that has electrically conductive function and have certain compliance in this application can be electrically conductive bubble cotton, electrically conductive paper etc. and preferably electrically conductive bubble is cotton. The conductive foam has good conductivity and softness, and can be compressed. In specific use, adopt the electric conductor 4 of the cotton material of electrically conductive bubble, can guarantee that electric conductor 4 and earphone decoration 3 are in the on-state, can guarantee electric conductor 4 and the side edge in close contact with of display screen 1 again to guarantee electric conductor 4 and the distance stability of capacitive sensor response passageway in the display screen 1. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the conductive body 4 made of conductive foam is pressed into contact with the earpiece trim 3. In addition, the conductive foam is tightly contacted with the cover plate 2, the cover plate 2 extrudes and fixes the conductive foam in the direction perpendicular to the cover plate 2, and the conductive foam is conveniently connected with the side edge of the display screen 1 and the earphone decorating part 3.
In the present application, the earpiece decoration 3 combines the conductive body 4 and the capacitive sensor induction channel in the display screen 1, which is close to the conductive body 4, to form a new key. Specifically, when the terminal is normally used, the earpiece decoration 3 is touched by a human body part such as a finger, and since the earpiece decoration 3 is communicated with a human body, a human body current is transferred to the conductive body 4 through the earpiece decoration 3, so that a ground state of the conductive body 4 communicated with the earpiece decoration 3 is changed. However, the sensor in the display screen 1 is sensitive to the change of the surrounding state, so when a human body touches the earpiece decoration 3, the sensing channel of the capacitive sensor in the display screen 1 close to the conductive body 4 will change, for example, the data of the sensing channel of the capacitive sensor in the display screen 1 is raised.
For the data change condition of the capacitive sensor induction channel in the display screen 1 to be visually shown, the description is made with reference to specific data. Tables 1, 2 and 3 are distribution of cell-phone display screen internal capacitance type sensor response passageway and data, and table 1 is the noise data of capacitanc sensor response passageway when not touching, and table 2 is the data of capacitanc sensor response passageway when touching the earphone decoration, and table 3 is the data of capacitanc sensor response passageway when normally touching the display area, wherein: the capacitance type sensor sensing channels circled by dotted lines in tables 1, 2 and 3 are capacitance type sensor sensing channels close to the electric conductors, the shadow data in tables 2 and 3 are obviously lifted data, and data of each capacitance type sensing channel after normalization processing is shown in the tables and is dimensionless.
Table 1:
Figure BDA0001719567420000041
table 2:
Figure BDA0001719567420000042
table 3:
Figure BDA0001719567420000051
as can be seen from tables 1, 2, and 3, when earpiece 3 is not touched, the noise data for each channel is around 20, and typically does not exceed 30; when the earphone decoration 3 is touched, the data of the capacitive sensor sensing channel close to the electric conductor is obviously lifted, and the data is lifted to about 100 degrees; when the display area is touched normally, the data of the capacitive sensor sensing channel corresponding to the touch position is lifted up to about 1000. As can be known from comparison of tables 1 and 2, when the earpiece decoration is touched, data of the capacitive sensor sensing channel close to the electric conductor 4 in the display screen 1 can be lifted, and as can be known from comparison of tables 2 and 3, when the earpiece decoration 3 is touched, the data lifted is the capacitive sensor sensing channel close to the electric conductor 4 in the display screen 1, the electric conductor is normally touched to correspond to the display area of the display screen 1, the capacitive sensor sensing channels with the lifted data are distributed in a dotted manner, and the data lifting amount is large; when the earphone decoration is touched, the data of the capacitive sensor sensing channel close to the conductor 4 is obviously smaller than the data of the capacitive sensor sensing channel corresponding to the display area of the display screen 1 when the conductor is normally touched.
Compare table 1, 2 and 3, in the terminal of taking earphone touch-control button that this application provided, touch earphone decoration 3 will produce the capacitive sensor response passageway response that is close to mutually with electric conductor 4 in the display screen 1, and its response is obviously different with the response that current normal touch display screen 1's display area produced, therefore earphone decoration 3 combines electric conductor 4 and the interior capacitive sensor response passageway of display screen 1 to form a new button, carries out the touch through touch earphone decoration 3 and starts. Based on the new keys generated, the touch operation on the earphone decorating parts can be defined into a plurality of functional applications through software, such as music opening, camera opening, weChat opening, main interface returning and the like for a mobile phone terminal, so that the user operation mode of the mobile phone is greatly enriched, and the user experience is improved.
The application provides a take terminal of earphone touch button is in including display screen 1, the setting that has a plurality of capacitive sensor response passageways the apron 2 and the one end embedding of display screen 1 top add electric conductor 4 on the original terminal of earphone decoration 3 of apron 2, the one end of electric conductor 4 is connected earphone decoration 3, the other end with the side edge contact of display screen 1. A plurality of capacitive sensor sensing channels around the side edge of the display screen 1 and the electric conductor 4 are combined to form a capacitive structure, so that a touch key with the earphone decoration 3 as a touch contact piece is formed. In specific use, because the earphone decoration 3 made of metal material is connected with the electric conductor 4, when a human hand touches the earphone decoration, human body current is transmitted to the electric conductor 4 through the earphone decoration 3, the potential on the electric conductor 4 is changed, and the induction change of a plurality of capacitive sensor induction channels around the side edge of the display screen 1 is caused, for example, the data of the plurality of capacitive sensor induction channels around the side edge of the display screen 1 is lifted, and the touch induction of the touch key taking the earphone decoration 3 as a touch contact part is realized by knowing the change. Therefore, on the premise of not reducing the screen occupation ratio of the display area of the display screen, the capacitive touch key is added, the man-machine interaction interface of the terminal product is enriched, the differentiation of the terminal product is embodied, and the diversified use requirements of a user are favorably met.
In the present embodiment, the electrical conductors 4 connect to the exposed copper signal areas on the terminal board 6. Specifically, the conductor 4 is in contact with the special copper-exposed signal area on the terminal main board 6 through a via hole. The copper-exposed signal area is connected with the ground of the terminal mainboard through the TVS diode, so that the earphone decoration piece 3 made of metal, the electric conductor 4 and the terminal mainboard 6 are in contact connection with the signal line, the three are connected together to form a signal conduction path, and the signal conduction path is not directly connected with the mobile phone. The effect that TVS played is the static that leaks, has static to introduce from the earphone decoration 3 of metal material after coming in when the user uses, can preferentially bleed to terminal mainboard on the ground from TVS to avoid static to walk from display screen 1 and cause the damage to display screen 1.
In the present embodiment, the terminal with the earpiece touch button further includes a casing middle frame 5 having an insulating portion, and the insulating portion of the casing middle frame 5 supports the conductive body 4. Specifically, the insulating portion of the housing inner frame 5 fixedly supports the conductor 4. As shown in fig. 2, the insulating portion of the housing inner frame 5 cooperates with the earpiece decoration 3 to fixedly support the electric conductor 4. Furthermore, a via hole is arranged on the housing middle frame 5, and the via hole conductor 4 is contacted with the special copper-exposed signal area on the terminal main board 6.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the display screen 1 is a Notch screen, and the Notch screen is a display screen with a Notch. Namely, on the basis of a complete full screen, a groove is dug away from the display screen at the middle part of the upper side, so that the area occupation ratio of the display screen can be improved, the individuality of the product is increased, and the differentiated mobile phone product is facilitated. In order to cooperate with the use of the Notch screen, touch keys are not arranged at places outside the display area, the virtual keys are placed in the display screen, and the key function is realized through the collocation of the UI interface. As shown in fig. 1, the earpiece trim 3 is disposed within the Notch of the Notch screen.
Specifically, in the terminal with the receiver touch key provided by the embodiment of the application, the other end of the conductor 4 is in contact with the Notch edge of the Notch screen, and the conductor 4 can surround the Notch edge for one circle and also can surround a part of the Notch edge. Preferably, when the conductive body 4 surrounds a part of the edge of the notch, the conductive body 4 should cover at least a horizontal half area and at least one vertical edge area of the notch, because the channel range corresponding to such an area is difficult to simulate by a normal touch display area, and the uniqueness of the induction generated by the touch earpiece decoration 3 is ensured. In the present embodiment, the electrical conductor 4 surrounds the Notch edge once, and as shown in fig. 1, the electrical conductor 4 abuts against the three edges of the Notch screen. Thus, the capacitive sensor sensing channel that the electric conductor 4 can obviously sense is all channels at the Notch edge of the Notch screen. Have 12 capacitive sensor response passageways like the Notch screen's Notch near department, 12 capacitive sensor response passageways are half enclosed formula and distribute the Notch and surround, when earphone decoration 3, 12 response passageways's around the Notch screen data all lift. Due to the special shape of the Notch screen Notch, when a display area of the Notch screen Notch is touched normally, data of local channels around the Notch screen Notch are lifted up, data of all channels at the edge of the Notch screen Notch cannot be lifted up, the touch earphone decorating part 3 is guaranteed to generate induction uniqueness, and touch action on the earphone decorating part and direct touch action on the Notch are distinguished obviously.
Therefore, by adopting the technical scheme provided by the application, the touch key is added on the basis of the original Notch screen terminal, and the screen occupation ratio of the original Notch screen terminal cannot be changed. For a mobile phone with a Notch screen, on the premise of conforming to a mainstream Notch screen mobile phone, a capacitive touch key function is ingeniously added under the condition that the cost is basically unchanged, the virtual key can be set to have a plurality of functions by software definition, the human-computer interaction interface of a mobile phone product is enriched, and the differentiation of the product is embodied.
Based on the terminal with the earpiece touch key provided by the embodiment of the application, the application also provides an earpiece touch key touch method, as shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
s100: and acquiring data of a capacitive sensor induction channel close to the electric conductor.
S200: and when the data of the capacitive sensor sensing channel is smaller than the data generated by touching the corresponding display area, judging the data of the capacitive sensor sensing channel and the touch threshold of the earphone key.
S300: and responding to the touch of the receiver key when the data of the induction channel of the capacitive sensor is larger than or equal to the touch threshold of the receiver key.
And selecting a capacitive sensor induction channel close to the electric conductor, and acquiring data of the capacitive sensor induction channel close to the electric conductor through data of the capacitive sensor induction channel of a display screen of the terminal. A touch determination threshold T is set, and the touch determination threshold T is mainly used for distinguishing noise when no touch is made and effective touch on the earpiece decoration. When the earphone decoration is touched, the size of the touch judgment threshold value T is determined according to the size of the data of the capacitive sensor induction channel close to the electric conductor. The touch determination threshold T is an empirical value and can be adjusted according to actual needs. And responding to the touch of the receiver key when the induction channel data of the capacitive sensor is larger than or equal to the touch threshold value of the receiver key.
If the capacitive sensor sensing channels close to the conductor are 12 capacitive sensor sensing channels circled by dotted lines in tables 1, 2 and 3, the data in table 2 is counted, and a touch determination threshold T =50 is set, that is, when the data of the 12 capacitive sensor sensing channels close to the conductor are all greater than or equal to 50, it indicates that the earpiece key is touched, and the earpiece key touch is responded.
In the embodiment of the present application, in addition to using the same data value for the touch determination threshold T, different values may be used according to different sensing channels of the capacitive sensor. Like the Notch screen, the 10 channel thresholds at the bottom of the Notch are set to 50, the two channel thresholds on the left and right are set to 100, and so on.
In order to facilitate the display of the application of the receiver key in the terminal with the receiver touch key, the embodiment of the application further provides an application method of the receiver key touch, which is applied to the mobile phone conversation process, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring data of a capacitive sensor induction channel close to a conductor;
judging whether the data of the sensing channel of the capacitive sensor continuously increase;
and if so, increasing the volume of the receiver of the mobile phone.
During the process of making a telephone call, the mobile phone is placed beside the ear, and the ear is contacted with the earphone decoration. This application embodiment utilizes the touch of people's ear to earphone decoration, after detecting the effective touch of people's ear to earphone decoration, if lasting grow with the data of the capacitive sensor induction channel that the electric conductor is close to, if lasting grow like the data of fixed capacitive sensor induction channel around Notch screen Notch, so then explain that user's ear extrudes the earphone decoration tighter. Because when the contact area between the ear and the earphone decoration is increased, the current passing through the earphone decoration is increased, and the data of the induction channel of the capacitive sensor, which is close to the electric conductor, is increased. The ear of the user presses the earphone decoration part more tightly, the user can think that the volume of the earphone is too small to hear clearly, the user wants to turn the volume up urgently, and the mobile phone system can turn the volume of the earphone up properly at the moment. The application method for touch control of the earphone key provided by the embodiment of the application realizes specific application of the earphone key in the mobile phone, enriches man-machine interaction of mobile phone products, further improves user experience, and is favorable for meeting diversified use requirements of users.
