Example 4
The present embodiment provides a mechanical property testing device of a rocking chair and a testing method thereof consistent with embodiment 1, except that the hinge connection portion 42 includes three hinge connection assemblies 421, the hinge connection assemblies include a first hinge connection member 4211, a bending support member 4212, and a second hinge connection member 4213, and two ends of the bending support member are respectively disposed in the first hinge connection member and the second hinge connection member. The first hinge connecting piece is fixedly connected with the second hinge connecting piece end to end, the first hinge connecting piece positioned at the front end is fixedly connected with the second connecting rod, and the second hinge connecting piece positioned at the tail end is fixedly connected with the limiting rod.

Claims (10)

1. A rocking chair mechanical property testing device is characterized by comprising a base, wherein a first connecting part is arranged in the middle of the base, second connecting parts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first connecting part, the first connecting part is connected with a first limiting part, and the second connecting part is connected with a second limiting part; the loading device further comprises a loading disc, and the loading disc is arranged above the base.
2. A rocking chair mechanical property testing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base is symmetrically provided with third connecting portions at two sides, and third limiting members are provided at opposite sides of two ends of the third connecting portions.

A rocking chair mechanical property testing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first limiting member comprises a first connecting rod, a first connecting member is arranged at one end of the first connecting rod, the horizontal section of the first connecting member is cross-shaped, the first connecting member comprises long rods and short rods which are alternately arranged, and the first connecting member is integrally formed.

A rocking chair mechanical property testing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second limiting member comprises a second connecting rod, one end of the second connecting rod is connected with a hinge connecting portion, and one end of the hinge connecting portion is connected with a limiting rod.

A rocking chair mechanical property testing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the hinge connection portion comprises at least one hinge connection assembly, the hinge connection assembly comprises a first hinge connection member, a bending support member and a second hinge connection member, and two ends of the bending support member are respectively arranged in the first hinge connection member and the second hinge connection member.

A rocking chair mechanical property testing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a first runner is provided in the first hinge connecting member, and a second runner is provided in the second hinge connecting member; the bending support comprises a first sliding block, a hinge and a second sliding block which are sequentially connected, the hinge comprises at least three chain links which are connected through tooth meshing, and an elastic metal sheet is arranged outside the hinge; the first sliding block is connected with the first sliding groove in a matched mode, and the second sliding block is connected with the second sliding groove in a matched mode.

A rocking chair mechanical property testing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a buffer layer and an anti-slip layer are sequentially arranged below the base, the buffer layer is a rubber buffer layer, and the anti-slip layer is a rubber bump layer symmetrically arranged on the surface of the rubber layer.

A rocking chair mechanical property testing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the loading disc comprises a circular body, a first hollow connecting groove is formed in the middle of the body, second hollow connecting grooves are symmetrically formed in two ends of the first hollow connecting groove, the horizontal cross section of the first hollow connecting groove is cross-shaped, long grooves and short grooves are formed in the first hollow connecting groove in a staggered mode, and the long grooves and the short grooves are integrally formed.

A rocking chair mechanical property testing device as claimed in claim 8, wherein a first buffer member is symmetrically arranged in the first hollow connecting groove, and a second buffer layer is arranged in the second hollow connecting groove; the first buffer piece is a rubber buffer piece with a bulge on the surface; the second buffer layer is a rubber buffer layer.
10. A method of testing a mechanical testing apparatus for a rocking chair as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s1, placing a base of the testing device on the rocking chair to be tested, and adjusting the connection length of a third limiting piece and a third connecting part to enable the third limiting piece to cover most of the horizontal length of the seat surface of the rocking chair to be tested;
s2, adjusting the second limiting piece to be in a vertical state, and respectively connecting the first limiting piece and the second limiting piece with the first connecting part and the second connecting part;
s3, mounting the loading disc above the base through the first limiting piece and the second limiting piece in sequence;
s4, after the loading discs are installed in the specified number, rotating the first limiting piece to a position which is 0.5-1cm away from the first connecting piece and the uppermost loading disc, and arranging the long rod of the first connecting piece above the short groove of the first hollow connecting groove;
s5, bending the hinge connection part of the second limiting part to enable the limiting rod to be hung on the chair back of the rocking chair to be tested, and starting testing.
