FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The principles and construction of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a temperature and humidity control method for an air conditioning system, which specifically includes the steps of: presetting indoor temperature and indoor humidity, acquiring outdoor temperature, outdoor humidity, indoor temperature and indoor humidity, calculating an indoor load heat-humidity ratio according to the outdoor temperature, the outdoor humidity, the indoor temperature and the indoor humidity, and calculating the heat-humidity ratio according to a humidity analysis factor of a fan coil; judging whether the heat-humidity ratio of the fan coil is equal to the indoor load heat-humidity ratio or not; if not, adjusting the water inlet temperature of the fan coil heat exchanger to change the moisture analysis factor of the fan coil until the heat-moisture ratio of the fan coil is equal to the indoor load heat-moisture ratio, so that the humidity is accurately controlled, the energy consumption of an air conditioning system is reduced, and the comfort level of a human body is improved.
In a constant temperature difference variable flow air conditioning system, a humidity analyzing factor xi and a water supply and return average temperature (an average value of a water inlet temperature and a water outlet temperature of a fan coil heat exchanger) are always in a consistent linear relation, and the slope of the humidity analyzing factor xi is only related to the structure of a fan coil, namely xi is alpha tw + beta, tw is the water supply and return average temperature, alpha and beta can be obtained through two sets of variable working condition performance data provided by a manufacturer, and a heat and humidity ratio epsilon 1 corresponding to a fan coil processing direction line (a process of processing an environmental state point to another environmental state point, namely changing the processed air from one state A to another state B) can be represented by the following formula:the heat-humidity ratio epsilon 1 of the fan coil can be adjusted by adjusting the water inlet temperature of the heat exchanger so as to adjust the average temperature of the water supply and return to change the moisture separating factor xi.
The outdoor temperature, the outdoor humidity and the indoor temperature and humidity are obtained through the first humidity sensor 21 and the second temperature sensor 22 which are arranged outdoors and the second humidity sensor 31 and the second temperature sensor 32 which are arranged indoors, the outdoor enthalpy value and the indoor enthalpy value are respectively calculated (the relative humidity, namely the obtained humidity and the dry-bulb temperature, namely the obtained temperature can calculate the corresponding enthalpy value), and then the formula is used for calculating the corresponding enthalpy valueAnd calculating the indoor load heat-humidity ratio epsilon 2 (wherein h1 is the outdoor enthalpy value, h2 is the indoor enthalpy value, d1 is the outdoor relative humidity, and d2 is the indoor relative humidity).
When the indoor load heat-humidity ratio is not matched with the heat-humidity ratio of the fan coil, namely the indoor load heat-humidity ratio is not equal to the heat-humidity ratio of the fan coil, if the indoor load heat-humidity ratio is larger than the heat-humidity ratio of the fan coil, the water inlet temperature is gradually increased according to a first preset value until the heat-humidity ratio of the fan coil is equal to the indoor load heat-humidity ratio. Specifically, the temperature of the inlet water can be increased by a gradient of 0.5 ℃. If the indoor load heat-humidity ratio is smaller than the fan coil heat-humidity ratio, the water inlet temperature is gradually reduced according to a second preset value to change the average temperature of the supplied and returned water until the heat-humidity ratio of the fan coil is equal to the indoor load heat-humidity ratio, and the water inlet temperature can be reduced by a gradient of 0.5 ℃ to change the average temperature of the supplied and returned water.
The invention also comprises the following steps: whether the indoor temperature reaches the preset indoor temperature is judged, if not, the water flow of the heat exchanger is increased, the refrigerating capacity of the fan coil is further changed, the set temperature is finally reached, the accurate control of the temperature and the humidity is realized, the comfort level of a human body is improved, and the energy consumption of an air conditioning system is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides an air conditioning system, which includes a fan coil 1, and the temperature and humidity in the room are controlled by using the temperature and humidity control method. Wherein, be equipped with the water valve 13 through controller regulation water flow on the inlet tube 11 of fan coil 1's heat exchanger for change fan coil's refrigerating capacity, and inlet tube 11 and outlet pipe 12 of fan coil's heat exchanger and the position that is close to the heat exchanger are equipped with third temperature sensor respectively and detect temperature of intaking and the temperature of going out water, the controller of being convenient for adjusts the temperature of intaking and calculates the supply return water average temperature according to detecting the temperature, still detect outdoor humidity and temperature including setting up at outdoor first humidity transducer 21 and second temperature sensor 22 simultaneously, the setting is at indoor second humidity transducer 31 and the indoor temperature and humidity of second temperature sensor 32 detection.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
