本发明公开了一种两侧组装的LED灯,包括灯壳、透镜、驱动板和光源板;灯壳由上部的半椭圆形壳体状的上壳体和中心上下贯穿的矩形框状的下壳体组成;透镜呈半椭圆壳体状;透镜的外表面上端成型有圆环状的上限位环、下端成型有圆环状的下限位环;还包括下组装单元;下组装单元包括下组装支座;下组装支座由自上而下插入到下壳体内的下组装主体和抵靠住下壳体下端面的下限位板组成;下组装支座的上端面中心成型有供驱动板自上而下插入的下限位槽、左右两端分别成型与左右驱动槽;左右驱动槽内左右移动设置有移动支撑板;移动支撑板的上端成型有“凵”字形的连接卡爪并且一对连接卡爪的开口左右相对设置。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯具的技术领域,具体涉及一种两侧组装的LED灯。
背景技术
近年来,随着照明技术的不断进步,LED作为一种新型绿色高效的半导体光源,在照明领域得到应用。LED光源具有发光效率高、低发热、省电和寿命长的优点,因此其应用越来越广泛。LED灯将逐渐取代白炽灯和卤素灯等传统照明灯具。市场中存在的LED灯多数采用金属材质制成外壳,少数为采用玻璃材质制成外壳,但也往往参杂了其他材质的零部件用于固定。现有的玻璃材质LED灯普遍各部件连接通常采用打胶固定,这样在灯不点亮时影响LED灯的整体外观,同时拆卸时不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对现有的LED灯拆卸不方便的技术问题,提供了一种两侧组装的LED灯。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种两侧组装的LED灯,包括灯壳、透镜、驱动板和光源板;光源板连接在驱动板的上端;灯壳由上部的半椭圆形壳体状的上壳体和中心上下贯穿的矩形框状的下壳体组成;透镜呈半椭圆壳体状;透镜的外表面上端成型有圆环状的上限位环、下端成型有圆环状的下限位环;还包括下组装单元;下组装单元包括下组装支座;下组装支座由自下而上插入到下壳体内的下组装主体和抵靠住下壳体下端面的下限位板组成;下组装支座的上端面中心成型有供驱动板自上而下插入的下限位槽、左右两端分别成型与左右驱动槽;左右驱动槽内左右移动设置有移动支撑板;移动支撑板的上端成型有“凵”字形的连接卡爪并且一对连接卡爪的开口左右相对设置;下限位环上成型有一对供连接卡爪的上端的水平部靠近端竖直穿过的避让槽;当上限位环抵靠住上壳体的上端面、下限位板抵靠住下壳体下端面时,连接卡爪的上端的水平部的下端面与下限位环的上端面平齐,透镜的下端抵靠住光源板的上端面;当一对移动支撑板相距最近时,一对连接卡爪远离的端面之间的间距小于下组装主体的左右宽度。
作为上述技术方案的优选,下壳体的下端面左右两端成型有压簧安置槽;压簧安置槽的上侧壁上固定有压簧;压簧的下端抵靠住下限位板。
作为上述技术方案的优选,上壳体的上端面上成型有一对左右对称设置的竖直限位柱;一对竖直限位柱的竖直中心面与一对避让槽的竖直对称面共面;上限位环上成型有一对供竖直限位柱插入和圆弧滑行的圆弧槽的定位孔;定位孔的两端成型为半圆柱面;一对定位孔同一方向的起点的竖直旋转中心轴处于同一竖直面上并且此竖直面与一对避让槽的竖直对称面共面。
作为上述技术方案的优选,左右驱动槽的左右侧壁之间成型有若干上下均匀分布的左右导向杆;下限位板的左右端面插设并且旋转设置有驱动螺栓;一对驱动螺栓的内侧端枢接设置在一对左右驱动槽靠近的侧壁上;移动支撑板水平套设在相应侧的左右导向杆上并且螺接在相应侧的驱动螺栓上。
作为上述技术方案的优选,左右驱动槽的下端穿过设置并且下端开口内设置有透明状的观察板。
作为上述技术方案的优选,驱动板的底部设置有一对电极线;电极线呈刚性并且竖直穿过下限位槽的下侧壁。
本发明的有益效果在于:结构简单,便于LED灯的拆卸。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种两侧组装的LED灯,包括灯壳10、透镜20、驱动板40和光源板50;光源板50连接在驱动板40的上端;灯壳10由上部的半椭圆形壳体状的上壳体11和中心上下贯穿的矩形框状的下壳体12组成;透镜20呈半椭圆壳体状;透镜20的外表面上端成型有圆环状的上限位环22、下端成型有圆环状的下限位环21;还包括下组装单元30;下组装单元30包括下组装支座;下组装支座由自下而上插入到下壳体12内的下组装主体31和抵靠住下壳体12下端面的下限位板32组成;下组装支座的上端面中心成型有供驱动板40自上而下插入的下限位槽、左右两端分别成型与左右驱动槽310;左右驱动槽310内左右移动设置有移动支撑板34;移动支撑板34的上端成型有“凵”字形的连接卡爪341并且一对连接卡爪341的开口左右相对设置;下限位环21上成型有一对供连接卡爪341的上端的水平部靠近端竖直穿过的避让槽210;当上限位环22抵靠住上壳体11的上端面、下限位板32抵靠住下壳体12下端面时,连接卡爪341的上端的水平部的下端面与下限位环21的上端面平齐,透镜20的下端抵靠住光源板50的上端面;当一对移动支撑板34相距最近时,一对连接卡爪341远离的端面之间的间距小于下组装主体31的左右宽度。
如图1所示,下壳体12的下端面左右两端成型有压簧安置槽120;压簧安置槽120的上侧壁上固定有压簧13;压簧13的下端抵靠住下限位板32;上述设置保证了上限位环22紧贴灯壳10的上端面。
如图1所示,上壳体11的上端面上成型有一对左右对称设置的竖直限位柱111;一对竖直限位柱111的竖直中心面与一对避让槽210的竖直对称面共面;上限位环22上成型有一对供竖直限位柱111插入和圆弧滑行的圆弧槽的定位孔220;定位孔220的两端成型为半圆柱面;一对定位孔220同一方向的起点的竖直旋转中心轴处于同一竖直面上并且此竖直面与一对避让槽210的竖直对称面共面;上述设置保证了以最高速度使得一对避让槽210正对连接卡爪341的上端的水平部,增加组装速度;
如图1所示,左右驱动槽310的左右侧壁之间成型有若干上下均匀分布的左右导向杆311;下限位板32的左右端面插设并且旋转设置有驱动螺栓35;一对驱动螺栓35的内侧端枢接设置在一对左右驱动槽310靠近的侧壁上;移动支撑板34水平套设在相应侧的左右导向杆311上并且螺接在相应侧的驱动螺栓35上。
如图1所示,左右驱动槽310的下端穿过设置并且下端开口内设置有透明状的观察板33。
如图1所示,驱动板40的底部设置有一对电极线41;电极线41呈刚性并且竖直穿过下限位槽的下侧壁。
两侧组装的LED灯的工作原理;
装配时,一对移动支撑板34相距最近即一对连接卡爪341相距最近,下组装主体31自下而上插入到下壳体12内,然后一对移动支撑板34远离,直到两者相距最远,接着驱动板40自上而下插入到下组装主体31的下限位槽内;然后透镜20自上而下插设到上壳体11内,使得一对避让槽210正对一对连接卡爪341的上侧水平部靠近的一端,这样连接卡爪341的上端的水平部的下端面与下限位环21的上端面平齐,然后旋转一定角度,这样连接卡爪341卡住下限位环21,此时上限位环22抵靠住上壳体11的上端面、下限位板32抵靠住下壳体12下端面、连接透镜20的下端抵靠住光源板50的上端面,组装完成;
需要拆卸时,根据上述原理,反向操作即可;这样便于LED灯的拆卸。

1.一种两侧组装的LED灯,包括灯壳(10)、透镜(20)、驱动板(40)和光源板(50);光源板(50)连接在驱动板(40)的上端;灯壳(10)由上部的半椭圆形壳体状的上壳体(11)和中心上下贯穿的矩形框状的下壳体(12)组成;透镜(20)呈半椭圆壳体状;透镜(20)的外表面上端成型有圆环状的上限位环(22)、下端成型有圆环状的下限位环(21);其特征在于:还包括下组装单元(30);下组装单元(30)包括下组装支座;下组装支座由自下而上插入到下壳体(12)内的下组装主体(31)和抵靠住下壳体(12)下端面的下限位板(32)组成;下组装支座的上端面中心成型有供驱动板(40)自上而下插入的下限位槽、左右两端分别成型与左右驱动槽(310);左右驱动槽(310)内左右移动设置有移动支撑板(34);移动支撑板(34)的上端成型有“凵”字形的连接卡爪(341)并且一对连接卡爪(341)的开口左右相对设置;下限位环(21)上成型有一对供连接卡爪(341)的上端的水平部靠近端竖直穿过的避让槽(210);当上限位环(22)抵靠住上壳体(11)的上端面、下限位板(32)抵靠住下壳体(12)下端面时,连接卡爪(341)的上端的水平部的下端面与下限位环(21)的上端面平齐,透镜(20)的下端抵靠住光源板(50)的上端面;当一对移动支撑板(34)相距最近时,一对连接卡爪(341)远离的端面之间的间距小于下组装主体(31)的左右宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种两侧组装的LED灯,其特征在于:下壳体(12)的下端面左右两端成型有压簧安置槽(120);压簧安置槽(120)的上侧壁上固定有压簧(13);压簧(13)的下端抵靠住下限位板(32)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种两侧组装的LED灯,其特征在于:上壳体(11)的上端面上成型有一对左右对称设置的竖直限位柱(111);一对竖直限位柱(111)的竖直中心面与一对避让槽(210)的竖直对称面共面;上限位环(22)上成型有一对供竖直限位柱(111)插入和圆弧滑行的圆弧槽的定位孔(220);定位孔(220)的两端成型为半圆柱面;一对定位孔(220)同一方向的起点的竖直旋转中心轴处于同一竖直面上并且此竖直面与一对避让槽(210)的竖直对称面共面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种两侧组装的LED灯,其特征在于:左右驱动槽(310)的左右侧壁之间成型有若干上下均匀分布的左右导向杆(311);下限位板(32)的左右端面插设并且旋转设置有驱动螺栓(35);一对驱动螺栓(35)的内侧端枢接设置在一对左右驱动槽(310)靠近的侧壁上;移动支撑板(34)水平套设在相应侧的左右导向杆(311)上并且螺接在相应侧的驱动螺栓(35)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种两侧组装的LED灯,其特征在于:左右驱动槽(310)的下端穿过设置并且下端开口内设置有透明状的观察板(33)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种两侧组装的LED灯,其特征在于:驱动板(40)的底部设置有一对电极线(41);电极线(41)呈刚性并且竖直穿过下限位槽的下侧壁。
