Detailed Description
FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for detecting excessive valve control deviation in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for detecting excessive valve control deviation according to this embodiment includes:
and 101, after a controller for controlling the opening and closing of the valve is powered on, controlling the valve to act according to a preset opening degree.
The method provided in this embodiment may be executed by an electronic device with computing power, for example, a controller for controlling the opening and closing of a valve. The valve may be a valve having a position feedback device, such as a throttle, an exhaust gas recirculation valve disposed on the vehicle, or the like.
After the controller is electrified, the opening and closing of the valve can be controlled according to the preset opening degree. For example, the controller may send an opening command to the valve, where the opening command may include, for example, a preset opening degree, so that the valve operates according to the preset opening degree.
And 102, acquiring the actual opening of the valve, and determining whether the control deviation of the valve is overlarge according to the actual opening and the preset opening.
The actual opening of the valve can be obtained through a position feedback component on the valve, the actual deviation is obtained according to the actual opening and the preset opening, whether the deviation is within a preset deviation range is judged, and if the actual deviation is not within the preset deviation range, the control deviation of the valve is overlarge.
For example, data from a position feedback component on the valve may be read by the controller, and the actual opening of the valve may be determined based on the data.
Specifically, the difference between the actual opening degree and the preset opening degree may be determined, thereby determining the control deviation of the valve. If the controller can accurately control the valve, the control deviation of the valve will be small, for example, 0, that is, the valve can be opened by a predetermined opening. If the valve has a fault, the controller cannot accurately control the valve to be opened, and at the moment, the actual opening degree of the valve is greatly different from the preset opening degree. Therefore, whether the control deviation of the valve is too large can be determined according to the actual opening degree and the preset opening degree.
The method for detecting the overlarge valve control deviation is used for controlling the valve to act according to the preset opening degree after a controller for controlling the opening and closing of the valve is powered on; and acquiring the actual opening of the valve, and determining whether the control deviation of the valve is overlarge according to the actual opening and the preset opening. The method, the device, the equipment and the storage medium provided by the invention can carry out deviation detection at the power-on moment, namely, the fault can be reported at the beginning of power-on, the problem can be found as early as possible, and the early-stage problem investigation guidance is provided for the actual driving and bench test.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method for detecting excessive valve control deviation in accordance with another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for detecting excessive valve control deviation according to this embodiment includes:
step 201, when the vehicle-mounted computer is powered on and the vehicle is not started, whether the exhaust gas recirculation valve enters a self-learning process or not is judged.
The method provided by the present embodiment may be executed by an electronic device with computing capability, for example, an in-vehicle computer installed in a vehicle. The exhaust gas recirculation valve is an electromechanical integration product which is arranged on a diesel engine and used for controlling the exhaust gas recirculation quantity fed back to an air inlet system, and can reduce the temperature of a combustion chamber by guiding the exhaust gas discharged by the combustion of the engine to an air inlet manifold to participate in the combustion, thereby improving the working efficiency of the engine, improving the combustion environment, reducing the burden of the engine, effectively reducing the emission of NO compounds, reducing the knocking and prolonging the service life of each part.
The vehicle-mounted computer can be connected with the exhaust gas recirculation valve through a line. After the vehicle-mounted computer is powered on, whether the vehicle is started or not can be judged according to whether the rotating speed of the engine is 0 or not, if the rotating speed of the engine is not 0, the process is ended, and exhaust gas recirculation control diagnosis is not carried out when the vehicle is started. Starting difficulties can arise due to the exhaust gas recirculation system being turned on during the start-up. Therefore, to avoid affecting the normal running of the vehicle, the exhaust gas recirculation valve is subjected to a diagnostic process when the vehicle is not activated.
If the engine speed is 0, it may be determined that the vehicle is not being started, at which point a diagnostic routine may be initiated for the exhaust gas recirculation valve.
When the exhaust gas recirculation valve enters the diagnosis process, the vehicle-mounted computer can firstly judge whether the exhaust gas recirculation valve enters the self-learning process. For example, the exhaust gas recirculation valve is electrified, and then the intake air temperature, the water temperature and the exhaust temperature environment temperature are in a certain range, and the self-learning is carried out when the engine speed is very small or 0.
Sensors are provided at positions corresponding to full open and full close of the exhaust gas recirculation valve, and the sensors can output voltage signals. The self-learning process of the exhaust gas recirculation valve means that the exhaust gas recirculation valve can be controlled to be fully opened and fully closed, and voltage signals output by the sensor when the exhaust gas recirculation valve is fully opened and fully closed can be collected.
Step 202, if the exhaust gas recirculation valve enters the self-learning process, performing deviation detection on the exhaust gas recirculation valve in the self-learning process.
If the self-learning control method is power-on self-learning, control deviation detection can be carried out in the control process of opening and closing the valve through the self-learning.
The deviation between the set opening degree and the actual opening degree of the EGR valve can be detected, and when the deviation is overlarge, a vehicle-mounted computer can report a fault. For example, if the set opening is not 40%, the set deviation is 5%, and the actual opening is 30%, it indicates that the control deviation is too large, and the system reports a failure.
And 203, if the exhaust gas recirculation valve does not enter the self-learning process, controlling the action of the exhaust gas recirculation valve according to a preset opening degree.
If the exhaust gas recirculation valve does not enter self-learning after the vehicle-mounted computer is powered on, the action of the exhaust gas recirculation valve can be controlled according to the preset opening degree. For example, the intake air temperature, the water temperature, the exhaust temperature, the ambient temperature and the like after the exhaust gas recirculation valve is electrified are in a certain range, the self-learning process is started when the engine speed is very small or 0, and the self-learning process may not be started if the condition is not met.
If the vehicle-mounted computer does not enter the self-learning process, the control deviation detection of the valve cannot be carried out in the self-learning process, so that the step can be executed, the action of the exhaust gas recirculation valve is controlled based on the preset opening degree, and whether the control deviation is overlarge or not is determined according to the actual opening degree of the valve.
The preset opening may be set according to the requirement, for example, may be 50%.
An opening command may be sent to the egr valve, which may include, for example, a preset opening degree, and after receiving the opening command, the valve may perform a corresponding action to open by the same magnitude as the preset opening degree. If there is a failure in the egr valve, the opening width may not match the preset opening. Therefore, step 204 may be executed to detect whether the control valve can be accurately opened or closed based on the actual opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation valve.
And 204, acquiring the actual opening of the exhaust gas recirculation valve, and determining whether the control deviation of the exhaust gas recirculation valve is overlarge according to the actual opening and the preset opening.
A position sensor may be provided in the exhaust gas recirculation valve, and the actual opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation valve may be detected from the position sensor. After the actual opening degree is obtained, whether the control deviation of the exhaust gas recirculation valve is overlarge or not can be determined according to the actual opening degree and the preset opening degree. And other valve control deviation detection with position feedback can also apply the method.
The value of the preset opening degree can be any value, a first preset opening degree is set, and if the absolute value | rDes-rAct | of the deviation between the first preset opening degree and the actual opening degree is larger than the set limit value, the vehicle-mounted computer can report the fault that the deviation of the exhaust gas recirculation valve is too large.
If the absolute value | rDes-rAct | of the deviation between the preset opening value and the actual opening value is within the set limit value, the second preset opening degree can be set continuously, the action of the exhaust gas recirculation valve is controlled according to the second preset opening degree, and whether the actual opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation valve reaches the second preset opening degree or not is judged. At the moment, if the absolute value | rDes-rAct | of the difference between the actual opening degree and the second preset opening degree is larger than the set limit value, the vehicle-mounted computer can report that the control deviation of the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve is over-large and has a fault, otherwise, the vehicle-mounted computer considers that no fault exists, and the detection is finished.
Optionally, because a certain time is consumed for controlling the valve to act, the waiting time may be determined according to the preset opening, and after the waiting time after controlling the valve to act is long, the actual opening of the valve is obtained. For example, the valve is set to have a first preset opening degree rDes of 50%, the waiting time t1 may be determined according to the control speed of the valve and the first preset opening degree, the actual opening degree rAct of the valve may be obtained after the time period t1 elapses after the valve is controlled to be opened by 50%, and whether the actual opening degree is opened to reach around 50% may be determined. The deviation range of the first preset opening value and the actual opening value can be set. And if the absolute value | rDes-rAct | of the deviation of the actual opening value subtracted from the preset opening value 50% is larger than the set limit value, namely the actual opening value is not close to 50%, an exhaust gas recirculation valve deviation overlarge fault is reported.
If the | rDes-rAct | is within the set limit, the second preset opening rDes is continuously set to 0%, and similarly, the waiting time t2 may be determined according to the control speed of the valve, and it is determined whether the actual opening of the EGR valve is closed to the vicinity of 0%. And if the absolute value of rDes-rAct is larger than a set limit value, reporting that the EGR deviation is over-large, and if not, considering that no fault exists, and finishing the detection.
The method provided by this embodiment may determine whether the control deviation of the valve is too large by setting the preset opening and comparing the actual opening of the valve with the preset opening. In the prior art, if the valve is not driven, the required opening degree is 0, and if the valve has a fault, the actual opening degree is also 0, so that the fault of the valve cannot be warned. For another example, if the previous driving cycle valve has a fault alarm, but after the vehicle-mounted computer is powered on again, the problem of error cure of the valve fault can be caused because the required opening degree and the actual opening degree of the valve are both 0. In the method provided by the embodiment, when the vehicle is not started, the valve is detected according to the preset opening, and the fault of the valve can be detected in time.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a method for detecting excessive valve control deviation in accordance with yet another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for detecting excessive valve control deviation according to this embodiment includes:
301, electrifying the vehicle-mounted computer, and judging whether the rotating speed of the engine is 0; and if the rotating speed of the engine is 0, determining that the vehicle is not started, otherwise, determining that the vehicle is started.
After the vehicle-mounted computer is powered on, the rotating speed of the engine can be acquired. For example, the engine speed may be determined by a wheel speed sensor provided on the engine.
Specifically, if the engine speed is 0, it can be considered that the vehicle is not started, and if the engine speed is not 0, it can be considered that the vehicle is started.
And step 302, judging whether the exhaust gas recirculation valve enters a self-learning process when the vehicle is not started.
If the exhaust gas recirculation valve enters the self-learning process, executing step 303; if the EGR valve is not entering the self-learning process, step 304 is performed.
Step 303, if the egr valve enters the self-learning process, performing deviation detection on the egr valve in the self-learning process.
Step 303 is similar to step 202 in specific principles and implementation, and is not described herein again.
And 304, if the exhaust gas recirculation valve does not enter the self-learning process, controlling the action of the exhaust gas recirculation valve according to a first preset opening degree.
If the exhaust gas recirculation valve does not enter the self-learning process, a preset first preset opening degree can be obtained, the first preset opening degree can be any number except 0%, the action of the exhaust gas recirculation valve is controlled according to the first preset opening degree, and the exhaust gas recirculation valve can be opened.
Step 305, acquiring a first actual opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation valve; and determining a first deviation value according to the first actual opening degree and the first preset opening degree.
After controlling the operation of the exhaust gas recirculation valve according to the first preset opening degree, a period of time may be waited, the period of time is predetermined according to the control speed of the exhaust gas recirculation valve, the first actual opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation valve is obtained, and the first deviation value is determined according to the first actual opening degree and the first preset opening degree. The deviation value is an absolute value of a difference between the first actual opening degree and the first preset opening degree, for example, the first preset opening degree is 32%, the actual opening degree is 28%, and the deviation value is 4%.
The method comprises the following steps of obtaining a first actual opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation valve after a first waiting time after the exhaust gas recirculation valve is controlled to act according to a first preset opening degree; wherein the first waiting time is predetermined according to a control speed of the exhaust gas recirculation valve.
Since it takes a certain time to control the valve operation, the first waiting time may be set so as not to obtain an inaccurate first actual opening degree.
Step 306, judging whether the first deviation value is greater than a preset limit value, and if the first deviation value is greater than the preset limit value, executing step 310; if the first deviation value is less than or equal to the predetermined limit value, go to step 307.
307, if the first deviation value is smaller than or equal to the preset limit value, controlling the waste gas recirculation valve to act according to a second preset opening degree; acquiring a second actual opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation valve; and determining a second deviation value according to the second actual opening degree and the second preset opening degree.
If the first deviation value is smaller than or equal to the preset limit value, setting a second preset opening degree, wherein the second preset opening degree is smaller than the first preset opening degree and can be set to be 0%, controlling the action of the exhaust gas recirculation valve according to the second preset opening degree, and determining that the exhaust gas recirculation valve can be closed.
After controlling the operation of the exhaust gas recirculation valve according to the first preset opening degree, a period of time may be waited, the period of time is predetermined according to the control speed of the exhaust gas recirculation valve, a second actual opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation valve is obtained, and a second deviation value is determined according to the second actual opening degree and the second preset opening degree. The deviation value is an absolute value of a difference between the second actual opening degree and the second preset opening degree, for example, the second preset opening degree is 3%, the actual opening degree is 5%, and the second deviation value is 2%.
Acquiring a second actual opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation valve after a second waiting time after the exhaust gas recirculation valve is controlled to act according to a second preset opening degree; wherein the second waiting time is predetermined according to a control speed of the exhaust gas recirculation valve.
Step 308, determining whether the second deviation value is greater than a preset limit value, if so, performing step 310, and if not, performing step 309.
And 309, if the second deviation value is smaller than or equal to the preset limit value, determining that the control deviation of the exhaust gas recirculation valve meets the requirement.
And if the second deviation value is smaller than or equal to the preset limit value, determining that the control deviation of the exhaust gas recirculation valve meets the requirement. For example, if the second deviation value is 2% and the preset limit value is 3%, it is determined that the control deviation of the egr valve is satisfactory.
In the method provided by this embodiment, if the egr valve does not enter the self-learning process, the valve may be controlled to operate according to the first preset opening degree, and whether the control deviation is too large may be determined according to the opening amplitude of the valve, for example, the first preset opening degree may be set to 50%, so as to detect whether the valve can be normally opened. If the requirement is met, the valve action is controlled again according to the second preset opening degree, for example, the second preset opening degree can be set to be 0%, and therefore whether the valve can be normally closed or not is determined.
Step 310 determines that the exhaust gas recirculation valve has an excessive control deviation.
If the difference between the first preset opening degree and the first actual opening degree is large, or the difference between the second preset opening degree and the second actual opening degree is large, the control deviation of the valve can be considered to be large, and at the moment, the vehicle-mounted computer can give an alarm that the valve deviation is too large.
