Abstract
The invention discloses a washable fluoride-free waterproof processing finishing agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of component A and 20-30 parts of cross-linking agent, wherein: the component A comprises, by weight, 20-26 parts of stearyl alcohol acrylate copolymer, 7-12 parts of surfactant and 67-69 parts of deionized water, and the crosslinking agent comprises, by weight, 40-50 parts of polyurethane resin and 50-60 parts of deionized water. The washable fluoride-free waterproof finishing agent does not contain fluoride alkyl acrylate and does not contain PFOS, PFOA and other environmental harmful substances, wherein the component A has excellent waterproof effect through testing and has a wide application range, the component A is bonded on fabric fibers through the cross-linking agent by firmer bonds, the washability of the washable fluoride-free waterproof finishing agent is greatly improved under the condition that the waterproof effect of the component A is not influenced, and the washable fluoride-free waterproof finishing agent is applied to textile fabrics and can greatly enhance the quality and the protective performance of textile products.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fluoride-free processing finishing agents, in particular to a washable fluoride-free waterproof processing finishing agent.
Background
The functional textile is mostly endowed with waterproofness by using a fluorine waterproofing agent or a non-fluorine waterproofing agent, and the fluorine waterproofing agent has excellent waterproof and oilproof processing effects but has potential environmental protection problems; the fluoride-free waterproof agent has poor waterproof effect and meets the requirement of environmental protection. The existing fluorine-free water-proofing agent is mostly composed of silicon, wax and hydrocarbon, and has the advantages of environmental protection, but the washing resistance, the water-proofing performance and the oil-proofing performance of the existing fluorine-free water-proofing agent are not comparable to those of fluorine water-proofing agents.

The invention aims to provide a washable fluoride-free waterproof finishing agent aiming at the defects of the existing fluoride-free waterproof agent, which has excellent washability and waterproof processing effect, meets the environmental protection requirement and has wide market prospect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a washable fluoride-free waterproof processing finishing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of component A and 20-30 parts of cross-linking agent, wherein: the component A comprises, by weight, 20-26 parts of stearyl alcohol acrylate copolymer, 7-12 parts of surfactant and 67-69 parts of deionized water.
Further, the surfactant in the component A is one of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium acetate and dodecyl sodium sulfate.
Further, the cross-linking agent comprises 40-50 parts by weight of polyurethane resin and 50-60 parts by weight of deionized water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the washable fluoride-free waterproof finishing agent does not contain fluoride alkyl acrylate and does not contain PFOS, PFOA and other environmental harmful substances, wherein the component A has excellent waterproof effect through testing and has a wide application range, the component A is bonded on fabric fibers through the cross-linking agent by firmer bonds, the washability of the washable fluoride-free waterproof finishing agent is greatly improved under the condition that the waterproof effect of the component A is not influenced, and the washable fluoride-free waterproof finishing agent is applied to textile fabrics and can greatly enhance the quality and the protective performance of textile products.

Example 1
A washable fluoride-free waterproof finishing agent comprises, by weight, 75 parts of a component A and 25 parts of a crosslinking agent, wherein the component A comprises, by weight, 23 parts of a stearyl alcohol acrylate copolymer, 9.1 parts of a surfactant and 67.9 parts of deionized water, the surfactant in the component A is sodium dodecyl sulfate, and the crosslinking agent comprises, by weight, 44 parts of polyurethane resin and 56 parts of deionized water.
Example 2
The finishing agent for washing-resistant fluoride-free waterproof processing obtained in example 1 and the existing non-fluoride waterproof agent DA-NF50 are used for washing-resistant test and waterproof test.

The test method comprises the following steps: the finishing agent for washing-resistant fluoride-free waterproof processing obtained in the example 1 and the existing non-fluoride waterproof agent DA-NF50 are respectively diluted by water to obtain two agents: 1. the white nylon woven fabric is respectively padded with the two medicaments (3.5 kg/cm)2) After baking and shaping, testing by using the test standard; 2. the black Chunzi woven fabric is respectively padded with the two agents (3.5 kg/cm)2) And after baking and shaping, testing by using the test standard.
The test results are shown in table 1.

The results show that the invention has more excellent washing fastness and water resistance compared with the prior products.

the component A comprises, by weight, 20-26 parts of stearyl alcohol acrylate copolymer, 7-12 parts of surfactant and 67-69 parts of deionized water.
2. The finishing agent of claim 1, wherein the surfactant in the component a is one of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium acetate and dodecyl sodium sulfate.
3. The washable fluoride-free waterproof finishing agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the crosslinking agent comprises 40-50 parts by weight of polyurethane resin and 50-60 parts by weight of deionized water.
